@TELUSsupport I'd love to be watching Netflix right now but Telus is down again in the East Kootenay. That's what? The third or fourth time in the last month? Get it fixed. You can't have a whole community without cell service multiple times a month and expect them to stay with your company.

Got a call from Hawaii I didn’t answer, got a voicemail, but now my @TELUS mobile voicemail is locked due to too many password attempts?!? I never attempted it. Not once. Lol… Weird.

@TELUSHealth @TELUS The best support you can do for us is to renew the previous program helping Iranians like me contacting our families and friends as the internet outage is still the case. I know it is costly for you but we will never forget your services and continue using TELUS in future.

I hope Telus goes bankrupt. They call me the day I’m moving to tell me “we can’t provide services until Nov 8.” What ******** am I supposed to do for 2 weeks with no internet? Worst part is they knew it needed to be postponed a week ago. They just didn’t say anything.

Dear @telus @TELUSsupport This is the first time ever, I have had such bad service from you, it leaves me feeling beyond disappointed. When I feel well, I will call you. All this virtual, non verbal communication is deplorable.
