Telus released a bunch of BS stating its government policy that limits the cell spectrum to rural customers. In other words they want federal and provincial funding to help them along.

  @TELUS probably the worst customer experience from any company in recent memory. Problem on outbound calls was to have been resolved today. Nope, another 24 hours as they didn't send a form from one dept to another. Ask to speak to supervisor. Nope. Another form and 24 hours

  @ADT Thank you for answering at least. That’s more than ADT CANADA has done. I was able to reach them ONCE after a long wait … but not since. This is incredibly poor service. Before the merger with Telus, I had no issues whatsoever .

  @lisamariewilton @TELUS @SpaceXStarlink I cannot even get decent cell coverage just outside Peace River in Northern AB due to "topographical challenges". I even spoke with Telus network engineers. They straight up said the towers are "above 100% capacity", so basically oversold. With no plans to upgrade.

  @TELUS and @TELUSsupport your chat function is broken. Any request to fill in a contact form for an issue spits you back out to your support bot. #nosupport while having your internet shut down for an address issue is awful. #billpaidinfull #supportbotssuck
