@ShawnKing Telus routers are garbage. Nothing beats the stability & range of an old AirPort Extreme (last gen). The Telus Boosts are pretty good though as a mesh setup.

  • AndremmackoM André M Macko (@AndremmackoM) reported

@CanadaOpinions @TELUS If there internet service is as bad as their cell service then it'll only annoy their clients.

  • MagooRich Rich Magoo (@MagooRich) reported

@rjfoster1511 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Why waste time yelling into the Twitter void. Just call them to find out. Or better yet cancel and save yourself frustration. Oh btw, calm down or you'll give yourself a heart attack.

@romel_eh Switched to Telus gig never have had any problems

  • Breeze_CA Breeze (@Breeze_CA) reported

@Hollymcc3 @TELUS Took almost 20 hours on the phone a while ago just to get services to fix their messes during sign up. Then got billed almost $50 for cancelling a service I never signed up for because of a mistake made by their agent. Seriously almost 20 hours in a course of just over a week.

Yo Telus has the worst connection every wtf

  • eenied Erin Danforth (@eenied) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@BilskiSuzanne I still have one because every time I try to cancel it Telus lowers my rate and offers me discounts on my cable/internet. Pretty soon they will be paying me to have a landline. (I’m 48)

  • GJM1978 J Gaudet (@GJM1978) reported

Just curious if there are any outages with Telus mobility or connectivity issues on cell/data network right now? Can’t seem to make my cell phone work when not in WIFI and can’t log into my Telus account. @TELUSsupport #YYC

  • Breeze_CA Breeze (@Breeze_CA) reported

@raiderDavid1973 Yes, but I don’t like using multiple remotes. Telus should fix their issues and make using their services and remote work smoothly.

  • Aurini Leo M.J. Aurini (@Aurini) reported

@RachelNotley Pretty sure that Bell and Telus are already on that. They don't need your help, and will be far better off if you stay out of it.
