I can’t get over how much better the customer service is with @TELUS than @Bell_Aliant if any NS business needs a break from Bell I’d highly recommend Telus.

Hey, @TELUS I give you $125 monthly for my so called high speed net. So let's make a deal. Every time it fails and I get kicked off a game server, you're going to refund me one month's fees. So far tonight you owe me $250. If you want to charge me for your service PROVIDE IT!

@jonathanwhudson Asked a Telus rep why they wouldn't match Koodo. They wait Koodo was a discount brand and Telus was premium I asked what does premium offer? They said customer service. I replied the only time I talk to you guys is at renewal, and I'm on hold for 90 minutes. They didn't reply

Same question for @SaanichPolice, not sure who can help or if we can even get help without escalating his rage further and making it more dangerous. Thanks. Can’t hold phone calls long enough to call non-emergency, @TELUS no longer serves our neighbourhood enough for that. :(

Great. @TELUS @TELUSsupport just called to tell me a solution is coming. In 2-3 years the tower 10 blocks from us will be replaced. Until then if we have any more emergency needs we’ll need to get to Home Depot if we want to assure we can get through.

U SPORTS WSOC: Insane atmosphere here at Stade TELUS-UL. Both teams with great and loud support. Only English chant? "I'm blind! I'm deaf! I want to be a ref!" Scoreless through 51 minutes.

@NestBetter I went through their financial statements a few years ago and the numbers never added. This thing is a dead man walking, reminiscent of the oil & gas royalties circa late 2000s. I have no idea why someone would choose this over a sustainably high dividend payer (Telus, etc…).
