@telus and @TELUSsupport is the worst business experience in 44 years of my retarded life. Corporations shouldn't be proud of screwing over people with multiple barriers countless times over a month and still no internet service. Telus internet is 29 days slower than Shaw

@1loriking The imprint or message is O’Toole’s. Blame him. Note that the headline does not agree or disagree with him…”O’Toole speculates” I understand you’re frustrated with his message. But blaming journalists for reporting it is like blaming Telus for tweets you read via their network

ADT by Telus is horrible. It took 3 calls to their call centre to get a technician to show up to service our alarm system-first 2 were no shows. The technician that showed up was an indi. contractor that didn't even try to fix the issue, rather he tried to sell a new system.

-No 24/7 emergency # she could call to have it fixed fast. -#Telus wanted her to upgrade to a more expensive brand to have data protection & security (up-selling based on their lack of data protections). #CRTC

That money would be better off in my hands than being used to expand Telus' rural service. The money was meant for me but you can't offer me a dime because the government is no longer paying your bill for internet for good

Poor #CRTC mobile for poor people with poor protections and poor security. What matters is the data to enrich yourself, right @TELUS?

After 30 agents, a dozen lies and no deal for people with disabilities you still have your management call me to try setup service with me when I've called numerous asking for telus to undo the changes your 3rd party company made on my line AFTER I canceled

@NoDronesCanada @TELUS @TELUSsupport my partner had similar vexations with shaw recently. Turns out Shaw email isn't *Shaw* email, it just dresses up that way. So it wasn't their problem, they said. Go talk to Webmail they said. GGRRRRRRR.
