Telus pre paid cell is garbage - you get a text saying all topped up then no service until the office turns it on so you wait two hours on the phone for service. Look at other carriers!!!

@krismeloche @nathanyyc I bet that all agreed selling us off to Telus and other private interests would solve their problems

@MusicMan1730 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I still cant believe they haven't repaired or at least told you what's causing the issues and approximately when they will have it back up. Time to initiate contact with parent company!!! Totally unacceptable way to treat customers!!!!

@TELUS Honestly **** off with the activism, now you’re going to be charging extra for credit card payments. Your company is grasping at straws. Soon as this bill cycle is done I’m switching providers.

@gordmsomething @TELUS Never had a problem with internet and went to ********* middle nowhere Manitoba and still has service. I can’t complain… yet

  • JEricksonArt JustinEricksonArt (@JEricksonArt) reported

Called @TELUS twice now to discuss a promotional mobile plan and upgrade my existing phone. Got the run around both times… I’ve been a customer for over 10 years, why can’t I take advantage of a discounted mobile plan a new customer would receive. #dobetter

  • B_Canadian_Ape Brandon (@B_Canadian_Ape) reported

@kirsten__alyssa @TELUS Fun fact Bell and Telus run on the same network for most of western Canada. Currently Shaw is the most reliable however it’s about to be purchased and switched over to Rogers which is the worst company to ever exist.

    4) Why would #Telus send me to #Clik2Pay when they already have a bank payment service internally
