So @TELUS is now going to charge 1.5% credit card processing fee. @JustinTrudeau and his government approved of this? Like we aren't paying already enough for everything? Maybe @PierrePoilievre wants to help with that.

  • TheRedwingRobin RedwingRobin (@TheRedwingRobin) reported

@TELUS So I’m paying lots of $ and your wi-fi won’t reach my basement or backyard. I am simply asking for a couple of boosters as your signal strength is not strong enough. 1 lady says yes. Cust ordering says I need to pay for them. But it’s your service that’s not working.

    Shoulda never left Telus lol

  • simblain Simon Blain (@simblain) reported

Since @TELUS is penalizing it's customers who pay by credit card, every customer should go to a Telus store and pay their bills with nickels and dimes #TelusGreed

  • runningwealthy nickdot (@runningwealthy) reported

I really hope that with the #creditcardfee that @telus is charging can fix their awful piktv software… thanks again for an awesome #crtc process that protects #canada @JustinTrudeau and @theJagmeetSingh - really doing Canadians right with this corrupt process!

@GailVazOxlade @TELUSsupport Telus Support is the worst example I've experienced about seeing the delivery of truly poor customer service. They stood me up two onsite appointments last week and now are taking away my home phone of 31 years saying they don't support copper anymore. I'm not using their Optic

Who knew @TELUS's customer service would be so bad, been waiting for a rep for over 3+ hours on the phone. And the funny part? They close at 7 🙃

  • devynfarrugia Devyn Farrugia (@devynfarrugia) reported

@SmartCellWI Pre-ordered this phone last week and haven’t received any updates. What is the point of preordering if you have no timeframes to give your customer? Very disappointing @TELUSsupport @TELUS

  • Javajavabean Javabean (@Javajavabean) reported

Telus you are absolutely the worst. Customer service is a joke, multiple holds for two days now, to go back and forth with no resolution just to be transferred back to the original Dept. So very frustrating the worst customer service ever! #telus

  • HarvGrewal BigH (@HarvGrewal) reported

@yorkie_daisy @CTVVancouver Because as a consumer you are processing 1 bill a month which Telus should consider to subsidize on the consumers behalf. It only promotes a better client relationship and therefore loyalty to there company. This stinks of another cash grab into an already inflated economy. Fail
