Alucard (@VladMorbius) reported@brianlilley They aren't incompetent they are all ex Bell, Rogers and Telus employees, hell bent on preventing nay competition coming into Canada which would drive down their outrageous costs! There is a major story here, start digging into this and it'll blow your mind!
-
Mamma Bear🇨🇦 (@islgalwrites) reported@Rogers customer service is the worst. Even worse than Telus and that’s saying a lot. Time to switch services.
-
Boo Meester (@BooMeester) reported@NFB_Katja @jodyvance @TELUS I haven’t had problems with the actual technicians, just Telus itself!
-
Jeff M Johns (@JeffMJohns1) reported@jodyvance @TELUS You're paying a premium for them to figure these problems out. Call them as many times as it takes. Insist on a discount for the inconvenience.
-
David T.S. Fraser (@privacylawyer) reported@Eric_OTooleMP @MarkJCarney I actually don't have much issue with this confirmation of service demand. It's a yes or no question ... "Hey Telus, do you provide service to 416-555-1212?" Essentially, "if we were to send you a court order about 416-555-1212, are we barking up the wrong tree?"

Annoying Canucks Fan 🏒 (@JCog88) reportedI'm paying $100+ for a phone I don't want spam callers. I won't fall for it as I'm somewhat vigilant and understand that telus or any company won't take Gift Cards as payment, but i know my Grandma or someone's mom may not understand. Its 2026 fix it.

jc (@jcorriv35) reported@Cleosmahm @jodyvance @TELUS Convinced They are “techs” in name only. Ive had 5 come out & try the same thing 5 different times to fix internet until i lost my **** & the last dude finally went up the pole and found a split connection point 😡 after i bought a new modem & ran new line inside my house 🤬
-
JR_Vive le Canada! (@leftsoccermum) reported@AllLoveCoco **** Telus forever, they are so evil @TELUS
-
Mike Holliday (@LawrenceLakeMan) reported@jodyvance @TELUS Federal policies are limiting the choices you have for WIFI/Cable etc. Thus the service sucks just like the government sucks.
