    @TELUS if you can’t provide an email to write for support then please add a warning to the online confirmation to have your account details on hand as we will be calling to confirm this upgrade to your service. Simple marketing 101.

    Who are you using for your cell provider?? Getting beyond frustrated with @TELUS cause their support team ignores tweets and can’t answer simple questions. I shouldn’t need to log in 84 times and verify my Twitter in order for you to answer a simple question

    @ADT Do you have an equivalent account for Telus ADT in Canada? I just tried talking to support (to cancel) and was talking to a very nice man in Guatemala. It was not a very productive call.

    I am done with @TELUS Their internet has been horrible for months and now it’s affecting work. I live in DT YYC. There’s no excuse for me to be paying so much money for crap service.
