    @xLiserx I was able to change my settings in my Telus app so that if someone calls, they have to press “1” to proceed. A regular person can do this but a robocaller cannot, and I haven’t had any issues since I set it up.

    @Hannah_Bananaz There seems to be a soft spot for Chinese SOEs on the part of @FPChampagne Why an NDA on Telus? Was Telus told to remove Huawei parts when their collaboration ended? Pesky thing when you get a mortgage through a Chinese Bank. The debt seems to never end.

    @Geognosis Curious how call block serves any purpose with spoofed numbers. And as for the "press 1 to continue" solution offered by Telus, the company has never managed to get that running on my line.

    @CTVNews Shocked that Telus actually said that. Of course it’s Horrible.. there is NO competition in Canada whereas is the US, there’s a different cell phone company on every corner..

    @TELUSsupport I am getting nowhere with online telus support concerning issues with my account and not being able to make or recieve calls. I have a prepaid plan that I can't use.

    Attn @Telus #Telus customers... IF you decide to leave Telus for another company, you will NEVER, EVER, EVER get your remaining balance back! I waited the 6 weeks. The cheque didn't come. I called to expedite it, and was told it would be here this Monday. IT STILL ISN'T HERE.

    Someone from Telus tried to sell me a cellphone plan at my house starting with "I assume you're the man of the house". Never have I ever wanted to end a conversation so quickly. Why do I answer the door for salespeople.

    Definite flaw in the emergency broadcast to cell phones -- alert received on @TELUS but not @Bell_Aliant -- and could not replay or view it when I missed the first "reading" of the message (volume too low). @nsemo
