    @CousineauAlbert Bell and telus use the same towers. Ive dropped to many call right in my yard over the last couple of months. Time to try a different cellular network

    @Shawridgefarm @bridgetschill I was with telus for year. I was always happy with them. The only reason I Ieft is that I was starting to have reception issue in my own backyard

    @TELUS After twenty years, and no improvements to service, I switched to Rogers. My two lines were moved over in June. Earlier this week, I received a call from a collections agency saying I hadn’t paid Telus. No one from Telus ever advised me that I still owed. No call, no letter.

    @GG37374104 I had a similar incident with a "Telus" rep. They used what appeared to be a Telus support #. I miss the old days when we got badly written emails from far away royalty wanting to send us money.

    @apihtawikosisan @TELUS Telus is terrible at customer service. I had a person on the phone tell me to pay my bill. The bill in question was 3 months of service to a community that was 90% destroyed by wildfire, and the house and smart hub destroyed as well.

    @TELUSsupport Horrible customer service. I have tried calling 7 times now. The hold time is over 2hrs and the line cuts/hangs up at 2hrs. I’ve emailed 3 times. I can’t get through to anyone. I’ll never recommend this company to anyone. To ROGERS I go. #telus #crtc

    @Tonygeheran - I received an email for fiberoptic to be installed before March 31- then e calls, a pkg on my door and then a guy from telus at my door who I made an appt with and tech never showed- I called again- harassment like this should stop- only needed ema

    @PeterRHann1 Sales are down 47%, builders in Calgary seem to be booming tho, at least trying sell out to 2025 and beyond. No landmark buildings like TELUS tower though. I’m looking

    @longshortgamma @StarboySAR Rear ends. You need to install SAT, dedicated stand alone 5G tower to experience true 5G technology. Deutsch Telecom, Telus & Bell in Canada already selected Huawei but US **** it all up. It turned out they are kicking their own asses.
