    As if these companies are not earning enough profits fr the telecom racket - now this "Telus asks CRTC permission to add 1.5% credit card surcharge to customer bills"

  • Liberalism2021 liberalism not a Liberal (@Liberalism2021) reported

    @rodmickleburgh @TELUS I run a company - and I like profit - that makes me the bad guy/girl/them.

    @rohitsuccess Hi Rohit, that certainly isn’t what we want you to experience! Please follow the steps shared below to check if the issue gets resolved: 1 - Restart your handset 2 - Disable WiFi calling 3 - Search for operators manually and try connecting to Bell and Telus via 4G (LTE) (1/2)

  • MomoBabaDada LyChauncey (@MomoBabaDada) reported

    @BNNBloomberg Damn. Such a bad decision. Have to sell Telus stock for this

  • Flash Gregg Gordon (@Flash) reported

    @DuaneStorey @rodmickleburgh @TELUS You could still be correct; they might be using a workaround. They don't collect it themselves. For CC you pay through a third party, while all their other payments are direct. They add the fee and then send it to that third party, so that merchant is never adjusting the price.

  • 13DroopyDog Droopy Dog (@13DroopyDog) reported

    @BNNBloomberg The fact they even suggested this means I will never be a Telus customer. What a PR mistake.

  • mbazyl Martin Bazyl (@mbazyl) reported

    @RogersHelps So you never read my tweet then did you, as i clearly stated that i continue having these problems, and im answering you only because im tethering from a @TELUS phone

  • BNBroadcast BNB 🇺🇦🏳️‍🌈🎸🥁🎃 (@BNBroadcast) reported

    @TELUS Is charging customers an additional fee to pay you setting you apart? Is that friendly? **** you #DarrenEntwistle

  • dsherwoodx2 D Sherwood (@dsherwoodx2) reported

    @saifedean @rexglacer It needs to be broken down into easier to manage pieces and ran like a business. Let TELUS run it. They know how to fleece a customer. Just add 1.5 percent to the bill.
