  @MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.

  RN I switched from Telus to Cogeco. I was told I didnt need a new SIM card bc Cogeco runs on Telus lines. Telus just disconnected me from the network. I have no calls, text or data. Your Chat line told me to call Mobility support. Apparently they dont understand what not activated on the network means. I need a Cogeco SIM card or to b reconnected to the network. What can u do to help? @cogecohelps

  @TELUSsupport Having an alarm issue. I call the Telus Security phone number 855-255-8828 and they say there is an hour wait and no one called any of our call back numbers. BTW, the burglar won't stick around for an hour. Is your Securty system fully broken? Good grief.
