    @Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

    Once my plan with @TELUS is over I will NEVER switch back to them ever again. How does one get charged $400+ overage fees if THE ACCOUNT DATA IS BLOCKED?! And on top of that the audacity of them calling me to ask if I want to buy a new phone with them today? Telus is trash. 🤢

    @jasonmanning Oh, well, hello there only other person I know who used it! I grew up in a small market and cable FM gave me access to stations hundreds of KMs away. TELUS TV has a pretty damn good line up, but lacks the feeling of using a real tuner to bring it in.

    @TELUSsupport @telus I am in Victoria BC and the home internet has been very bad the past couple weeks where I get kicked out of zoom. I tried calling you, waited 30 min and use the online chat bot which is useless. How do I get through to you for some service? Or is Shaw better?

    @telus @SamsungCanada I preordered a Galaxy S21 Ultra 256gb from @ApexWirelessInc and am being told that it probably won't ship until Feb 28th at the earliest. Not sure if this is a them problem or a you problem but a device arriving a month late is not really a preorder.

    @TELUSsupport Yeah so I can limit the amount of people that can contact me when it’s necessary? How about you just fix the problem or how about get better security . And to be fair, it’s not only Telus, it’s all phone companies, you just happened to be the one that’s screwed me the most...

    @KMal_T8N @OneMorePatch My Telus Hub is actually not bad for download but there’s no unlimited option. Two kids and gamers will eat through that quickly.

    Always one issue or another with @TELUS Why didn't you simply out instructions on your website on how to gets the buds? Rather than having customers call and ask for it.? Making life difficult for your employees.

    @TELUS Would love to! But the fibre service is on either side of our subdivision, not in it. Have crappy service instead. Might actually have to go toShaw!
