@melwtfluv I rode from Mill Creek, through the river valley, up the hill to Telus building then down to 109st. I wouldn’t let a kid that age do that today. Or even out of my sight at that age.

@TELUS if you can’t provide an email to write for support then please add a warning to the online confirmation to have your account details on hand as we will be calling to confirm this upgrade to your service. Simple marketing 101.

@JillKrop @TELUS @TELUSsupport They set installation appt for Sept 13 and said that was the earliest install date and that I would be contacted in advance to install fibre optic to the house. I got called by a contractor once and never heard from them again except by email saying they would be out on Sept. 13.

I’m also a Telus shareholder and pretty appalled at the poor service I have received. Sorry, that’s my rant, feel better getting this off my chest, but I still don’t have internet/wifi

@netknowyeg is a @Telus business partner, I would like an agent from that department to call us or e-mail us. One of our customers found his dial-up modem disconnected when he was forced to migrate to fibre at his apartment suite and the technician sent was of no help
