    @Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS pathetic service and customer support. Got the contract for Wifi back in November 2020 and today after over 1 month of follow ups, your teams says it will another 4-5 months to get service to my house? Are you kidding me?

    Our wifi that we had just newly updated a few months ago, that was supposed to be the fastest out there, fritzed and so they sent a telus tech to our house to fix it. Well, they did, & replaced some of our digital boxes that hadn't work in months. It all worked, for about 3 hours

    @TELUS Your products are awful ... unreliable ... intermittent ... and you have ZERO Customer Service.... impossible to speak with anyone without waiting on the phone for 1+ hours. A disgustingly frustrating experience dealing with TELUS ... better experience at #shawcable

    @Shawhelp I called you guys today, waited on the phone for an hour before representative spoke with me and she was willing to help me and told me she'd put me on a brief hold and ended up hanging up on me...now I'm on hold again. I'm literally trying to change from Telus to you guys

    @wociio i have 1gbps speed from telus for 89 cause of uh long term customer or whatever. Im pretty sure it shouldn't be that expensive
