  @CousineauAlbert Bell and telus use the same towers. Ive dropped to many call right in my yard over the last couple of months. Time to try a different cellular network

  @kyleoakleygb Bell and telus use the same towers. Had issues with bell years ago too

I've had service complaints in with @Shawhelp since Blue Curve was installed in October.... filed a Better Business Bureau complaint tonight, not holding us to a contract when #Shaw doesn't supply the service you've paid for.   @paul_wb_wtf Yeha that's why I stay with them for cable anyways.the customer service is way better than Telus if I have ever had an issue.

  @BrowntoBure not that much difference. if you like movies .. shaw bluesky is one voice command search (ie "jaws") ... picks out free-on-demand ones first (telus search is terrible for this) if you watch live tv ... telus cool feature is you can restart most programs from start

  @dkeeping They do. But I find the 4K lags a lot on my Telus box. Moving to a new house and hoping the tech can help me out

  @dkeeping One of the things I heard is that telus has NHL network still but shaw doesn't, which I hate. They had it for years channel 169 then suddenly gone

  From the ads on TV and Telus' reputation we expected a much better experience but feel let down and she now feels unsafe in her own house. Can we get some help to fix this before the she doesn't hurt herself any more.

  Telus couldn't come back out to fix it this morning and she fell and lay on the bathroom floor for some time until someone heard her calling for help and came to investigate. She was brought to emergency dept and outside of lots of bruising she will hopefully be OK.

  @ShawInfo. I get there’s a problem but this is ridiculous. I never had problems like this when I was a Telus client. Someone PLEASE ADVISE what the hell is going on and when my cable and internet is coming back up !?!?! 2/2

  @CanucksIn4 @Shawhelp Way better. My internet and WiFi used to drop all the time with Shaw and they kept blaming me for it. I switched to Telus because they put in an extender and fixed the issue. Never going back. I game quite a bit and it's way better.
