@melwtfluv I rode from Mill Creek, through the river valley, up the hill to Telus building then down to 109st. I wouldn’t let a kid that age do that today. Or even out of my sight at that age.

@TELUS if you can’t provide an email to write for support then please add a warning to the online confirmation to have your account details on hand as we will be calling to confirm this upgrade to your service. Simple marketing 101.

Dear @telus. Willow Point is the fastest growing area in #Campbellriver. I am now paying $5 a month more for my mobile, and I can barely use it in my house (can you hear me now?). Time to work with City Council to fix this issue, don’t you think? @TELUSsupport

Scott, the former Telus exec/lobbyist, as chair of the CRTC said he had a "personal preference" for facilities based telecos like big 3 as opposed to service based ones like the smaller telecos competing w/ the big 3 It makes CRTC's reversal in big 3's favour stink even worse

@TELUS ordered my brand spanking new iPhone from #telus. Everything said accepted and it would be shipped within 1-3 days. Sitting here waiting for my phone for a week no contact. Check my order status...says more info required. This is customer service guys?

Hey @TELUS - just spent an hour and twenty minutes on hold trying to join your company. The hold music was good but the wait time drove me to @ShawInfo who were MUCH faster to help. I was going to wait on hold to tell your representative but not sure when that would be....

@TELUSsupport @telus Guys, why is it that we can't log into the portal from our home connections anymore? You force us to use Telus connections (my cell is with you) or we get "err_connection_reset" errors! This is ridiculous.

@TELUS good luck trying to call telus to terminate a contract. This is impossible. I wonder what consumer protection is set up for this type of events.
