@GarilynMMorris @TELUS Yup… and for the monthly bill I dont have cell service to make a call from our farm, or our house - unless on wifi to make a wifi call. Downright pathetic.

@samvictoria4005 Except the reason I switched to Fido is because Telus had consistently crappy service and they’re overpriced.

@msjs2021 Luckily we are with Telus for cell service. So glad that we didn't bundle everything with Rogers.

@vote4robgill @Rogers I'm not calling Rogers at all... I'm calling Telus to change my service provider

@adilally3 @TELUSsupport I live in Alberta and we have Fiber at home, Telus stopped using what you are talking about and has been laying down and replacing old lines with fiber optic for years. Just have to be patient since fiber lines that get put down only go a few meters before needing a box.

A phone call to @telus reaffirmed my choice to cancel EVERY service w/them. My security term was 2yrs (noted in my calendar) but turns out it’s 5yrs 🤔 So almost $400 to cancel and please return the equipment. 1/3

@HollieFelix @TekSavvyCSR I asked about switching to DSL which is slower than what I have, but it would need to be setup as a new service. Telus has no internet where I live and Bell has the same speed limits as what TS has on offer. (Makes sense as they resell it.) Going month to month with Rogers.

@ghod Ahahaha! Neither Bell nor Telus are any better, they’re all trash. So it’s down to the deeply overpriced service at this point.

What bugs me most about @Rogers meltdown is having no choice but to remain a customer. Not moving mobile to @Bell because I keep mobile/internet with separate carriers precisely for outage events. And @TELUS is useless on int’l service. So I have to put up with Rogers’s crap.🤬

@CheriDiNovo @CRTCeng @JustinTrudeau Short answer: CRTC senior ranks are stacked with former Bell, Telus and Rogers executives who act like they're still working for their old corporations rather than the public service.

@msjs2021 We are with Telus for cell service. That's one smart thing that we did.
