@TELUSsupport I’m trying not to be too annoyed because I know it’s not @telus fault that some lunatic has been knocking down towers. That said, why is there no information? We are the only tower down in western 🇨🇦 affecting a lot of households & the only info we can get is repaired by Feb 28??

@TELUSsupport @TELUS We have two people working from home, we’re also trying to do online school, and we are in a PANDEMIC so can’t go anywhere else....there are many people in our area struggling with this. Please set up a temporary fix!! Data included - not just cell -we are all internet dependent
