@caperbruins I was wondering that myself… Are you still at home? I love West Mabou more than anything but I would never do NHL Live there. Man, the service sucks at home. #telus is okay here but I’ve had trouble so I’m leery.

@theonlyGforce Kenney said Telus is fixing the issue and that it should be up and running on Sunday so people can print off their paper cards. But it feels longer than waiting in a bathroom line at Rogers Place during intermission.

@Jefffrost41 @CR9090JK @TELUS So Telus oversold & now it is our problem. Nice! They need to make the change. 1st company to improve bandwidth will win many clients.

@TELUS y’all need to do better. What is the point of choosing a callback option IF YOU NEVER CALL ME BACK?!

@CR9090JK Get dropped calls everyday. Used to be w/ @TELUS back in the day. Switched to @Bell. Same ****. I can remember (10yrs ago) when it was good coverage, when they upgraded towers to 3-4g before my area population upgraded their phones to the current available cell service

@TELUSsupport 82 year old mom has relied on ADT for 20 years, Telus has left her vulnerable. 3 times this week I've called, 45 minutes of listening to telus ad after telus ad. Her landline & personal protection device is also with Telus 🙄 50 yr+ customer. We're looking for a new provider 👍

@TELUS Hadara in head office apparently…. Ya hung up the phone when she doesn’t want a customer to explain their issue… maybe the position is too strong for her

@TELUSsupport Ok, I guess that's a no. I've been a Telus customer for about 20 years now. Dropping pixel phones is a deal-breaker for me. It's time for a new device, and I'm trying to determine if I need to look at other carriers to get the phone I want.

When I went from buying $0 down phones to paying outright in cash, it has been blazingly obvious that @TELUS valued me far less as a customer.
