    lol Telus internet is so bad that I am now getting timed out for 30 minutes in @DeadByBHVR instead of 5 because the game thinks I'm a bad sport and not that my internet is just breaking for no reason, why is Canadian internet so absolutely garbage

    @pattibacchus @TELUS @TELUSsupport I was with shaw and then I just couldn't with their "service" so I switched to telus. Sorry to heat your experience isn't as good

    @CraveCanada @TELUS @TELUSsupport what’s the point of having seamless integration when I’m constantly LOGGED OUT every single time. All the while “I’m not connected to the internet” when I am. — fix this sh*t. ****** service.

    Trying @TMobileHelp instead - both call center reps (their troubleshooting script, really) were unhelpful. Roaming in Canada, phone will only sometimes (rarely) authenticate with Telus for mobile data. Voice, SMS, no problem. Data? Almost never. Dunno what to do next.

    @TELUS trying to activate a receiver for a friend and your technical support is no working. On your web site it says available 24/7 but on the phone it says closed. How does someone activate a new receiver if your not open.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I canceled my account starting May 1 due to a move. Account was paid in full every month with no arrears. There is a $100 credit and I’m still not reimbursed for it. Why are you holding on to MY money? Customer service won’t help.
