@jonathanwhudson Noice! When I switched from Shaw to Telus (cause Shaw's local service was TERRIBLE), the one thing I missed was the CW games. That they've since switched over to Telus too, is just fantastic! Plus the production values also seems a bit better.

@PublicMobile anyone out there wondering STAY AWAY FROM PUBLIC MOBILE. wasn’t expecting the refurbished phone to be perfect but the one they just sent me looks like its been beaten to ****. The speaker grate is even missing on it. Huge disappointment @TELUS @TELUSsupport

  • wingdriver62 Dale Dyck (@wingdriver62) reported

@TELUS fails again. They bought Axia from Bell then immediately make a plan to shut it down. The shutdown isn't until the end of the month but they've already shutdown customer service. We've been without internet all weekend and they don't seem to care.

  • TejaSeaton Mateja Seaton (@TejaSeaton) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Recently signed up but got scammed into a contract we did not agree to. Trying to get help since August 27. Talked to 10+ people and bounced to escalation team. Left 5-6 VM messages, no one is calling us back. Abysmal customer service - worst experience ever!

  • JonesUmbra Umbra Jones (@JonesUmbra) reported

@TELUS @BCLions @ISPARCBC People would love to help this worthwhile cause, but they can't participate in the CFL as fans anymore. Jab restrictions.

@CelGenStudios Not much BC Tel labelled stuff around any longer. I have a few items still around. I'll never forget the transition to Telus... How could one?

  • heavensatruck Norm (@heavensatruck) reported

@TELUSsupport Seriously Telus!!! I wait for over an hour for a support callback and your system hangs up on me after I answer the phone? This is customer service?
