    @Shawhelp I called your help line today. The customer service agent checked with colleagues, came back & said they are aware of the glitching and banding issues on some channels. The question now is, when are you going to fix it? Telus has offered to pay my early disconnect fee + promo.

    @TELUS is it possible for you to let us decide what services we want through the Apps button on our Optik TV box, I really don't understand why you're so **** about what we can get access to. Do I need to cancel my service and get an Android box?

    Knock on door, #Telus sales guy insists I open it before he identifies who he is and what he wants. Rude, almost combative when I said I'm not opening door, not interested. Like WTAF. It was an unpleasant encounter that lasted way too long after I said no thank-you. Sketchy.

    Sitting in a hospital bed TRYING to watch the Oilers on a @telus subscription I Pay for Monthly but it stops playing continuously. Can get the hospital tv service because they’ve been having issues for 2 weeks - so much for modern technology. #changingproviderswhenimreleased

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS And before you start asking all your text book questions. No it is not a signal issue, it is not unplugged.... It is a garbage service provider issue. Now smarten up and start 'providing' a decent connection to your customers.
