  • geniustand GeniUstand (@geniustand) reported

@TELUS Long distance is disabled on my line. Went online on my account and added a LD plan saver for $5 still not working. Customer service hold wait time is over 1 hour. Please help 🙏

@richardbranson Internet has been shut in Iran. To spread the voice of Iranian people fighting for freedom, please urge UK phone companies to support. Hallon and 3 in Sweden, 3 and OiSTER in Denmark, Telus & Koodo in Canada have made the calls to Iran free. #sky #virginmedia #EE

@John1MD My daughter dropped off her aging dog as he needs a human with him all day now. He came with his own subscription to Telus Pet Health in case vet services are needed. Telus Health is willing to hook you up ... stunningly awful shift in health care realities for us all.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS just made the switch to your network just to find out that my previous cellular provider @Rogers has better 5G connection in Langley, BC. I’m getting 1 bar at home where I used to get 3-4 😕

  • fredtehranchi Farshad Tehranchi (@fredtehranchi) reported

@Fidomobile You could have done what #telus and #koodo have done by making the calls and texts free to #iran at this point of time. you lost many people's trust by Internet outage few months ago and it could be a tiny step to make that up!

  • HallofGavin Gavin Hall (@HallofGavin) reported

@stu_neatby I'm in West Royalty/ Winsloe. I know others who have Telus/ Koodo (same 💩, different pile) who've had good coverage. Guess it probably boils down to the angle of the sun, the wind speed velocity of an African Swallow and/ or the tidal schedule.

  • MarkSweeney Mark Sweeney (@MarkSweeney) reported

They're telling me they cannot cancel my account until the cancellation team calls the deaf man who can't hear on the phone. It's been 40 minutes and Telus is sticking to their anti-deaf, discriminatory bs for "security" reasons.

  • aftsmt Arian (@aftsmt) reported

@ShawInfo Could you please waive long-distance calls to Iran to help Iranians in Canada stay connected to their families? @Rogers and @TELUS have already done that!
