Older incidents exist too. Full details via OPC Canada reports. If notified, monitor accounts/credit. OIPC Alberta site won't list these.

@SzaboSzivi @MelissaLMRogers The irony is people here will support bell/telus even though Roger’s was majority Canadian employees.. even their call centres. But as long as that person is saving a buck it’s worth it

@peternowak I called Telus support a few months back and could hear a rooster ****-a-doodle-doing in the background.

@TELUSsupport @TELUSsupport: first, the tree is still on the lines as of this evening. Second, I’m not filling out any web forms for Telus again. After I filled out the support form you suggested above, I’ve been getting regular calls from Telus trying to sell me things I don’t want or need 😡

@Tablesalt13 Telus customer service: [English accent] "Hello, what you are wanting for help today?"

Telus got caught using AI to hide the accent of their customer service agents. What I wouldn't give to hear "DO NOT REDEEM" in a perfect Canadian accent.

@globeandmail Honestly Telus sales rep gave me so much incorrect information. They use people outside of Canada and English is a problem.

@furmsies Settle down captain. Oh, that’s gonna happen. You get one more phone call from Telus or revenue Canada daily your information was leaked long ago

@LukaszukAB So you’ve never heard of a phone book? That was a magical document that contained your name AND your address and you could just walk into Telus and grab one. For free. Crazy.
