Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Kyle_Krajnyak Fire Chief Warden (@Kyle_Krajnyak) reported

Life hack when the telus robot asks stupid questions, just keep saying mobility representative regardless of the question.

  • coldbike Doug D (@coldbike) reported

I feel like it's a bad sign that technical problems on their end are preventing me from signing up for telus fibre.

  • BurnCity79 JJ (@BurnCity79) reported

@Allthingswhisky @TELUSsupport Telus support is a joke. Telus just sold me a phone that doesn't work. I called & spoke to @TELUSsupport who told me it wasn't their problem.

  • Allthingswhisky Curt Robinson (@Allthingswhisky) reported

@YYCRed @TELUSsupport @TELUS Going on to day 8 tomorrow. They're supposed to call us at some point. Like they were supposed to yesterday. And today. Thats not even fixing the issue; that's just the call. And this is an issue that had been ESCALATED. Worst customer service in a long time.

  • BurnCity79 JJ (@BurnCity79) reported

@TerryRo68000655 @TELUS They are criminals. They just sold me a "brand new phone" a month ago which I'm convinced is actually refurbished. It stopped working after a few weeks & @TELUSsupport just told me it's not their problem.

@Mark_Goldberg @AlsoKnownAs_AA @ISED_CA How do you true up Bell and Telus having only 1 shared RAN network against your support of facilities based competition?

  • hugoslabbert Hugo Slabbert 💙 #ABetterABK (@hugoslabbert) reported

@_cmurray Yup. I was very happy with our Telus service. Shaw's actually been good out here. Obviously not the same symmetric options, but good coverage given how far we are out into the sticks.

  • BurnCity79 JJ (@BurnCity79) reported

@Allthingswhisky @TELUSsupport 8 years with Telus...never had to call me for any reason or chase me for payments & this is the thanks I get for being a good customer.

  • Speedster9110 Tasha (@Speedster9110) reported

I wish Satelites Agents of Canada had a website. When I was in there about a year ago, the guy there was showing me a system that would allow me to cancel my Telus Satellite & get channels all over the world. #Yeg

  • PNWPragmatist Cascadian Pragmatist 🇺🇸🇺🇦 (@PNWPragmatist) reported

@Fan_of_Gorton Yeah, it was my impression at the time that Telus was better, but IIRC Rogers was the only carrier with coverage in my area and the only one offering standalone internet service. It was this or dial-up and thankfully it worked pretty well.
