    @petrocanada I have US number using in Canada. I installed app over wifi but it just doesnt work when it shd be , at car wash as its on my network, but internally it is still telus or rogers but I couldn't load it until i connected to local wifi. rest apps wr wrking fine at th tm

    I signed up for @TELUS a week ago. My first bill is due in 3 days already. I haven’t even received my SIM card yet and @TELUSsupport expects me to pay for 10 days of service. Is this a Scam or a service?

    @ZAKtalksTECH Yes. I have tested this with a Google Pixel 5 and iPhone 12 Pro. Both didn't any issue with 5G connectivity. Also Telus investigated confirmed that I have 5G and i shouldn't have this 5G connectivity issues. The adviced me to replace the phone.

    @TTChelps I see, did not know, apologies. I am on Telus. Will do that, connect to the wifi. Did not know where to get off and was using google maps to guide me. But of course you need wifi for that. Fortunately the trains come out from the tunnel after Bloor and I had signal again

    On god if you’re Canadian stay away from @RogersHelps. Go to Telus or Bell Every other provider is better, TRUST ME. By far the worst cellular provider

    @gregobr @CarttCa Or, put differently, he doesn’t know what he is talking about on telecom and no one in his campaign has spent 30 minutes researching the topic. Btw I totally support removing the remaining restrictions and letting foreign companies buy Bell, TELUS and Rogers.

    @SamsungCanada @TELUS All lie about phone as i experiensed worst service, all customer representative officer lied that they send new charger within 15 business days. But its been more than a month and no update on status, still saying same while calling back.

    @TELUSsupport Thanks for replying. This is not an installation issue. I purchased a TELUS Video Subscription + Automation Subscription. I see both subscriptions in My TELUS and I am being charged monthly on my Mastercard. But TELUS support says they cannot see ANY subscription or transactions on my account in their system, so they cannot activate my camera or cancel the subscription. This looks like a Digital Subscriptions platform issue. Can you escalate this to the Digital Subscriptions / Digital Commerce backend team?

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport i won’t be letting ur technician back in my house! Didn’t bring all of the equipment, was rude & disrespectful. I didn’t feel safe with him in my house so he is gone. If u can’t send out technicians that don’t try & be rude and aggressive they would be great

    @TELUS so how is this not FRAUD. Your customer service agent tells me you need to upgrade your all systems. Tells me if I don’t get all new equipment by March 27th you will no longer monitor my house but you’re going to continue to charge me for the service you no longer provide.
