Is it a better deal to get Amazon Prime on its own or as part of the Telus package? I prefer it on its own, but it doesn't work on one of our Telus boxes🙁

@TELUS @TELUSsupport is nice that you guys offer better pricing to new customers over your existing customers, clearly customer loyalty means nothing

@gbcyvr @gingerqueenjen Some years ago I visited my doctor while working for Telus regarding stress (have you often called Telus because you were happy with them? It was awful) He quickly and easily deemed I needed stress leave. It must depend on the doctor.

@TELUS Hey Telus, your door-to-door canvassers are very rude. I like your services but there is no reason for your reps to not take no for an answer and get aggressive on my door step. Not cool!

Why ******** is Shaw trying to tell me that I have a cancellation fee from my two-year plan. I've had their **** internet since 2012, that plan has been up. I'm gonna sit here looking at my new Telus tv with gig internet marking their 190$ cancellation email as spam, infinitely.

@joansvoice @jamesholden007 And they can too. I’m in and out of the US 5 days a week. If I’m in the US on AT&T, I can disable Amber, Gov’t and Emergency alerts in the settings on IPhone. As soon as I switch to Telus, that entire section disappears. They could put the app on your phone and you’d never know.

@Julia_Sisler @Rogers @TELUS Too bad. Could be worth calling one of your old carriers' winback numbers directly and seeing if they can give you a better deal. Bell's is 1-866-928-8053, and Telus/Koodo's is 1-833-348-3589. This is what I did when I got my current deal from Telus and it worked like a charm.
