    @cdulong84 Some customers in Ontario, Quebec and Eastern Canada may be unable to complete calls to Telus and Koodo customers. Our technical teams are aware of the issue and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    @HamiltonPolice This is what happens when communications companies insist on running phone lines through modems. If you're on Telus service, do they have an alternative solution until fixed?

    @StrategicResrch When you turn off the automatic network selection, the device stays on the TELUS network. If another network is available you would then need to approve the changes via the push notification. Can you confirm that automatic network selection has been turned off?

    @the_transit_guy @telus spent 40 mins on int’l long distance to cancel son’s account (in my name as he was a minor when we got it 7 yrs ago). Was on their support channel that it could not be done via email and son told him same by phone. They finally answer and say it had already been cancelled.

    The coolest part about how ****** @TELUS is, asked for a callback one day, never happened. You wait 35 mins after calling at 7am… On the phone just for the to hang up. Y’all suck.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport is Pik TV always a choppy mess? it clips every 4-8 seconds. makes it almost unwatchable. really glad this was tossed into my service for free ‘cause if I was paying for it… hoo boy, I’d be fuming.

    @LifesShort614 @NDrules43 Yup me too I was with Rogers and my kids on Telus couldn’t get me ever then we had an emergency finally I went to bell no issues now.

    @RogersHelps I have services with Telus, I subscribe to all SN channels, I choose to sign in with TV provider I keep seeing you can’t view this with your subscription, this issue just started, Telus said I should have no issues contact SN support, but they are impossible to get ahold of

    @normscards99 @GPatrick77 I have Telus TV bundled with my internet. But also buy the center ice pack every season. It's $200 for repeat buyers. I can stream the games from my phone from their app as well. Yes I'm old and still on a cable TV service. Haha I can't go without having reliable TV service.
