@TELUSsupport upgraded to telus internet100 recently. I only get 20-30 mbps of dl speed, where i’m suppose to get atleast minimum 70mbps of download speed. I tried reaching out tech support but nothing happens, been waiting on hold for hours. im disappointed.shoulda chose shaw

@TELUS Great to know I can cancel. Very disappointed with Pic TV. Service is hit and miss. Can’t get the channels I want. I’ll be switching to Shaw. Too bad there’s such poor choice.

@MarthaLRogers I pay a ridiculous sum for Rogers wifi that is literally 0.5% as fast as my Telus data service. When you emerge victorious, please do something to help long-suffering Rogers subscribers such as myself.

@TELUS how do I file a complaint about the absurd customer service I have just received? Specifically, my online order being outright cancelled, without me being contacted first, because there was a technical glitch capturing my card information at the time of payment??
