@rodmickleburgh Switched from Shaw to Telus several years ago. Much better customer service. Shaw will get much worse if taken over by Rogers.

@TELUSsupport I’ve been waiting since yesterday morning for Telus to show up. Kk’d appt 4 8am-9am. Didn’t show. Then told today 9am-11am. Still not here. Terrible service. I’m paying 4 an upgrade!

That's a can of worms they'll never open. But with clinics like Well Health, Telus Healthcare, Maple etc, GPs are heading to a future where .....

@Lindo_Cafe @Rogers @TELUS Telus has a service you can turn on: any unknown number calling you goes trough voice verification (“to get connected press 3”). Only if this verification is done, your phone starts ringing. Robo-calls are not able to go trough this. Not a perfect solution but better than nothing
