@TELUS "... @Telus says its SIM charge 'is not an administrative fee. A SIM card or an eSIM has always been a physical or digital product for purchase, rather than an administrative fee' [and] is meant to cover 'real costs' associated with providing a new SIM product to a customer..."๐Ÿค”

@TELUS Your marketing team in India is out of control. We just had our agreed-upon contract canceled after we negotiated it with someone based out of Guatemala. What the heck?? Canceling a contract so someone else can try and get the commission is a crap business model!

@Martyupnorth Telus did the same to me but without any notification. Just raised my bill and expected me to pay what they wanted. **** them. Doesnโ€™t matter who you go with, Telus Rogers or any others. They are all terrible and overpriced.

Hey @TELUSsupport not having a number that people can call or a live human on chat is beyond pathetic for 2026 and the prices you charge your customers. @TELUS used to be known for great customer service but now it's nothing but a never ending circle of chat and messages.

@EastEndJoe Telus. Sold me a RIM Blackberry Storm with a 15 day return if I didn't like it. Refused to take it back. Paid out the contract. Never again. Anyone who knows about the Storm understands.

@drannamedical @grok @TELUS Can you do a post on this? The roll of the companies. The UBC involvement and the issues with the drug companies and the prescriptions. Please, try and explain it so everyone can understand and send it to the MLAs and heads of Heath, we have 70 VPs to address.
