  @MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I pay $36 for 100gb through freedom. Left Telus when they said I owed nearly $800 though I never missed a payment . Said it was an accident on their part but the collection calls keep coming .

  Really frustrating when @TELUSsupport @TELUS can’t give you a straight answer. “Services are possible down in your areas as Barhead Alberta is having an outage. You will get daily texts. Don’t fall back.” Don’t call back so just take my money but don’t call and ask why

  @jodyvance @TELUS I hear ya. I have to reboot at least once a day (Telus) and it goes down at the most inconvenient times, like in the middle of zoom meetings.

  @ChemicalHolly @Rogers In my experience dealing with Shaw was far superior than Telus. Now having to deal with Rogers for an issue it was hell. Gaslighting, trouble understanding and speaking English. Escalation leading nowhere. This take over did them no favours in my opinion.

  @TruthFringe @BlueJays Call and threaten to cancel, Bell will give it to you for $80 locked in for 2 years. I left Bell for Telus @ $69 for 1.5GB. When I called to cancel Bell offered me $80 for 2 years locked in (Telus is 5 years). Problem with bell was, every year they add $5 increase ever year like clockwork.
