Questions now (gonna be a short question period). @JWeisnerGlobal asks about the delays, why wasn't the rollout done differently (same as Bill Fortier's question from earlier today). Shandro says going forward, he wants AHS to continue working with Telus to ensure stability.

@kgingeri @TELUS Yes.. and instead of being a decent company that just says on their FB or Twitter acct they are having issues for whatever reason, they just leave people hanging... what a pile of **** @telus is... will be so glad to switch to literally anyone else..

Hey @TELUS ... what gives? I’ve got no service unless I’m on WiFi, and then it’s only web apps that work... and if you check your FB you’ll see I’m not the only one- reports all over Ontario. Can’t even call in to report it - no service.

@theoriginaljbk @TELUS @TELUSsupport And the worst is they (like Bell, etc) outsource most of their calls to India and the Philippines so there’s never any consistent customer service. Won’t even use canadian labour during precarious economic times so they can cheapen services but don’t pass that on to consumers

Anyone still having trouble with @TELUS? Try to manually select Network under Cellular settings of your phone instead of Automatic. Seems to have resolved the issue for me. #TELUS #networkdown #Canada

Nice peaceful drive home, no calls as @telus was down. Glad I downloaded @ChrisMoyles show earlier rather than stream it on commute home #licktheskirtingboard

@TELUSsupport I hope so soon because I’m a disabled person that had my service out since around 3PM in midst of a medical emergency. The least Telus can do is provide an update to your customers in a timely manner so we can find alternate means in the interim. This was handled poorly tbh
