    @TELUS if you can’t provide an email to write for support then please add a warning to the online confirmation to have your account details on hand as we will be calling to confirm this upgrade to your service. Simple marketing 101.

    🙏 @Bell, @Rogers and 😡 @TELUS: I don’t need 6G, even LTE as a tech is under-utilized, let alone 5G networks reportedly choking due to ineffective badwidth. So investing in capacity rather than new tech would help stay clear of foreign infrastructure.

    @CRTCHearings you want to lower cell phone fees? The big 3 make you buy 30GB of data and we may use 3GB monthly. @TELUS charges $80 just in data on a new phone which you need to bring back after 2 years with $0 down

    @MtnSounder @Quea_Ali @TELUS I feel bad for kids that are raising money for their sports teams or charity. Apparently some people have been just awful to them. Just don’t open the door if you don’t want to speak to them.

    @TELUS Writing for sister in Tsawwassen ( Beach Grove). Landline & internet not working; 40 mins waiting, rang endlessly. Box not lit up but bars showing connection. Neighbourhood issue?

    @BCTallTrees I grew up with Shaw and their customer service is brutal. I prefer telus to Shaw for me.
