    @TELUS, I’m waiting for almost 2 months. You billed me a cancelation fee. Interesting because I didn't cancel anything. Almost $300. I keep receiving messages to pay a debt that I should not have. I need a solution ASAP.

    @TELUS rips their good customers off. I ordered a brand new phone & they sent me a non functioning refurbished phone & won't do anything about it. 8 loyal years with them...never had to chase me for payments & this is how they do you. Now I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work.

    @TELUSsupport Your Tech team has did all step and they are saying this is good you’re getting 500Mbps. Manes I have to pay for 1GB and gets 500Mbps that what they’re saying. This is support Telus giving the solutions. This is kind of making the fool to customers and making money by Telus.

    @TELUSsupport hi, a truck knocked down the Telus lines at my parents house and fire dept had to come out and try to prop them back up. Wires are partially up now but dangling from other cables. My dad tried to call support but was told Thursday for repair. Any chance at sooner?

    @TELUS super disappointed in your loyalty support. Did refer a friend in December, received email confirmation, but no bill credit. Call in 4 months later and they “can’t find it” ? Only had to call in 2 days in a row to be screwed over. Thanks 🫡

    @TELUS i temporary moved to Michigan from vancouver and got the US-CAN plan. Getting single network bar and LTE is no better than 2G speeds. Tried sim card in-out, phone on-off as your CSR team always recommend. Please sort this out or I'll have to switch. Thenks!
