I am a #Telus client who pays a monthly charge for long distance calls from Alberta to England. But when the service was not working the long distance operator was of no use. When my family member died without my reaching her, they offered no apology and showed no concern.

Hey @TELUS & @TELUSsupport - what's the word on the outage here in @StrathcoCounty Sherwood Park? 26 hours of no internet nor Optik. Missed NFL yesterday and can't work from home today. An update (which I subscribed for) would be nice.

  • WhoTrollsTrolls He Who Trolls The Trolls (@WhoTrollsTrolls) reported

@TELUS Don't you ever disrespect the term GOAT ever again! The true GOAT's are Eminem & Tom Brady, not iPhone and certainly not your ****** ***, garbage, sack of ****, overpriced, customer ******* company.

@SharonT20519250 NO - I'm leaving TELUS at the end of my contract. Yesterday I was reviewing my personal expenses - what if food costs get so high people have to cancel their phone plans - so much for ARRIVE CAN and TRUDEAU SPENDING $54m ON THE APP

@Ryan_r_Williams I’ve paid astronomically high cell phone bills in the past. $170-200 range/month in the past. I switched to Koodo which uses the Telus network & get the same quality of service but for $55/month. There are options but you need to look for them.
