    I still don't understand how @TELUS was able to buy @masconcable meaning both internet options in my village are controlled by 1 company. How is this not a monopoly? Tech support ends at 8pm and I have been waiting for an agent for nearly 20 minutes

    @TELUS Still waiting for even adequate cell phone reception in Airdrie, Alberta. I realize that you're very busy digging up people's lawns to ram fibre connections down their throats, but how about another cell tower or two in a city of 70 thousand people? Thanks.

    On issues requiring refunds, does Telus refund that processing fee? #CRTC Let's say u trial their service, price was advertised as one thing but they charged another due to C/C. Person leaves in the 30-days due to low quality (or any other refund issue) That refunded?

    @MsBehavior @Bell_MTSHelps I am glad they sold my account to Telus. Haven't had any issues with them, so far, in the last five years. MTS was legit the worst.

    @richardzussman Why the heck are we allowing Telus to be in the health business when I can’t get 2 decent bars of service in my house in the middle of town? How about we get rural internet/cell coverage up to speed first?

    The #transcanada highway drive between #Manitoba and #Ontario already has spotty cell service. Neither @Bell @Rogers nor @TELUS have announced news to upgrade, only plans to eliminate service.

    .@PublicMobile is organized fraud. Charging people money without a sim card and nobody available to speak with. @TELUS is behind it all. Trying to save money by having no customer support. Dont tell me to open a ticket.

    @TELUSsupport The call was never completed. Over 3 hours on the phone and your stupid sales team couldn’t figure out phone line and voip. Now I’m stuck in a 3 yr contract for internet and I need a landline and don’t want to use you anymore. #never sign a contract with @TELUS.

    @CODIJIMbob If you download the mytelus app it should tell you if you did the bring it back thing or not! But there also shouldn’t be any issues if you just go into telus aswell
