    @hales0104 @TELUS I’m having the exact same problem, but it started this morning. Did you find a resolution?

  • BMatB Dr Ben Britton (@BMatB) reported

    @mikamckinnon @SavageBean @DocDaoust Telus sales people were less awful than Rogers, so I'll probably go with Telus. But trying to sort this out while I am locked up is proving impossible...

  • trinaanders_29 MLulu_1980 (@trinaanders_29) reported

    @elonmusk @Adamklotz_ Telus sucks def looking into this

  • RawsonDoug Doug Rawson (@RawsonDoug) reported

    @TELUSsupport I’m trying to talk to someone about moving services over to Telus but can only find support phone numbers on your website.

  • SavageBean Dr. Julie (@SavageBean) reported

    @BMatB @mikamckinnon @DocDaoust Then yes, I for SURE recommend buying cell phone service from a Fido or Koodo instead of a Rogers, Bell, or Telus. Teksavvy contracted with Bell in my apartment building for internet service and (unprompted) LOWERED my rate while I was there

  • hannadelanie hanna (@hannadelanie) reported

    @TELUS ****** sucks 😤

  • ernielittle ernie little (@ernielittle) reported

    Just got a call from Telus about my business cell, I use to be their customer until they would not drop the 2 dollar bill fee which they claimed was helping the environment, even though they were just pocketing the money.

  • markgordrichter Gordo 🇨🇦 (@markgordrichter) reported

    My Telus hub really sucks tonight...more than normal....is it possibly too cold for internet ? @TELUSsupport

  • bill_huan Bill Huan (@bill_huan) reported

    @quinnsedgework I just got off a 1:30h call with Telus trying to fix this lol I’m freaking out

  • mikamckinnon Mika McKinnon (@mikamckinnon) reported

    @BMatB @SavageBean @DocDaoust Telus (which owns Koodo) & Bell (which owns Virgin) all use the same network, which has better rural coverage than Rogers (which owns Fido) if you ever plan on leaving the lower mainland. Everyone else has even-shittier networks if you travel AT ALL.
