What is wrong with Telus lately...seems like every thing is repeats lately. when I call and question it they say its the station provider and I say then why deal with a provider that shows us repeats over and over and over again and again...How many times do we pay for this crap.

Anyone else having @TELUSsupport internet issues. Spent an hour on the phone today for the 4th time in the last two weeks. We have no internet connection at all and the telus network won't let me hotspot. Brutal. Might be time for a new provider since telus seems unable to fix.

@TELUSsupport I keep getting a call from the number 1-888-811-2323. Is this you? I’m not a telus customer, why am I getting this call?

@TELUSsupport I'm trying to help a client get your attention - he needs internet services and has tried multiple times to get a call back to no avail. As Telus is his only option, it would be great if someone could contact him.

@TELUSsupport I waited 2 hours and 43 minutes for Telus support before giving up. Is this the best you can do?

@perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

@perreaux That is because it’s the same problem everyone has. Underprovisioning means Bell and Rogers and TELUS etc never wired our home neighbourhoods to handle the volume they have had to for the last year. Zoom calls alone are killing the network.
