@D420Kato @pokelawls @RogersHelps @Bell Telus only have service on the west coast

  • KeeganGoerz Keegan Goerz (@KeeganGoerz) reported from London, Ontario

@evefavretto @saschasegan @TELUS I mean fair enough I guess. SIM swap scams are getting to be a massive problem… and given how attached folks are to their phone number it would be really rough to have to get a new one.

  • Timeafit Timea Janos (@Timeafit) reported from London, Ontario

@TELUSsupport is London Ontario network completely down? Says no service for my entire family? We are all Telus!

  • MPHickie Mark Hickie (@MPHickie) reported from London, Ontario

@Jayd_Ink As an YYC Shaw & Telus customer in Ontario visiting family, I’m as happy with Rogers as I am with Air Canada right now. Our flight down here was canceled twice, rebooked & then modified 3 times alone. No compensation at all. And now this from Rogers! A ridiculous service debacle!

  • OriginalGoo22 Gapper Habs Fan 76 (@OriginalGoo22) reported from London, Ontario

@howiethomas @KrisLipscombe @ChristyMin @chevrolet @Nike @TELUS @TSN_Sports They do but it doesn’t mean their sponsor $ is allocated to anyone other than the men’s program. Don’t get me wrong I would love to see it and think they deserve the coverage. I just think you have to get the sponsors to buy in that it’s worth it and for us to support it🚨🏆🇨🇦

  • nigmendra Nig Narain (@nigmendra) reported from London, Ontario

@TELUS @TELUS: FYI: “We are working hard at reducing service levels” means you are cutting the services you provide. Also, if you’re working hard to do less, you’re doing it wrong. (Sorry to read about how @vsavoia you were treated

  • ChesterSzypula Chester Szypula (@ChesterSzypula) reported from London, Ontario

    @TELUS is the network down?

  • KeeganGoerz Keegan Goerz (@KeeganGoerz) reported from London, Ontario

@saschasegan was reading the Speedtest for Canada and trying to understand the Telus/Bell result. Is it that their 5G works by using 5G and LTE at the same time, hence “5G is just another band on top of LTE”? In short, are they doing MIMO with multiple LTE signals & 1 5G signal?

  • emsadrc2012 EMSADRC2012 ( Jose Sa ) 🇨🇦🇵🇹 (@emsadrc2012) reported from London, Ontario

    Is TELUS service down?

Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • TissueMike Mike Tissue (@TissueMike) reported

@CP24 No need to waste time or money, it was a hack. Bigger issue is are they still inside Rogers? Can they turn off Bell or Telus when they want? How much will it cost to remove them.

  • XRPkook Derek🇨🇦🇨🇦 (@XRPkook) reported

@Bell_Support Hi. I have been without bell mobile service in my area since last evening. My wife, who is with Telus, also has no service in the area.

  • jgvanides Jim Vanides (@jgvanides) reported

@RogersHelps - More details: We are AT&T customers who roam while visiting Montreal. Whenever the Telus signal was stronger, our phone would switch to Telus and work. During a one-brand outage, customers need to be able to manually choose which signal to connect to!!

  • JackMeseyton Джек 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 (@JackMeseyton) reported

@paigesellis My company has but the switch was in the works before the outage. I told the Telus reps yesterday they were 5 days late coming to switch our phones. haha

  • Gypsymouse GypsyMouse (@Gypsymouse) reported

@theteapixie @CBCAlerts I just know I’m switching from Shaw to Telus before Rogers eats Shaw up. Lord, I don’t want to but I don’t see any way I’ll stay with Shaw given this and Rogers’ abysmal Customer Service récord.

  • rodmac71 Rodney MacDougall (@rodmac71) reported

@globalhalifax All the Canadian Telcos need a serious wake up call. Cell service is still way too expensive for what we get. Please don't get me going on their device replacement programs / device insurance programs. An absolute scam. Shame on you @koodo @TELUS

  • Christo45529065 Bryan Botell (@Christo45529065) reported

@marinat71335762 Yes the Roger's thing has taken all the Roger's clients public, one each area comes up then that one trunk dumps everything to them and their to 8 billion replication. Roger's should have went to Telus, asked permission for a few trunks off telus, 🙄 and then it waoulbrr slow. ✅

  • Nacho__Bizniz Nacho_Bizniz (@Nacho__Bizniz) reported

@fionaross15 @birgitomo @Rogers It's not just 'who' runs these communications systems, it's how many there are available to choose from. If one goes down, we should have a service in the home from another provider. eg: Internet with Bell; phone with Telus. You can still communicate if one goes down.

  • thetrblwthtracy tracy gora (@thetrblwthtracy) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@TELUS where are the reward points for my cell service? I pay $163/month and get nothing. The pmt is never late & I’ve been a customer since 2012. My Home Services are LINKED. Norton Security is LINKED. My Apple Watch is LINKED. Fourteen points in almost 2 years?? C’mon #telus

  • JohnPapaloni John Papaloni (@JohnPapaloni) reported from Grimsby, Ontario

@patrickbetdavid to clarify on your video about Rogers. Rogers doesn’t control 90% it’s 3 companies Rogers, Bell (BCE), & Telus combined they have 90% of the market. Definitely a monopoly, we have a “Governing Organization” but run by telecom executives, so how does that help?
