@ianhanomansing Telus Customer Service agreed today to email the monthly bill to me to pay either at bank or on line. No fee. No bank account access.

@TELUSsupport 6:30 on a Friday night and there is no customer service to fix a Telus problem??? Chat not available and your 310-1212 number says it’s out of service? Sounds about right.

  • ksavvy31 Karen (@ksavvy31) reported

Am I reading this @TELUS email correctly. They are now charging 1.5% if you pay by pre-auth credit card. so for me that will be about $3.25/mth on top of all my services That are already outrageous. Um, what a ****** business plan. Def. Not pro customer service!! #telus #nope

@TELUS not understanding why, after 4 months and several calls into you, I still haven’t received my replacement boosters?! I work from home- reliable internet is a must and this is unacceptable! Time to make a move to Shaw. Also- will be moving my cell service after 20+ years

  • CuriousJEH LovingMyLife (@CuriousJEH) reported

@ianhanomansing salesperson at my door y’day convinced me to switch to Telus. Tried to get support today for service call & to change on my mobile. NO response to emails or tweet messages, spent over 120 minutes on phone before I gave up & cancelled switch.

  • AlbertBrownJr Albert Brown (@AlbertBrownJr) reported

I really wish @TELUS would get their act together and actually provide usable service in my neighbourhood. Instead I’m stuck with @Shawhelp who appear to be incompetent.

  • med8or Jason Pedlar (@med8or) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport now charging a 1.5% credit card processing fee before the CRTC actually approves? The principle of it may be enough for me to cancel my 22 year account.

  • IcemanYVR ☕️🍷Last Name, First Name 🚴🏼‍♂️⛳️ (@IcemanYVR) reported

@chrisonhismac @TELUS @TELUSsupport The only problem with this is whomever you switch to will be doing the exact same thing.

  • zweistein54 Chris Goethel (@zweistein54) reported

@12Kitkat16 Try Telus. Been with them for almost two years now and no issues. Rogers used to tell me it was the leaves on the trees blocking my signal at times - um guys it is late November, no leaves! So I left.
