    Just filed a complaint against @TELUS with the CRTC and this time I specifically mentioned how the Telus support staff on Twitter are useless. Thanks to them Telus is getting hit with complaints at all levels. Never ignore a pissed off customer!

    Wanna know the extent of my trust issues? I’m waitlisted for both @TELUS fiberoptic and @StarlinkPage #ruralinternet so I can TEST which one has *RELIABLE* wifi rather than believe either of them.

    Just to add, 1 year on and Telus is still crap in Airdrie and don’t send me a private message as it is just not some issue in small areas, it’s the whole of Airdrie. @TELUS @TELUSsupport wish I could move providers. Fix it as you guys are paid enough.

    @TELUSsupport How do you add cellular service to an iwatch? I am on the Telus website and there’s no obvious place and the Telus assist is really frustrating.

    @KevinNiefer @telusmobility They need to take smart hub service off market. Telus deserves negative 10 in customer service. Very bad tech support, not trained and no one has any idea what they are supposed to do
