Pretty bad on Telus' part......I ordered a new phone on Feb 4th (2 week shipping) and already got a monthly bill on Feb 8th. Don't even have the ****** phone yet.

@vicjones @TELUS I have never had anything good to say about Telus. Ever. I dislike ISPs as much as the next but Telus is the worst.

@HockeyDaveT Would it help if we all stopped supporting Bell. I will transfer from bell to either Rogers/Telus

@PXAbstraction Also, do not use something like Telus as they are a re-seller of Bell. Telus and Bell blamed each other for a issue I was sorting out for a client.

@KatePorterCBC Coun. @Eli_ElChantiry Council moves a motion to waive road-cut permit fees in the rural area for Internet Service Providers ... while this might helpful for smaller ISPs, it also gives a break to Bell, Rogers and Telus. AND, it was only sent to councillors last night. #ottnews

@Taramic81971890 @drMediaPro There are no good choices. Telus/Koodo network is good, customer service is good, but they're in bed with the UCP trying to privatize health care in AB & profiting from it.

@BuresBlades Sadly, the same thing happened when I switched from Rogers/Fido to Telus. As soon as I left, they came calling back with a much better offer. But I told them to **** off. Same as when I left Shaw internet/cable. Too little too late.

@MissR_Jetsfan I was with Rogers for many years. Had no issues really. Just switched to Telus tho cuz of work deal and better coverage / speed. So far happy other than the lack of outgoing name display (but I think Rogers is the only Canadian carrier that offers it)

@TELUS @TELUSsupport - Wow! After maxing out my 10G “unlimited” data - you really slow my phone down, making it almost unusable. I think an Etcha Sketch is faster!! After almost 30yrs of being a customer - I may have to shop around in a couple months for a better alternative.
