How do I permanently turn off having voicemail with Telus? I have never checked voicemail and I'm not going to start now, but it allowing people to leave it suggests I will hear it.

@scoopercooper @alexboutilier @amandacconn Instead of compensating Telus for what they should have known in the first place, it might be wiser to reward Shaw for not going down the Huawei disaster highway. At least switch providers.

Meanwhile, Samsung says, "sorry, it's a TELUS issue. Talk to them. Or cancel your order through them, order through us! But we still won't be able to tell you exactly how long you'll wait." What happened to customer support?

@TELUSsupport just got a call from someone claiming to be from Telus to offer me deals. Im on Canada DNC list and was never a Telus customer. Are you cold calling people right now to get them to convert? If so, remove me from all your lists

@TELUS you’re home internet service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Switching providers tomorrow

@SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility Contact them and give them a chance to fix it. Their cell service range is better than any of the other ones and nothing worse than going out of town and you lose service, especially if you cannot reach your kids.

Cancelled an update on my phone, jumped into the last presentation of my semester. Came back to $50 in charges because apparently on the new 13’s you have to go in and cancel auto downloads… @Apple @TELUS #pissedoffstudent

@sunlorrie Come on we know Trudeau had no intentions on banning Huawei he had already given Bell & Telus the green light on investments. He was hoping like everything else it would 'blow over'. There was never any intention.

@DanMac2014 @globalnews @Rogers. Umm. No. I'm not sure what you mean by notified. Rogers and Fido are the worst. Telus & Bell have a feature where only whitelisted callers can get through. others have to enter a random code

@Telus how you treat your customers is disgusting. Over a year with terrible service. Always having to chase for a resolution. Shame on you.
