    @Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

    @maxfawcett @TD_Canada Was on ignore with Telus last week for 1 hour and 58 minutes and they never did resolve the issue so I cancelled the service I was calling about. But, called Telus again for another issue and I thought I dialed a wrong number when someone answered immediately.

    @TELUSsupport Hey I’m transferring my account over from Koodo to Telus, but I’m still waiting for my SIM card to show up but now my phone won’t connect to a network! I can’t receive calls or anything! Help!

    @TELUS Some people can’t even get telus cell service within an hour of the GTA. Lol, practice what you preach and start putting in some towers to provide both.

    Hey @TELUS I ordered an iphone mini last week when you were giving away airpods with it, but you try to process it until today and it didn't work for some reason and rather than let me fix it you're making me reorder and now I won't get that deal. Pretty disappointed about it.

    @BrowntoBure @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp I had major customer support issues with Shaw, switched to Telus for 10x the speed, 1/2 the price and no issues. Shaw sent me to collections for $26, 2 days after I paid the bill, within a month of closing the account. They suck sewer pipe.

    Called Telus today cause my data wasn’t working when I wasn’t on wifi. After restarting multiple times and updating my software, turns out the issue was that I had my data turned off 🙃✨

    Wow so after 3.5 hours trying to help my parents switch to @ShawInfo and having a tech come out to their house, but they didn’t, and talking to the loyalty team @Shawhelp, they will be going back to Telus, haven’t seen service like this ever, and time for me to switch as well 👎

    @vancan19 You'll hear good and bad about every provider. I've been with Telus since 2006 and never had an issue.
