@TELUSsupport What a customer experience process is that? There is no connection with the info with my twitter account and telus account except my name! Do you think that everyone puts twitter account on to telus account or use same email address for both accounts?

@MattiHaapoja @RogersBiz I’m with Telus in BC, 1.5 up/ 1 down and I pay 105/m. They just released 2.5/2.5 and through discounts It’s 150 area. Rogers is sort of a joke out here, sorry they’re terrible, Matti.

@Rogers greetings. I have to say thks for 22 years of great cell phone coverage. Unfortunately I have to change carriers bc at 69 I wanted to use the new security bracelet + you need a Telus cell phone. It was not my plan to stop your service, but living alone I feel safer. Thx

Just a Reminder that @koodo (Koodo) is Owned by Telus and I moved to Koodo to get the hell away from Telus then they bought Koodo. I just had the same problem with Koodo I had with Telus 10 YEARS AGO trying to screw me on my bill. So remember Kodoo is now TELUS the WORST SUPPORT!

@TELUSsupport @TELUS In the first call Csr told me that normally Loyalty team can handle this issue but he gave me a favour and solved it his self. Actually couldn’t!! For the second month’s call Csr forwarded my call to Loyalty team and they apologized and solved asap!! ++
