.@TELUSsupport hey Telus, pretty disappointed in my service options lately. Been with you for 10 years and the best I could get is $150 a month? Ridiculous. Anyone know any carriers with decent phone plans?

@skogsdyr_ this is why even the sask party can’t manage to privatize SaskTel! though it’s sad manitoba and alberta got away with it — and certainly didn’t help their people. MTS is now part of Bell; AGT became Telus when it was privatized, then acquired Ed Tel and merged with BC Tel

@KittyBeatdown That's what @TELUS told us but they also told us 4 different times and days and never delivered. Today is another clear example, they said 8am we'd get a call. Still nothing..

@kirst_alyssa @TELUSsupport We all switched to Bell a couple years ago, and have been really happy with them. We were with Telus for 20 plus years and they could care less when you asked for any help or better rates

It's such utter horse **** that companies like @ShawInfo @TELUS and @Rogers will bend over backwards for a new customer but ten years of loyalty only gets you price increases. You're all criminals.

@Gavin_Needham How useful. I'ma be switching over to Telus or Bell next summer after my contract is up. Rogers barely has service outside of major cities/towns and I know any company could have an outage but that was ridiculous.

He felt he needed to assert himself being new and wouldn’t even listen to our issue. Dismisses us. THEN of all moves; he tells Telus WE could somehow fix an outside public box for a neighbourhood we have NO access to, so since WE could fix it, we pay $150 for wasting his time.
