    @TELUSsupport LAN2 and LAN3 are disabled on my T3200M modem. I’ve tried restarting the modem, unplugging the modem for 30 seconds, and looked for debris in the ports, and the Ethernet cord. I can’t figure out how to solve it via the my telus app, or admin settings. Please help me

    @TELUS why does AB not have same plans as other provinces? Plan for $10 less/mo + new phone + more data not avail here? What is up with that? Loyalty customer here (17 yrs)...and I STILL cannot get a deal...not happy 😡

    Chinese guy out of country? His English was not all that great. But the payment stopped. Just had a scam call on my phone claiming to be TElus, who are with my pone service by not my phone service. I was supposed to contact them about my refun $80. 999 number I deleted it.

    Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport Stop billing people for wireless service from the time you ship the SIM cards and then put them in regular mail. I’m not paying for a week of service on 4 lines while Canada Post gets around to delivering them.
