@CousineauAlbert Bell and telus use the same towers. Ive dropped to many call right in my yard over the last couple of months. Time to try a different cellular network

@TELUSsupport My 95yo mother’s landline went down yesterday. Her Lifeline is not working because of this & it’s required by her care facility. This forces my brother to sleep overnight with her in a tiny room while both wear masks. @Telus says they’ll come Monday. Pls fix today?

@marian_crow @TELUS Never said they don’t count but I have also heard that the governement has already allocated and distributed funds to First Nations to assist with the clean up? Or is that information not correct/relevant?

Cancelled one of our @telus cells last month. Got a bill for it today. Tried calling in twice for support and keep getting hung up on. Darn it! @TELUSsupport

@VoosieVooters @Xplornet We fall back on our mobile data and tether to get though. Thank God my bill cycle is about to reset because we're close to going over. Again. Luckily that is the "unlimited" plan from Telus that just gets slowed down. Rural living!

@TELUS Tried to times today to make a payment and it keeps saying technical difficulties and passed me to an agent. Problem is minimum one hour wait time just to make a payment. Been using the same card same payment method for several years now.

Manager will call me back in 24/48 hours. I have no access to this account that i did not sign any piece of documentation for but i need to pay for it? How do you get support at Telus if no one wants to provide you support?
