@unstoppableweb Hello I’ve been emailing your company for a week and have been ignored. Both my son and I have purchased domains. My cell phone was hacked and sim swapped as he hacked into Telus’s employee credentials. Can someone pls help me change my prior email address that you have on file?

@BarryKiefl @mediamorphis I'm seeing people in the telus-koodo forum stating they are no longer with Telus-koodo (for various reasons) get emails for outstanding bills & can't log into the telus-koodo account because it's terminated. Lots of ebilling/paper bill issues in that forum. Seen some like yours.

@Videotron so I get my old plan back but if I want a new phone I have to lose my plan completely, what a load of garbage. Tell me why should I stay when Bell and Telus are being more competitive for my business and you lot don't care.

  • Flux_Lalonde Paul Lalonde (@Flux_Lalonde) reported

Telus internet re-uses email handles from customers who have shut down their accounts @telus @TELUSsupport. This is a critical failure for user security and privacy.

  • Happyjustice4 Justice.Happy (@Happyjustice4) reported

@jwsthomson Happened to me. I contacted Telus and was told if I specify network selection as Telus instead of automatic, I’d be ok. And it’s worked so far

  • kadieasmith Kadie Smith (@kadieasmith) reported

@jwsthomson Happens every single time with any carrier if you’re along Dallas - and has since my first phone in 2003. Just call your service provider and they reverse the charge. Nothing can be done about it. US cell towers are much more powerful than bell, Rogers, Telus.

@ADT Told ADT was going to send someone about my two recent false alarms. 12 to 2 today. It is 1:34 and I have received no communication. Another Telus owned Co. And it sucks.
