I still don't understand how @TELUS was able to buy @masconcable meaning both internet options in my village are controlled by 1 company. How is this not a monopoly? Tech support ends at 8pm and I have been waiting for an agent for nearly 20 minutes

@donniecameron63 No it's not about number of subscribers. That's only required by BELL to put in the tower. We'll never have a 10k people, Bell needs to be kicked to the curb and government needs to act NOW, and put in towers. They can sell Rogers, Bell and Telus the tower use.

Do all Canadian cellphone companies have a problem with scam/unsolicited phone calls or is this just a Telus thing? I get min 1 a day. Sometimes 3 or 4.

@dkeramidas It's an oligopoly. Switching is a short-term solution. Long term it's all the same. Bell, Telus or Rogers have too much clout with the federal gov't. All the Canadian carriers know they've got you by the *****.

@dkeramidas Ah man...I think it's time to switch. I guess #Rogers doesn't put too much value on Lifetime Value of a customer. Let's see what @Bell and @Telus can come up with on bundled services.

@TELUSsupport It's been 7 days that there is no Internet. Been talking to so many telus agents and manager. Apparently they are not giving any updates and estimation time as to when the fix it. Extremely disappointed and disgusted with all the excuses.

Recently switched to @TELUS phone due to a job change and I am absolutely baffled that people willingly use this company. Easily the worst coverage I’ve ever had from any provider.
