    Disappointed with a company like @TELUS !! Ripping customers !! Shocked to get a bill of 200 dollars for not even using the service !! When I called to discuss , I was told there is nothing that can be done !! It surprises me how companies like @TELUS allow all of this ?

    @TELUSsupport been a loyal Telus Business customer for 20yrs. on my 5th Samsung Note 6mos old...huge dissapointment, Voice dictatation is terrible, battery life is terrible, screen cracked with very light drop, warranty is void and there is no support. may switch carriers

    @kim_siever My problem with Telus, Walmart et al asking for a donation is that the companies add up the $$$ donated & use their name with our money, not their money, to donate to charities. Walmart is deceitful with their "Giving Back To The Community & "Amount Given To Charity" signs.

    @76pedrosilva @jkenney @TELUS Maybe they can fix their customer service too. I'm sick of these "qualified technicians" doing nothing more than suggesting to unplug the modem then plug it back in. Like I never even thought of that Telus

    @BlockBuster_Guy ohhh their support is utter trash since covid. you get directed to a chat bot and have to request a callback. coverage is as good as Telus (same network i believe because they own Koodo) but has reasonable deals and promos

    It makes me sad when customer service representatives think they need to constantly ask you to be patient with them without provocation. Why are people so rude to people that are trying to help them? Let's be a little kinder. Shout out to the incredibly helpful people at @TELUS
