@TELUSsupport Another dropped call talking to Saanich Police just now. This is great service we pay $200+/month for Telus. Someone called me to tell me there is no record of my complaints for two years, no known issues, and that they’ll call me back on Saturday. Awesome.

Finally leaving @TELUS at the end of the month. Worst internet and cable provider I've ever experienced. I mean no exaggeration when I say dial-up was more reliable than Telus 100Mb broadband. Outdated equipment, false advertising, abysmal customer service.

Still trying to get internet in my home but Camrose Alberta sucks when it comes to getting internet because Shaw doesn’t service Camrose any more and all of Telus Hubs are full so it is impossible to get ADSL! Still trying and I refuse to give up! I live in a apartment building.
