Just received an email from @TELUS telling me that as a “valued customer” the monthly service charge for my phone will increase $5/month I already pay slightly less than $90/month Someone explain to me how increasing my bill to roughly ~$95/month makes me a “valued customer”….

@TELUSsupport 25-50Mbit/s is insulting, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. Why should disabled Canadians have to be treated like second class citizens when the rest of Canada is at or above 750Mbit/s? Why does #Telus fail to fund Disabled Canadians for affordable HIGH SPEED internet?

@rentomega @sjcalgary @RachelNotley We already have a private/public system and it causes headaches for everyone involved. For example, private organizations generally go with Telus Health, which would be fine except AHS doesn't use Telus as their ISP causing all sorts of unnecessary network issues.
