@Telus is the worst for eSIMs. They cost $10, they aren't transferable (gotta buy a new one each time), they ship a PHYSICAL!! card with a QR code, and this whole thing takes forever. @VirginPlus transfers for free, and in seconds. Y'know, like a normal SIM card.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Your phone system is almost unusable... from the voice recognition that is active all the time during the call - making a call with a small child nearby almost impossible - ... to the failed callback attempts that just rang and rang. Wow you are bad!

@TELUS We have been having the most frustrating experience with Telus. We have been trying to get our internet hooked up since November. We have had multiple people come out for service calls who were unable to get the job done. We have spent 20+ hours on the phone with Telus.

@CTVNews Imagine if CTV spent this much time investigating the ethical and privacy issues around the government and TELUS colluding to track +33 million Canadian's cell phones?

@DanAlbas Actually that's not fair, it went down when Telus got so expensive that I grabbed an older-but-better phone and went to a cheaper, smaller company where my bill is now a third of what is was. However, I feel like that was more my doing than his.

@brittca Talking to myself and thinking out loud, I would still go for the cheaper bill. It sucks that they want to stack another two years on your existing contract but a cheaper bill with Telus is better (they 'spensive, I prefer Fido).

@DanAlbas @merry123459 Switching from telus to Shaw, it has gone down far more than 25%

@entwistled so you cut off peoples phones they use for work and school and have been a loyal customer since young and have been working through this pandemic since 2020... this is how you run a company? #telus @TELUS @TELUSsupport

@Crackmacs If you have more services with Telus your bill goes down. Cell, TV, Internet, security bundles can be very reasonable.
