@TELUS @TELUSsupport There’s nothing more satisfying than calling your customer contact service centre and being told your wait time is over an hour - regardless of time or day. Now that’s service. “Let’s make your experience a horrible one. The future is not friendly.”

@reaktor_field @CRTCeng 100%. I’d imagine the state of their network is horrific. Supposedly Telus is the only one here that actually does a decent job with their BGP implementation. I’ve never peered with them directly so I don’t know, but pretty sad if it’s 1/4.

@CP24 Bull ****, in most places if they just turned off the towers peoples phones would have switched to Bell/Telus per roaming agreements. Rogers-EXT Network

@TELUSsupport think my Telus Fibre is down in SW Calgary. Can’t report as your website requires me to choose some physical damage I’ve spotted as part of the submission?

@AnthonyLacavera Also you think Telus BCE Quebecor and Rogers are just going to sit ideally by and let their cash cows be slaughtered? That's funny. Few bucks here and there and problem solved.

Any other AB Telus customers have issues with service when in Sask? Telus doesn't seem to be too compatible to Sask Tel.

@markrmcqueen @TELUS @Rogers One possibility that has been suggested to me is that there were a lot of people who had Rogers at home - and therefore off the air who had Bell / TELUS phones and were using them to hotspot and that might have added extra demand to the Bell network.

@missakind @JustinTrudeau Theres literally Bell, Telus and Freedom networks in Canada besides Rogers. There isn't a monopoly, other carriers just use one of the above networks since you know a network of cellphone towers isn't exactly cheap to make therefore leasing network usage is cheaper.
