@TylerJRHarper @TELUS Apologies for the delayed response. We're currently in the process of updating and enhancing our Mascon Social Media pages. We've just followed your account, if you're still experiencing technical issues, please send a DM and we'll have a Care Rep contact you asap.

  • everycloud84 C (@everycloud84) reported

@TELUSsupport changing from a Telus corporate plan to a regular plan and your prices are eye watering. Can you do anything to help a loyal customer?

  • abrexta AbrextaTheGaul (@abrexta) reported

@dnick96 @CTVNews Dean N, not sure if that specific app is involved, but TELUS and other Canadian mobile carrier are selling your data, including location tracking to interested parties. Look into Data Brokerage, its a big issue in Privacy/Ethics right now

  • BigforkMontana 𝚁𝚞𝚝𝚑 𝙵𝚕𝚎𝚝𝚝 (@BigforkMontana) reported

@ExtraLars @TELUS @TELUSsupport Telus is an AWESOME company we love them but unfortunately it sometimes takes me a long time to get through to tech support

  • PeterVogel Peter Vogel (@PeterVogel) reported

@TELUSsupport What's with the $5 a month increase in rates? Only three months or so back you rolled back my rate $15 after your techs agreed that Telus cell service in my block was pretty much unusable. It's not as if the $5 reflects an improvement in service.

  • Stuxain austin 🌈📝 (@Stuxain) reported

@Telus is the worst for eSIMs. They cost $10, they aren't transferable (gotta buy a new one each time), they ship a PHYSICAL!! card with a QR code, and this whole thing takes forever. @VirginPlus transfers for free, and in seconds. Y'know, like a normal SIM card.

  • thx1979 Tyler Blair (@thx1979) reported

There is nothing #friendly about your customer service or phone systems... they are ableist and futile. Imagine being a single working mother or a senior? Who has time and patience to deal with this scam! @TELUS @TELUSsupport

  • fredblord Frédéric Bakhach-Lord (@fredblord) reported

@tristandamours Ultimately the solution could be pretty simple : more Cable companies need to include OneSoccer in their list of available channels, just like Telus does.

  • Larkstarr Larkstarr! (@Larkstarr) reported

@yeenyboi @Bell You know what, I can understand, honestly I can, but I have had exactly zero issues with Telus. Not to say I didn't need support ever for issues, but any issues I've had has been dealt with quickly and effectively.

  • RockenRoller123 RockinRonnie (@RockenRoller123) reported

@steeletalk @heybabbl Well you will be responsible for installing it yourself, Telus and Shaw will still own the network so they will service that but anything else is on you contacting the provider having send out new equipment, I’ve seen instances where it’s a few weeks with no internet.
