@TELUS So, I decided to make the switch to Telus home services, it's not even connected, and already you've let me down. Two phone calls to try to change appointment time, promised a call back and it never came. Really???

  • HudsonHMack Hudson Mack 🏳️‍🌈 (@HudsonHMack) reported

@Bell customers in #GordonHead area of #Saanich are you as fed up as me with terrible service since a shared @TELUS tower was knocked out? It’s been weeks and I’m ready to switch. @Bell_Support #CustomerServiceFail.

  • Kfortch Kyle Fortch (@Kfortch) reported

Ugh @TELUS has to be the absolute WORST internet company ever.

  • InspiredAquaCA Inspired Aquariums (@InspiredAquaCA) reported

@berkan @kaplanmyrth @driusan There's definitely issues with trying that approach. For example, doctors in BC using Telus EMR access their EMR through a VPN, for security reasons. Lots of other valid/legal reasons for using the security of VPNs.

@crypto_tunaaaa @TELUS Telus is so ******* useless bro, I called them a few weeks ago about plans and they were so ******* stupid I ended up signing with Shaw within 15 mins of hanging up with Telus lol

  • fenwaywest22 Josh (@fenwaywest22) reported

@ebroshko The whole list is just PR from the worst companies around. Telus ICBC bc ferries hydro, fortis, can’t be serious

Hi @TELUSsupport @TELUS is there an outage in my area? I’m in North Oakville and my phone shows “No Service”

  • waterboy99troop Walter Siu (@waterboy99troop) reported

@tinfoiltuque Originally, I was going to cancel DAZN and go over to fubo, but I just saved a huge chuck of money switching my TV and internet from Shaw to Telus, so I might just do both

  • rcamcole Cam Cole (@rcamcole) reported

OK, we all complain about poor customer service, but this Luddite spoke to a very patient woman from @TELUSsupport last night who led me to a solution for my Netflix/Amazon Prime crashes even after it was clear it wasn't Telus's problem. She didn't yell once, either. Thx, Telus.

  • jonesj Joseph Jones (@jonesj) reported

@Lidsville @mtnbvan @adriandix When Telus forced me off of copper and onto fibre, I lost the alternative channel that made it possible, say, to phone BC Hydro during a power outage. Now, no power means no telephone. Losing resilience through purported technological progress.
