I've only been a customer of Telus since 2013. Non stop. I brought 4 different people to them as well. There's ZERO affordance for that. Nobody seems interested in retaining my business.

  • SSeanNicholson Sean Nicholson (@SSeanNicholson) reported

Every few times I go to watch TV there is no sound. Thanks @TELUS for the A+ service. Glad I'm paying for something I can't hear. @TELUSsupport

How does a business like @TELUS get so big while simultaneously offering by far the worst customer service experience hands down. It is really baffling to me.

  • ThymelessC Summer Oakes from Thymeless Cottage (@ThymelessC) reported

@LordcoParts Crappy...dealing with @Telus again and that is never fun!

  • stefannschielke Stefan Schielke (@stefannschielke) reported

@TELUS thanks for transferring me 8 times to get to the correct department. Your system is broken...

  • thechek182 Thechek182 (@thechek182) reported

@ycmmat @TELUS I am at a loss for words about how bad they are. They screwed up a simple account transfer & cut service because they were sending bills to nobody. We reach out to them to figure it out. Offer to pay whatever is owing and they have no idea on how they can accept our payment.

  • kermitology The Checked Out Daniel (@kermitology) reported

@SweetSpotRD I'm just a Telus customer, but I've had 2 fibre upgrades happen. This is just an offer to connect your home. The main lines are in street/alley connections then they run a line to your home from a connection node if you decided to switch to Telus.

  • apatheticsock aestheticsock (@apatheticsock) reported

@chloe_hime7 damn thats unlucky :( my suggestion is go unabomber mode on telus until they give you fibre

  • therealkuri Kuri (@therealkuri) reported

@MimiProbably @duncankinney My wellness program too. And my number one professional bugbear because Telus has never seen a privacy invasion “innovation” they didn’t love.

  • stewie_griffi10 David Copperfield (@stewie_griffi10) reported

@ZachOfWilson The police obtained a Production Order for Telus after having got the ISP from Moneris. They then got a search warrant for the premises. Can't see what the problem is here.
