🥓Chris P. Bacon🥓 (@__ChrisPBacon__) reported@JoeC4281 @mindingottawa @CdnHeritage Never got rid of mine. Telus gives me a line, unlimited Canada/US long distance, voicemail, caller-id and call waiting for $10 a month.

GD (@DonatoG44) reported@TELUS your customer service sucks. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for an agent and your virtual system is just as bad

JimmyJames (@jimmyjamesmm1) reported from Amherstburg, Ontario@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I ended up reporting the conversation and canceled all my bell subscriptions immediately. They called me telling me I could save money on my account and asked who I currently used as a phone and internet service provider. Wtf, how did they not know I was with bell for 15 years?

NPQ 🇨🇦 (@npenz76) reported@telus you really need to either hire better door to door salesman or just stop the practice all together. They are rude, misogynist, refuse to listen and don’t under the words “not interested” and “no”. You’re a massive company, find a less intrusive way to get new customers.

Right Winged CDN (@DKNExCDN) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Call centres throughout Canada are also crap. I know someone who works at one -- third party supplier to Loblaws, Shoppers Drug, etc. The call centre employees don't care at all about the customer or the company, and laugh that they give misleading information such as, "Yes, that product was prepared in Canada." By that they don't mean that it was MADE IN CANADA. They mean that it arrived in a shipment from China and was put into a Canadian package. They laugh about it. I believe that one store was fined for their BS about products being Canadian.

🇺🇸 Mark T 🇺🇸👌🐘 (@MetMark) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport They will never respond

John Bifolchi ⓣ (@MrJohnBifolchi) reported@globeandmail Honestly Telus sales rep gave me so much incorrect information. They use people outside of Canada and English is a problem.

world realist (@worldrealist1) reported@furmsies Why don’t you go sue Telus for publishing all your info for so many years… **** you clowns are stupid. Your phone number and address isn’t some insane secret.
-
Westview Legend 🇨🇦 (@flyin_oryan) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@JackieBee_16 @Sportsnet @TELUS Are you using telus boxes on each TV? Or just the telus app? Initially they told me I just needed the app, and it was horrible. Had to get boxes for all my tvs.

MalcyTroll (@MalcyTroll) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Are you dumb? Option A: Call Telus and get an Indian support person in india. Option B: Call Telus and get an Indian support person in Canada. Once they infiltrate they use extreme nepotism and only hire other Indians. They take a monopoly on certain enterprises. Call centers are one of them.. By using an OG Indian not a Canadian Larping Indian Telus pays 10c/hour vs $16/hour for the exact same thing. It’s just business.
