@Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

  • FrivYeti Misha Handman (@FrivYeti) reported

Well, @TELUS doesn't have a direct email so I guess this gets to be a public complaint. I just received a lovely little email from Telus informing me that they were arbitrarily applying a 1.5% fee, plus *tax*, to automated credit card payments for all accounts. (🧵1/X)

  • samuraifingers SamuraiFingers (@samuraifingers) reported

Seriously? Telus is going to start charging 1.5% plus tax to take payments via credit card? WTF? #screwthelittleguy #corporategreed so fed up with these ********.

  • KrutiSutaria Kruti (@KrutiSutaria) reported

@TELUS you are charging me 1.5 percent to make sure you get a timely payment? **** right off. As soon as my phone is up in Dec I am out to @Rogers. #fucktelus

  • rebelsforum Lionel - not Richie (@rebelsforum) reported

How much did @telusmobility pull down last year that they pass along credit card fees now? Gsad telus, you stink

  • rickvug Rick Vugteveen (@rickvug) reported

I can confirm: telco supplied routers are still terrible. Loving my new @TELUS #PureFibre but I can't even rename the wifi network without causing a reboot loop. Seriously considering jumping straight up to something like @Ubiquiti, which is complete overkill for a single family.

  • SatnamGrewal Satnam Grewal (@SatnamGrewal) reported

@Telus also doesn’t allow #eSim transfer from one #iPhone to another, they don’t support the feature, while carriers around the globe support it, and for the convenience of customers. They really want you to buy another QR code and spend $10 . 2/2.

  • jeterfan28 cara (@jeterfan28) reported

@cmcalgary Cell plans are outrageously expensive and Im still waiting on Telus to get back to me about my problem. It’s just been non stop issues with them. Almost as bad as Rogers

  • didiibear 𝖉𝖎 ⭑ (@didiibear) reported

maybe it’s time to make the switch from shaw to telus bc wtf is up with these internet outages 🤮🤮🤮🤮

  • LisaEisenbeis Lisa Eisenbeis (@LisaEisenbeis) reported

@TELUSsupport I know this is not exactly correct @ but holy cow!! When you change an employees pension pay date without telling them, after she just lost her husband of 58 yrs (he worked for AGT/TELUS 32 years) POOR #DoBetter

  • NaterieB Naterie (@NaterieB) reported

@TELUS why is my reception SO BAD?! AGAIN?!
