@D420Kato @pokelawls @RogersHelps @Bell Telus only have service on the west coast

  • OriginalGoo22 Gapper Habs Fan 76 (@OriginalGoo22) reported from London, Ontario

@howiethomas @KrisLipscombe @ChristyMin @chevrolet @Nike @TELUS @TSN_Sports They do but it doesn’t mean their sponsor $ is allocated to anyone other than the men’s program. Don’t get me wrong I would love to see it and think they deserve the coverage. I just think you have to get the sponsors to buy in that it’s worth it and for us to support it🚨🏆🇨🇦

Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • dougransom Doug Ransom (@dougransom) reported

@TuraEmanuela @notseinfeld01 If a telus doc has 200 patients and shares that fee with Telus 50% that might not be a terrible income.

  • profx307 Troy Mulawka (@profx307) reported

So I sent a message to @ShawInfo and was immediately talking to a field sales rep and they took my info and they can set me up with better pricing. I still want what I am owed from @TELUS . Like hell even your loyalty can get back to me after being almost a 20 year customer

  • dgouldca Derek Gould (@dgouldca) reported

RE cell phone/internet/cable services; The best way to get a deal is to switch providers whenever your discount period expires. Retention (or 'Loyalty') will rarely offer the deal as good as a brand new customer gets. @Bell_Aliant, @TELUS, @Rogers this makes no sense.

  • g_duteaud Guillaume #ProtectTransKids Duteaud 🥑🔰 (@g_duteaud) reported

So it’s only been a few weeks and my experience with @TELUS so far has been nothing but trouble. @TELUSsupport how come I’m unable to add a data top-up either through the app or website? And how do I get a human being to fix it without wasting half my day on the phone?

  • C0URTLANDS Courtland Sandover-Sly (@C0URTLANDS) reported

@bcgreencaucus @AdamPOlsen Even the telehealth is bad. I went to use the Telus Health app, as well as CloudMD, and both are booking two months out.

  • erdocmom Yael Moussadji, MD, FRCPC (@erdocmom) reported

We recently got Starlink. Until now we had tried multiple rural providers, including Platinum and @telus hub. Dropped meetings, poor download speeds and difficult to watch movies. Now we have 10x the internet speed. Why were gov’t and other big industry players unable to deliver?

  • RanRinBC Randy Rinaldo (@RanRinBC) reported

So Telus includes the YouTube app on our 4K cable boxes, but there’s no way to block it, or put a parental control on it. Really Telus? I do not want my kids exposed to the garbage on that app, do better @TELUS @TELUSsupport @telus #telus

  • yang_tomson Tomson Yang (@yang_tomson) reported

@TELUS do you have Chinese service?

  • sheilawalker73 Sheila Walker 🤷🏻‍♀️⛳️🍸 (@sheilawalker73) reported

@erdocmom @TELUS And WHY aren’t they using Starlink for all rural service More reliable and much lower cost. Probably, if purchased in bulk by governments even cheaper … thinking here of remote FN reserves.

  • SafetyCarm Carmella Steinke (@SafetyCarm) reported

@erdocmom @TELUS This is great to hear! Our bandwidth with Xplornet is so bad we added a Telus Hub (yes we pay for 2 internet providers), and still have some issues.
