@CaraOPromos @EastlinkSupport @Eastlink They’re the worst internet provider I’ve ever had , I thought nothing could be worse than Telus internet in rural Alberta but boy was I wrong and when you talk to them all they say is thank you for letting us know you have a problem, but never offer any compensation!

@wchoy74 Not holding my breath. I live just past winterburn road and I’m still stuck with an intermittent Telus Hub on the cellular network.

@TeeTeeBossay @TELUS My signal has been awful today as well. No LTE and 4G is very weak. I've restarted a dozen times and followed the usual steps to from your Telus troubleshooting page and nothing. Is there some wrong on your end today?

@TELUS has the worst service available. Crappy Xplornet looks like a dream compared to the bandwidth that has been oversold to the point that cellular doesn't work. Tin cans & string would work as well to contact my family. @TELUSsupport says they won't care til competition hits!

Had work done in house. All #Telus gear was unplugged. Plugged in again¬hing works. Spent 97 minutes on hold listening to how wonderful they are. Tech on phone couldn't resolve. #Telus, you charge like thieves, your customer support sucks.
