@TELUSsupport My internet and tv has been down since Monday evening. I’m in North Van. Telus says fibre optic line has been cut and is affecting 500 homes in North Van. I’m in the Blueridge area. Anyone else having same issues???

@KarinKarebear @TELUSsupport It lasted 2 hours ffs. What…you think they’re gonna reimburse you the 13 cents it probably cost you for that time period? We pay on average $3 - $4 a day for our cell plans. Telus ain’t giving anyone anything. **** happens with technology. Deal with it
