    @TELUSsupport Yes I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling many times. No luck on any iOS device (iPhone, or Apple TV) Old app worked fine. On the Telus neighbourhood forum they said there may be a “back end”problem with the account on the new app. Haven’t heard anything back from support yet…

    Hey @telus... thanks for erasing my voicemail greeting and leaving me with no access to voicemail for the last 5 days when the increase kicked in. And your retention and loyalty dept... bloody brilliant. I've never been mocked to my face before about my concerns.

    @FidoSolutions The problem is that @Fidomobile thinks they can pick when & how a customer communicated with them but it is up to the customer. Expecting us to make an appointment to reach someone by phone is disgusting. Moving to Telus!

    @PublicMobile I have 5 accounts (BC) with PublicMobile and can't sign in to any of them, including the new TELUS login, community, private message etc, cleared cache, all of it. I need your help

    @Captaincoby00 @truckdriverpleb Yes- there isn't a single thing on here they don't already know. I have way more of an issue with Telus Health knowing my medical history.

    Well @TELUS you sure know how to piss me off again. Pre-order a phone to get the 'bonus' but don't actually get the bonus because your reps don't tell us poor long term customers those promos aren't for us. Maybe it's time to switch 🤔 #donewiththeshit #justwantedtheearbuds 😥

    @LailaMickelwait @jordanbpeterson Went to Europe this summer, left my Telus sim card in vehicle before flying. Funny how when in the air nearing UK, I received a text from Telus, saying welcome to UK, and letting me know the costs for using Telus there. Never had any govt app on phone. How/why am I tracked?

    current provider is telus but they have a fringe company that i'm considering switching to... literally halves my bill. Only problem is... I might need to return my current phone cuz it's part of the contract I think
