It's important to note; up until now I've had very good experiences with Telus services and their customer support. But this was hell. You need to get people to quality check your apps now and then and make sure they aren't a Jigsaw trap from the Saw movies. Thank you. 🥱

@TELUSsupport Sorry telus, but @netflix landed itself in a tarpit from bad management and is sinking.. constantly increasing rates, fee's and nothing new to show for it.. it's going to share the same fate as @blockbuster in the next few years. Blockbuster will have it's revenge.

@TELUSsupport Was given an S7 edge that was previously on Rogers network. Better than my old LG; perfect for my limited cellphone usage on Telus prepaid. Problem getting it onto the network-spent lots of time with Telus chat reps, and Samsung's too, no success!

@DrJayDrNo I did mention that on my last “chat” with a Telus supervisor. As well as a few other “issues” like how does someone not retired find time to phone and speak with techs. Why if one is one second late with payment, interest is charged, yet there’s no a rebate when service is out.
