Onlyamonkey (@onlyamonkee) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Not to mention it’s not even about your phone most of the time. It’s trying to sell you cameras or some other product. I called support one time and I legit heard hens in the background of the call. Was unprofessional as ****

Westview Legend 🇨🇦 (@flyin_oryan) reported@JackieBee_16 @Sportsnet I have found this happens to me every Oilers game.....I get texts from others about a minute before something happens. I never should have gone with @telus I will be switching as soon as I can.

Dreadnaught (@Dreadnaugh75872) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Switch out... Hey, I've got my phone bill down to $40/mo (no contract) at a company who answers the calls in Canada.
-
Sharon Daniel ©️🎭 (@sharondaniel91) reportedSo here goes again, @TELUSsupport @TELUS If my contract ends on April 22, 2026, why would you charge me the full price of the service before the contract ends ? For example, if I pay $65, the service should be $113 after April 22, not before. You’re breaking the contract??

Chad 🎷🇨🇦🎵 (@chadsmithjazz) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport You never know nowadays... but yes, as a huge Canadian company they should be employing Canadians!
-
DDK (@Yd__Te) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Or sometimes the call center is so noisy or their mic doesn’t noise filter, you can hear the whole room of broken English yapping at once.
-
TheBigSxe (@TheBigSxe) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport If an Indian calls me, I immediately don't take it seriously. Even if it is legit, **** off and get someone that isn't an Indian to call me.
-
dragonprincess (@Chifran8) reportedTelus would invite you to apply but how they grade their assess really bad, even if it’s one you fail they won’t still pass you
-
Tracy🌴♌🌊🎱🏹 (@ProvoGal01) reported.@TELUS Why do you outsource your call center jobs to India? You're a Canadian company! Why are you not hiring Canadians to do this job? Why am I getting calls from a call center in India about my account? There are more than enough Canadians looking for work. I will not accept calls from a call center in India about my service!

Russell Smith (@Russaroni99) reported@TELUSsupport Hi Telus support! I cancelled tv and Internet in Jan 26 and you just charged me for equipment not being returned. Canada post shows it returns to you with signature on 26 Jan 26. We need to remove the cancellation charges please.
