    @koodo Need (human) assistance… Paid last bill April 5 ( switched to @TELUS ) I am due a refund of $68.25 Initial inquiries showed I should await a cheque It’s never arrived and now I’m a “non-member” when I try to log on. Tired of running in circles.

    @TELUSsupport are you guys blocking Shaw's website? No one at our office (or anyone with telus internet at home) can access our Shaw login's to watch TV on our computers. This is literally only happening on Telus' internet

    @TELUSsupport hi I got a visit from a Telus staff 2 days ago. She offered me some home service promotion that I was interested in and she said I can get back to her when I’m ready to take it. But she failed to give me her contact info. Is there any way I can find her?

    Just a note to business owners: It is impossible to talk to anyone at @TELUSsupport to get a landline fixed. I'm paying $135.01/mo for zero service. Telus "fixed" the connection from the pole to the building. Now it's cross-connected with a different line. Telus: A phone company
