@dmacpher @TELUSHealth My experience with Telus in general is Go to the hospital. Worst customer service experience ever earlier this year. And after talking to someone who had been there 10+ years after 2 weeks of min 4-5 hours a day trying to contact them they said it is bad. Really bad.

Telus: Wait time = 15 minutes, press 1 to be called back. >1< 1 minute later, call back. ‘How can I help you?’ I explain….. Let me put you on hold. 15 minutes later, still on hold. Thank you @TELUS

@RJG989 @Mark_Goldberg @TELUS It is usually rather the opposite. When you subscribe to a service prices generally go up over the years.

It's also not just poor quality, but high costs - in large part thanks to telecom companies divvying up the province and refusing to compete with one another in rural areas. For example, if you want internet in Camrose, your choice is Telus, or a company leasing Telus' lines.

@drex Ouf, this guy keeps popping up periodically to remind us how truly awful & out of touch he is. Thankfully Telus had the sense to boot him from their board, not sure if others like @First_Resp_Tech have followed suit? #bcpoli #vanpoli #cdnpoli

@hufflepuffia My brother still has a house phone because every time he tries to cancel it Telus just makes it free for several months. Recently it started ringing constantly and when they finally answered it was the Census people mad the hadn’t done the census yet.
