@BobBushkowski @telusmobility @RogersHelps I have just gotten telus optic tv and this thing sucks. You get no channels compared to shaw so no I know why it's cheaper. The optic box never works and I am about to lose my mind.

@AboutRogers @Rogers You just a lost 2 customers. Going back to @TELUS ASAP. Had important work related calls and texts to make today. Have had no service all day! Still have no data or voice services! Completely unacceptable that this issue hasn't been solved. Can't even get an ETA.
