    We've messaged @TELUSsupport : @TELUSsupport we've been on the phone for over an hour waiting for help to pay the Telus bill. What is going on over there that you can't manage to deliver any customer service within an hour's time?

    @TELUS I turn off my roaming, still get charged $28 in fees, wait on hold for over an hour, and you won't refund it? Your solution was to purchase a roaming package for $12 a day "just in case" next time and then put my phone on airplane mode and not use it. Ridiculous.

    @KyleTWN I've used both Telus and Bell, Bell's reception was always noticeably better, and I find their customer service incomparably better

    @deemcee50 @snNOWsucks @Sportsnet Not just you - had NHL live for years, able to watch in very close to 4K - took SN for 1 day and couldn't believe the horrible resolution - they did refund me. Went to Telus, not perfect, only one feed, but at least it's 1080P

    @KyleTWN In British Columbia Bell and Telus use the same Towers, but Rogers uses their own Towers and their coverage is terrible.
