But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. March 25- we pay $150 April 2- suspended April 3- we pay $144 Services back on April 9- next payment if not paid we get suspended AGAIN! WE told telus we can pay remaining amount in full on the 16th. Management had meetings with us to tell use to tell everyone (family) to call their MP to vote against it. I didn't even work in Mobility. Everyone was forced to. **** em.

OR the time the agent decide to remain and I could pickup, and I told them I am not interested, they just HANG UP ! No Thanks you or "I hope we can serve you better next time.." ! No ! Hangup to your face !!! And you guys wonder why Telus public opinion is dropping fast !!!

Great way to lose a long-time (35 year) client! Thankfully, other service providers offer competitive rates.

I received a registered letter today from Telus doing just that. Sounds like I should be talking to the CRTC!

At $45 and with the ownership of their sports assets, by my read RCI is now a 4:1 risk / reward, $5-7 down vs fair target of $70-75. 4:1 R/R is a benchmark for me for investment.
