    @AndreasReiche15 @justice_ema Shaw customer service has really gone downhill since I left them 10 years ago. I have been really happy with Telus since then!

    @Teacher_bot2000 @izzyisdancing They never take responsibility always blame game. I read CEO of Telus article that VCH only contracted 31 Telus call takers for day 1!? Seriously 😒 gong show continues. Horgan this is a state of emergency Manage it! Use the cash let’s get this done

  • Angel_Sulli Angel Sullivan (@Angel_Sulli) reported

    @jjhorgan @TELUS Ah yes, BCNDP casting blame to anyone but themselves for failures... I sense a theme here. How hard would it have been to apologize and solve the problem? Which would have included contacting TELUS to help out YOUR failure. #dobetterBCNDP

    @jjhorgan @TELUS Well don't feel bad John we are all disappointed in the entire handing of COVID by your Govt

  • American2Jr JR (@American2Jr) reported

    @keithbaldrey And Anyone that is astonished at TELUS needs to remember Who Runs TELUS as it’s Darren E. And he Decimated TELUS at the Very Beginning remember those Days of trying to reach a Customer Service rep!

    @jjhorgan @TELUS Adding resources after the fact seems to be the theme of your handling of the pandemic. A little planning and forethought would help people not feel like an afterthought. It's the largest vaccine rollout for everyone in the world John. Yours is late.

  • 1of7billionOrSo || (@1of7billionOrSo) reported

    Thanks @Shawhelp for all the help today. 22 years with @telus and @TELUSsupport literally told me how to switch providers without even asking why. Now THATS how you retain customers. Will switch my wife’s plan from Telus too.

    @MKBHD @UrAvgConsumer in need of assistance. Looking for a smartphone capable of dual SIM or e-sim that will work in Canada with Rogers/Telus. Preferably a Samsung for a coworker's wife (essential worker). Any help would be appreciated. They block em here grrrr.

  • KevinSMcArthur Kevin McArthur (@KevinSMcArthur) reported

    Why are the Libs so bad at opposition. There's massive problems with the NDP government and they're trying to get the telus contract as if there's any point in trashing a vendor you dont intend to replace.

  • lovemedo7 janice watkins (@lovemedo7) reported

    @keithbaldrey who is surprised ? no-one . the government is responsible not telus obviously they never made sure everything was a go, but that is the way it is with everything this government does - blame every-one else
