    @TELUS i am really frustrated with billing. I have agreed certain amount per month for home internet but unfortunately every month amt charged is different. I have Lready called 3 times and every time I was promised that the problem is sorted out. Is there any customer service??

    @TELUS you have implemented the dumbest process to convert to eSIM ever! Apparently, you have to send an eSIM voucher via postal mail. That's like getting an email address via mail. Seriously. WTF!

    .@telus I don’t how many times I gotten a ‘call back’ from you that has not rung at all and goes straight to voicemail. This is a trick that your representatives all playing and it makes you look awful. Tip* always choose to wait on hold or you will be tricked by Telus employees

    An hour and a half at work and still no internet or phones. Looks like a big Telus outage. Will we be sent home today?
