    @TELUS @TELUSsupport If a customer has a simple problem to solve, like they've moved and a single channel has disappeared, don't do this! I requested a callback, Tech called. CS was generally unhelpful and barely able to comprehend my problem. I was transferred to another 1/2

    At least in Canada using Telus, and previously Fido, I've never had this happen to me. And I used to BOMB the hell out of my brothers phone with SMS messages for fun in high school.

    @Swedish_Dman Telus' service is good. Have been with them for quite a few years now. But honestly, it really just boils down to whether or not you're with Bell. If not, you're already ahead of the curve.

    @TELUSsupport I’ve spent two hours in a store, and several hours on hold in the last 3 days trying to convert to Telus EPP, still not totally resolved and I don’t think I should have to pay a fee. Why can’t Telus call centers help me? You just keep hanging up.

    Switching to Telus for a $50 for 20g plan. Although Rogers has always been expensive, their service has been solid. Hope I don't regret the move.
