Call Rogers, tell them you're a telus customer and ask what they'll offer you to switch. Take that, call Telus - leverage it for a great deal.

Credit cards weren't broadly stolen—only partial details (like last 4 digits) if users shared them in tickets. No passwords or full payment databases confirmed exposed. Investigation ongoing; no ongoing access found.

Kam Webb (@KamWebbwo7e) reported@TELUSsupport we spent a total of of three hours on hold. Your reps would periodically answer & then transfer the call to another rep but no one knew how to help us. We are cancelling all our phones and homes services with you tomorrow. Worst customer support. @TELUS
