@TELUS Roaming charges are automatically applied when BC ferry travels near Suchi islands in Washington! FIX THIS & your 90 minutes to 3 hours on hold to get reversed

  • peternowak Peter Nowak (@peternowak) reported

Bell and Telus now have every reason to merge and no one can say anything rational to stop them. I actually think it's a great idea, since they share a network and aren't competing against each other anyway.

  • DutchLady Miche (@DutchLady) reported

@TELUS customer service has TANKED!! I just got connected to ADT loyalty again when I asked for Optik loyalty.

  • CaptnFrydog Eric (@CaptnFrydog) reported

@TELUS I know it's just an automated system, but did you ever consider the optics of sending out email bills on Christmas Day are terrible?

  • themoneysensei 💰Money Sensei 💵 (@themoneysensei) reported

Recently switched to Fido saving $60 a month Called TELUS to say I want to cancel my home internet. Got them to offer $25 less a month Called Globe and Mail and said I want to cancel. Got them to offer $32 less a month Total monthly savings = $117

The only problem with this wedding is that when Mr Shaw throws the bouquet, there is no mystery on who will catch it: Telus. It is a given that Telus and Bell will eventually want to consume their relationship into a wedding, especially with precedent set by Rogers-Shaw. #CRTC

  • firststartrmh Heather, but way more fun this year! (@firststartrmh) reported

@JohnFashionGuy @lesleyprimeau @TELUS Ahhh, it would seem Telus’ customer service standards are still in the toilet. And now they are involved (heavily) in our healthcare system. 😳

  • erikrolfsen Erik Rolfsen (@erikrolfsen) reported

@TELUSsupport Yes, the Crave website has its own issues. Can’t even access a login page, which is why we were trying to go in via Telus+. Never mind, we are going to find something else to do.

  • NickyBeachLover nicky (@NickyBeachLover) reported

Telus sent out snail mail on new Telus acct for ADT users. 9 digit acct # at my Fin Inst. did not work. Needs 10. After 2 hrs of tweets they had to provide a work around with an extra #. Very poor communication on changing acct #. Good luck.

Since the storm down here in Fort Erie we haven't had internet service. Between @telus and @cogeco I pay over $350 a month. Telus coverage is brutal by the border and Cogeco can't seem to get a tech out. A lot of $$ to put out every month to not have services when you need them
