So I gave up and went to a different store. Bought a new iPhone and signed a contract with @bell. You lose, Telus! HORRIBLE customer experience needs to be corrected!

@spencerkyte What I do is choose to login "via cable provider" and it redirects me to a shaw login page. I've used it for several years. I suppose if you have something like telus' piktv (not optik tv) that may not be an available option for you. Kind of brutal if the case.

@shenif @TELUS @TELUSsupport 4 hrs? I waited 24 hrs for them to get back to me. I’ve waited another 24+ hrs for the promised callback. I wish I only had to wait 4 hrs. Glad you got your issue fixed eventually.

Apparently @TELUS doesn’t care if you’ve been a customer for over a decade. They would rather place you on multiple 60+ min holds then not call you back, and send you to multiple locations across the city rather than fixing a problem. #Telus #WhatsCustomerService
