@PCBuildingSim After all the **** Telus put me through these last couple years, I would not put it beyond them to wrongfully treat Epic's communication requests to my computer as malicious.

The customer service provided by Shaw @Shawhelp is ridiculous. Ask for a bit of understanding and you get zero. If you are with Shaw or thinking about going to Shaw I highly suggest you rethink your options. Telus, Bell and Rogers look mighty attractive right now.

@alex_n_boyd If I have to log in from the website to make it work with my Telus one more time... (I have to do it almost every time), it's just insultingly bad at this point

@TELUSsupport At some point in the course of all of these service calls over the past year, I should have already been referred to the “right team,” don’t you think? Is this “right team” a team that absolutely no one else who works for @TELUS knows about or can access?

@manyra I just got an offer in the mail is that DSL? I really don't want to subscribe to anything Telus because they're in cahoots with Kenney. But I might have to lay down with the devil if this keeps up.

@DougAlder There is a rumour that Telus plans to bring fiber here, sometime in the future. My problem is that I am in a very low density area, with farm fields and forest. The smallest building lots are one acre, and only on roads that are very far apart.

@DougAlder @Qualifyfor I’m in rural BC. East of the Okanagan Valley. No fibre optic, no cell service. Telus has given me a $25/mo credit to make up for my ****** service. 2 MB’s some days and frequent unexplained drops. Several times a day for several minutes at a time. With the credit I pay $56. 😕
