    @acupforusplease @shanelpratap @RobertParizek This is exsctiy right I think the Apple TV deal is more but gets shifted into another marketing arm so the accounting trickery may confuse the issue Also isn’t telus shirt sponsor about 3 million a year alone ?

    @Trendstockers @TELUS Same situation happened with me. Telus will have a tough time winning and retaining customers over. Black friday door to door salesman sold me on it. Since then iv cancelled 2/4 lines i activated with them. Telus koodo Internet has been pretty terrible. Im pretty happy with Telus home security, as long as I don’t ever get billed for the fire department dispatch on a false alarm. My neighbour got stuck with a $1200 bill on a false alarm.

    @trevor388569409 @Andrew_Sully @WestJet Westjet wanted cheap labor they got it. The agents in Telus El Salvador have a mediocre English level, they can't even understand a spelling, they work with "scripts" unnatural customer service, then they grow after 1 month of training without any experience in airlines at all
