    @Habs_4_Life Their prices may not be much more then Telus or Bell. But if I have to pay for new phones, activation fees and 2 year contract then may as well try something new. Why have loyalty and get no savings after being a customer for years. And it's been many years with them

    ima have to call telus and get **** clarified bc why am I paying for internet 20 when im suppose to have fibre optic..... and why is my bill $89 when i was told it would be $73

    On top of that, books literally ******* everything for the 18th. Telus install, furniture delivery, the move-in itself. Ask questions for clarity, and dad gets pissed off. Like, for **** sake.

    @FidoSolutions Sent a dm but over 1.5 weeks of problems is making me so frustrated I’m considering just going back to Telus. Didn’t know the prizes of getting “won” back to Fido would include frustrations and inconvenience.

    @cruise_peter I bought an iPhone 5S for $150 a few years ago, just after the flip phone got canceled. I have a plan with Telus for $30 a month that has everything unlimited but no data. I have never needed data while out and about, and if needed, can always access wifi in a restaurant or pub.

    @Koodo - Any outage or anything? No info from Telus nor Koodo - cannot send/receive text messages nor make calls - and all that still after lots of troubleshooting (reboot, re-sim, perfect conditions and antenna, etc etc) Can't schedule callback, can't make/receive calls!
