@gregnacu I've had 2 Telus accounts for 22 years (originally ClearNET). Any time I have had a dispute I have learned to call them (don't go to a store) and immediate ask the Client Care rep to put you through to a Loyaly (L&R) rep. Explain the problem and they almost always fix it.

@TTChelps @DemandAccess hey @TELUSsupport @TELUS please consider finally letting your customers access phone network coverage in the TTC tunnels, if an emergency were to happen i would want to be able to contact family and us not having that option is sad and disappointing 😬

@koodo @TELUS is fooling people with hidden charges that you are able to see only once you check your bill and find it to be $200 $190 and when you contact customer care, they will say we understand but won't be able to provide u with clarification #koodo #TELUS #worstconnection

@darrylw71 Which is fair. But Koodo isn't a smaller company. It's owned by Telus and operates on Telus' network, so your reception would be no different on one versus the other.

Every time I call @TELUS @TELUSsupport I always get 150% customer service. Heather was amazing this morning, she couldn’t fix the problem right away but found a solution and called me back right away. I want to thank you TELUS for 20 years of great customer service

@Zach_Fleisher We went with Fido (Rogers baby company) because they were a lot better than what we were being offered from Rogers, Shaw, or Telus. I’m not on my phone a ton so I’m sure someone who really depends on it might want a better network but Fido does everything I need.

@CharlieArmstng Telus is also a major public private partner with the BC government as it is contracted out to do our payroll. When I have a payroll issue I have to explain it to a Telus employee. Our tax dollars are propping up this telecom company while exploiting BC workers.
