@Altavistagoogle It doesn't but they gave me that box and pik tv and a bunch of other stuff for free. Telus does that all the time if you've been a customer long enough. Never used the pik service because the major networks are usually free here and really only good for news anyways.

@TELUSsupport It wasn't sent to me + I'm not a Telus customer. But you should ensure your customers, especially elderly know to not click on anything nor at will they be asked to update banking info.

@jeterfan28 Truth... I am conducting interviews and everyone's internet is cutting out... this is ridiculous! Shaw and Telus are awful!
