@TELUS why does your website say 24/7 support and your phone line say you’re closed? Your Optik TV on demand service stutters and is unwatchable. Your chat bot wants me to renew service but apparently there’s no way to make that service work or get help with it. #telussucks

@koodo @TELUS this all has to be a joke right? This has been going on since the spring. And nobody can fix this? I have been given empty promises over the phone. Im tired of this, ruining ny credit and costing me money. Expect a lawsuit in the comming weeks. Im done with asking

@Durhamgirl7 @CTVToronto I have service .. I am with TELUS and it has been the only company I have not had issues with. I even have service when most others do not... been with them now for almost 20 years

@TELUSsupport Might be time to start handing out some monthly contract discounts to your customers, @TELUS has been down a lot this year, it’s ridiculous especially considering what Canadians pay annually for your services. Gouge us and provide half assed coverage. #telusoutages

@thevinnicks Not directly, and if you want Telus TV then ifbre is a must, but if you don't want Telus TV, or any of the other ancillary services Telus will try to upsell, then you can't beat the reliability of a copper landline. You'll never need to reboot a modem to make a phone call :)
