    @TELUS @TELUSsupport There’s nothing more satisfying than calling your customer contact service centre and being told your wait time is over an hour - regardless of time or day. Now that’s service. “Let’s make your experience a horrible one. The future is not friendly.”

    @MikeK_mode I'm a Telus customer. And he knows my real name. You might want to let him know that if he accesses my info for anything other than business reasons I'll have his job so fast it'll make his head spin. Might put a crimp in his budding finance career.

    @TELUSsupport the Telus website sucks to put mildly. You want customers to self serve online then you need to to something with website so that it works. Very frustrated and ready to cancel all @Telus services!

    @Bryson_M Telus is also a much younger company (created from AGT, Edmonton Tel and BC Tel) and with one CEO (forget which) decided to become more customer friendly. (which is why they adopted the Clearnet ad campaign with animals when they bought Clearnet).

    TELUS sales rep messes up my landline transfer. It was supposed to be same # as Shaw but on the bill it’s not the same. And internet $99 is promotion for 2yrs and then jumps to $175/mo. That being said, the speed is incomparable to my previous slow-fi so even when I take out

    @smgrinus Shaw internet 300. But after all the rental of pods and modem and landline, the cost was $186/mo. The new TELUS one is fiber so it’s fast and it’s $135/mo. We kept landline for emergency use to contact home

    Attention @TELUSsupport @TELUS @adtcanada I have been contacting the ADT & Telus customer service since January 20th. To date, I reached out 6 times with a request to close my ADT account. Your agents keep dismissing me. Can someone finally get back to me?!

    TELUS done. Great tech dude getting everything done from wiring outside & support to plug and connect devices. Already huge difference in speed. Let’s hope my bill isn’t going to double...
