    If you want to have the worse telecom experience go with @Rogers. They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Go with @Bell or @TELUS

    ZOMG I have cell phone service again. I may have waited on hold for 2 hours, but the woman who attended to my account was ******* amazing and she clearly should be running the company, not just answering inbound customer service. @TELUS, can you please promote the helpful woman?

    @TELUSsupport please explain how it takes 2 weeks to email a return label for a return that should’ve happened over a month ago? No responses via email. 2 hours on customer service and no refund issued. @CRTCeng can you help here? I think I’ve been scammed by #telus

    Just spoke with @TELUS customer service. They mentioned that they will issue a refund after a month. Can you imagine them being so irresponsible while breaching their pre-authorized contract and then let customers wait for such a long time! Criminal practices.

    Just spoke with my bank. Seems like a lot of people have already reported similar issues. I am wondering how many people are impacted and how much extra money @TELUS took without authorization. Submitted a dispute with my bank.

    @Noellenarwhal @fordnation @SylviaJonesMPP Tonight I contacted Telus private telemedicine. I’ve been a member since they started. 7+ years ago. There was a 2 to 3 hour wait. Normal wait time has never been more than 30 minutes. This is the goal, for private healthcare to proliferate.

    @The_IT_Nerd I don’t see why it would be so difficult. Maybe I need to research eSIMs tho but to my understanding it’s basically the same process as what Bell & Telus had with their CDMA network phones back in the day. It has a serial number (not just IMEI) you register with network

    @TELUS I placed an online order for a small business mobility plan 5 days ago and I am now trying to get status(via web and phone chat) and it is so frustrating as agents keep transferring me to different departments. Even though I have a confirmation of my order no one can help!

    @RyanMatCampbell Fair, but the BCNDP are also currently taking Telus Health to court for violations. It took them a damn long time but they’re doing something. Ford is actively promoting it and though I don’t like both governments, I’d draw a distinction between them on this policy.

    @MaximusTrajan23 @malcolm8 @TELUS We actually don't do much Commercial business at all, residential service is our bread and butter and we offer it in almost all of our buildings across the lower mainland, with the majority of those having 1GIG Residential service.

    @privacylawyer My guess is that they intend to hang their hat on regulation of trade and commerce, but its a damn good question. It would be a laugh if a court held that Bell, Rogers and Telus were subject to the tax, but not Google and Facebook.

    The above SNAFU should be enough to explain to Telus (which opposes dual submissions) why it has to be done. The #CRTC just frig's things up, including outage reports, as seen. No diff than Telus makes human mistakes that cause data breaches. So we can face-shove the Telus reply
