@TELUS 2/3 I told a CSR agent our scenario, my adult kids use competitors, no problem. His response was almost a 6th grader reply, “But I bet they won’t work in other basements!” I said, I don’t care if they don’t work in other basements, I want mine to work in MY basement!

Pretty bad on Telus' part......I ordered a new phone on Feb 4th (2 week shipping) and already got a monthly bill on Feb 8th. Don't even have the ****** phone yet.

@tc_dw I will never ever give Telus my $ for personal reasons, but I always considered Bell as a "if I get frustrated with Rogers I'll go to them" company.... but I am really just disgusted with everything I've been hearing about them lately.

@drMediaPro Telus hasn't let me down yet, I work with a guy on Virgin and he doesn't get as strong a signal as I do at work! FYI I don't trust any of them lol

@MissR_Jetsfan Telus is not to bad here. But they all have their downfalls!

  • ohm_studios openheartmachine (@ohm_studios) reported

@PXAbstraction Also, do not use something like Telus as they are a re-seller of Bell. Telus and Bell blamed each other for a issue I was sorting out for a client.

  • helloimnotaduck Courtney (@helloimnotaduck) reported

@vicjones @TELUS I have never had anything good to say about Telus. Ever. I dislike ISPs as much as the next but Telus is the worst.

  • KenLoo1988 Ken Loo (@KenLoo1988) reported

@grantmccagg I will continue listening, watching & supporting the talent on TSN & CTV. I've never purchased a phone from a Bell store, & my internet & cable providers have been either Shaw or Telus. No incentive for me to help out Bell directly now.

  • MeanMrGene Mean Mr. Gene🇨🇦 (@MeanMrGene) reported

@telus - Wow! After maxing out my 10G “unlimited” data - you really slow my phone down, making almost unusable. I think an Etcha Sketch is faster!! After almost 30yrs of being a customer - I may have to shop around in a couple months for a better alternative. #smh

  • jchianello Joanne Chianello (@jchianello) reported

@KatePorterCBC Coun. @Eli_ElChantiry Council moves a motion to waive road-cut permit fees in the rural area for Internet Service Providers ... while this might helpful for smaller ISPs, it also gives a break to Bell, Rogers and Telus. AND, it was only sent to councillors last night. #ottnews
