Been with @TELUS for less than a week and I am ready to cancel my service 🗑

  • MoreKevinPlease Kevin Moore (@MoreKevinPlease) reported

@NatashaFatah I installed the app when it came out because I could clearly see that the technology was not about tracking people especially since it was open source. But a lot of people rightfully don’t trust the government so they never bothered. Ended up getting tracked by Telus anyway.

Dear #Telus.. your modem sucks. I should've canceled the second I realized I didn't get the $80/mo deal I signed up for. I pay a ridiculous amount for JUST internet and the friggin modem has shut itself down CONSISTENTLY since I got it. Big mistake choosing telus. Back to SHAW

  • et0demerzel demerzel (@et0demerzel) reported

@BLCKD_COM_PlLLD **** article. They don't say how Canada allegedly tracked the phones. Only said they bought data from Telus. I see claims and a narrative but no actual "here look this is what we found".

  • JLJohnston Judi (she/her) (@JLJohnston) reported

@linwood_barclay @Rogers Yikes! If you have Novus available to you out east, I recommend you give them a try, or at least check out their prices. Way less costly here in Vancouver than Rogers, Telus, or Shaw and great service to boot.

  • actionjax25 Jim Jackson (@actionjax25) reported

@TELUS Well after about 20 years your customer service and billing department is losing me as a customer. Too many screw ups and not enough resolution. You used to be the best. Not any longer.

  • BourgetGary Gary (@BourgetGary) reported

@SteveatTH I have Telus and I believe one can do the same on Sahw and rogers, bell I went into settings and removed everything CBC. Trudeau just gave them $21 million of your money to help the CBC stay afloat. Of the $21 mil, $6.5 went to friends to study why the CBCsucks sooo bad. @CBCNews

  • kootscrutinizer Greg Michaels (@kootscrutinizer) reported

At #telus cancelling your service is a rate change. $15 and no other way to do it other than talking to a person. #winning

  • kgredd Ken reddekopp (@kgredd) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@TheSpinDoctor @MizzJackson @TELUS Due to their terrible customer service, they are one carrier I will never use. And now there’s Telus Health which makes them even more disgusting in my mind.
