    @Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

    @rastasack Telus avoids me;just does increases on bills that they were refusing to send to me in full form...see many have no idea that they are not getting justification for what being asked for Telus faults customer for Telus Changes had 13 techs & everyone did something different screwup

    I have a baffling problem. Cell phone is on Bell (Canada’s fastest network) iPad is on TELUS router which uses cellular. When I refresh Twitter on iPad, the phone’s streaming stops. I guess Telus and Bell are ONE.

    @rajneeshk @TELUS @koodo I got locked out of my account for trying to order a phone/new plan too many times without success! SO FRUSTRATING!!! They better fix the issue and continue the sale for a few more days so people can actually get it! If they don’t, I’ll be switching providers!

    @rastasack Telus had other company start at 37.00mth and said would change over same price WRONG 85.00mth changed cameras 2x and still not working NO PICS OF AT DOOR..CAMERA NOT WORKING WHEN THINGS STOLEN..MONITOR TURNED OFF IS WATCHING ME IN HOME..PIC DUPICATION...I AM SECURITY 10 yrs KNOW

    @Telus I’ve been a customer for over 13 years. I’m so disappointed in how I’ve been treated today. I was able to do the exact thing with @virginmobile in 5 minutes. I’m at 3+ hours with Telus.

    @GordTulk @DonDavies And the strategies they introduce to implement that all include patients paying, eg Telus Health: subscription service.

    @TELUS I am absolutely disgusted as a long time customer. 3x now having to reschedule and be on hold for over an hour. How is that customer service???? 🤔 only to be told now that the rescheduled appointment 'may' go forward jesus

    @TariqAnwar00 I use Public Mobile (Telus). Super cheap plans, no contracts, monthly rewards that reduce your bill, trade off is that you need to go to their community forums if you need tech support as you can't call anyone for help, but I've never had issues.

    @TELUS @telussupport is the worst customer service ever. I signed up for a one month service and they have been charging me every month ever since and threatening my credit score. Would not recommend Telus ever again. Going back to Rogers immediately.
