@adventuresofdw @TELUS @TELUSsupport Absolutely horrible …. We had a break in next door but of course had no video available. Could not trust the system after that. Called and cancelled and got offered discounts …. Declined the offer but they were very quick to assess penalties for subpar service to get out.

@PrimeBane Yah, if you go to a small kiosk (i.e. not a mobile carrier) you might luck out. I got one for my wife's iPhone there for $15 that will do for now and looks alright. But I went to TELUS looking for a cheap case for my phone, and the only one they had was $36, and it was crap. 😲

@TELUS Today I have spent 5+hours dealing with the most incompetent customer service reps in 10 + years while calling Telus Mobility. Trying to get a $10 dollar Tablet plan that shares my unlimited plan data. Regret leaving Rogers! Still don’t have CSR that can help😢

@sailorgirl2017 It's happening every where so I'm not surprised. The problem is - that Dr. can't do anything except tell you to go to hospital or stay home. Can't order medication or even learn one damn thing about you that might make a difference. I'd rather have a nurse practitioner then Telus

Told @TELUS to take a hike over year ago. Seems like they have a problem with understanding that. They conned a senior & they were paying a criminal amount for stuff they didn't need or know anything about. Never trust any of their door to door con people.
