    Telus doesnt hire a single Canadian customer care representative and they only operate in Canada. They profit 1.3b per year. That 1.3b could be used to employ roughly 30,000 Canadians full time for 40,000 a year, roughly another 3,000 if they fired the international employees.

    @TELUS Nobody gave me an asset calling, and the support team in the app is really slow, I did had an answer but I’m not happy with the service attention.

    @BoomerDivvies @TELUS Amen!! The duopoly situation that CRTC allowed with Rogers and Telus is one of the leading reasons they can get away with such horrific service.

    @MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.

    @TELUS Your escalation team just informed me that despite being lied to by #Telus staff, and the #escalation team not doing their job, and then taking #unauthorized payment from my account, that was payment for being lied to! Yes. It’s true. You couldn’t make this **** up! @CRTCeng

    @TELUS We all sitting eating out and 5g or 5g+ and shows no internet. Have to switch to lte. Wtf am I paying for that 5g doesn’t work.
