A snowstorm 3 days ago knocked down a phone line and my parents house hasn’t had phone or Internet since. They’ve been calling @TELUS @TELUSsupport ever since and they keep saying that someone will come fix it, only for them to cancel.

Massive thanks to @TELUS @TELUSsupport for ruining our virtual Christmas. Sent a tech to our house to fix our internet 4 hours earlier than what was agreed - he left. Then finally we got in touch with the tech only to learn that we can't be helped for the next 2 days.

@ReidStan @TELUS Oligopoly, but yeah I have had some almost inexplicably bad experiences with them.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport makes a lot of sense when you claim to have "fixed" something only to **** it up even worse holy **** its time to go to shaw

  • bryan_worobec Bryan Worobec (@bryan_worobec) reported

I spent about 8 hours over two days on the phone between TELUS, Microsoft, and some sketchy-as-**** company called Boku which apparently was the middleman in the transaction. As far as I can tell, this is what happened:

  • Kevin31010918 Kevin (@Kevin31010918) reported

@TELUSsupport I was just refused the service at one of telus store because I am work at hospital, the funny thing is I went there to get the hospital employee plan with telus. Hey telus please show the written “no hospital worker visit policy”.

  • PrimeBane PrimeBane the Monkey King™ (@PrimeBane) reported

Telus repair update 1 line back up of 2 (bonded pair connection) Tech has to go back to the "hub" to get the second working. Probably could have avoided all this if the help desk person I'd talked to 3 months ago had listened rather than follow their script.

all I want for christmas is for telus wifi to get its **** together !!!!

  • Tony__Cook Tony Cook (@Tony__Cook) reported

@ezralevant Imagine how low their ratings would be if CBC Newsworld wasn't the only 24 hours news network on many basic TV packages. It's all I get with Telus Optic without paying for a news package.
