    @MakingLaurie The routers included in your service are not very good. Not sure if any provider has better ones. But if your problem is the service into your house, every provider is going to be reselling either Telus or Shaw service, and you should probably try one of the Telus-based ones.

    @srhchn @TELUS @TELUSsupport Easy. Just cancel, then you would have saved yourself hours of calling. Not to mention the insanely long tweet. Why continue to be with a company that is so bad. Maybe its not and you're looking for freebies, trying to make the story worse then it is.

    Why is @TELUSsupport charging over $80 in tax to order a phone online when I can order the EXACT SAME PHONE with more colour options from @Bell_Support and not be charged any tax? And I’m already a Telus customer! 😡

    @Aly_B_YYC I had that problem but related to Telus which would freeze. I ended up having to wire my laptop to the modem at home to be able to share, and I didn’t realize that until I tried to share as the host. Also I was fine with having 10 or 12 people but at 30 it was unmanageable
