Funny one here: Telus files a #CRTC Implementation Plan for local competition in Coldwater, Ontario Exchange w/ Eastlink. Eastlink replies that the request to enter Coldwater had been received from Rogers. Telus says they don't know wtf eastlink is talking about & don't care.

So @TELUSsupport said they could help resolve our problem of no tv service and no repairs until Feb 1st if I would DM them. I do so, 6 hrs ago, and have had no reply. Not my idea of how to keep your customers happy @TELUS

@SeditiousMe For Credit cards yes - they can be joint and each person gets their own linked to the same account. Apparently Telus can only have one owner per account, which effectively shut my mom out of phone service when my dad died. It’s the stupidest system.
