@diana_murphy613 Telus is your most competitive of the big 3. Bell isn’t a bad choice either but wouldn’t touch Rogers even if they offered me 50% off my bill. They’re that bad. I’ve repped all 3 so I say this with some experience behind me.

@telus take money from the government so there is less for people with disabilities because they want to expand their internet service. After they take the governments money they lie to the public about how they look after PWD's

@TELUSsupport frig telus, give me back my reliable copper line instead of dealing with all these problems with Fibre optic. 5th time I call you guys with problems in 2 months.

After 30 agents, a dozen lies and no deal for people with disabilities you still have your management call me to try setup service with me when I've called numerous asking for telus to undo the changes your 3rd party company made on my line AFTER I canceled

@diana_murphy613 If you travel much Rogers does not travel well. They only work in Saskatoon and Regina here because the signal they use does work with Telus, sasktel or Bell. I think Rogers is CDMA and everyone else is GSM. But they have changed too have not checked in a while

That money would be better off in my hands than being used to expand Telus' rural service. The money was meant for me but you can't offer me a dime because the government is no longer paying your bill for internet for good

Mike Johnson (@MikeJohnsonbc) reported
@DanielNewman I tried that with Telus, one of Canada’s triumvirate cellular companies. I was calling about a billing problem. Their billing department transferred me to, you guessed it, their automated CSR line, which could not respond my query “can I speak with someone about my bill?”🙄

@miketighe 2 questions: what are the problems that you typically ran into with Shaw Mobile, and does Telus Business offer relative good rates for small biz?
