@TorontoStar We DO need more competition. We need companies willing to expand service in rural areas. Perhaps if American companies were allowed in we might get better service all around. I’ve had great service from @TELUS but prices are ridiculous. And every so often they raise them. $245/mo

@TELUSsupport Literally ever since you guys called us asking us to “upgrade” our internet to a “faster” one. We said no, and From that day on it’s been absolute garbage. I used to recommend Telus to everybody; however, our experience with you has been horrendous. I’ll never recommend you again

@HalifaxGuy22 I buy unlocked dual sim phones, so I can have service with two companies at the same time. I tried Koodo (Telus) and Eastlink and Bell/Virgin. The only towers owned are Bell and they have no coverage where their maps say they do. I map and GPS where you can find it, on clear day

Got to love @TELUS not only do their reps not show up AT ALL!!! They don’t even call to get a new appointment scheduled. But they do call with an automated phone survey. Oh and we are getting billed for a service that has not been set up yet.

As a long time customer and former employee, I'd like to know why @TELUS hasn't been able to broker a roaming agreement with @BAICommsToronto for subway service. This is essential coverage!

@PublicMobile We are a Canadian Military family, posted back to Canada next year in summer. We used to be with Telus, but we are through giving our money to huge corporations for crappy service. Hoping to touch base with you prior to coming back home!
