    I can’t get over how much better the customer service is with @TELUS than @Bell_Aliant if any NS business needs a break from Bell I’d highly recommend Telus.

    @azimuthex @TELUS It’s better then nothing, got to ask the government to chip in and pay the bill. Telus has so much money invested in their network they can’t do it for free.

    @allsystemsjo @TinyCroc @TELUS My reaction was vulgar. It was honest. Let’s unwrap it. First I’m a PWD. My income does not allow me the privilege of renting my own home. I share a house with others. As I suspect most who rely on income support do. 1/

    Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport one of your installers at a neighbor took out all our services (phone, tv, internet) and they assured me someone would be coming to fix it. I have to work from home tomorrow and don't see it on your service outage page even after I also submitted it.

    @rob_bieber @TELUS Shame on you Telus! Good to know where the company stands when it comes to customer care. If a client who’s been this long with the company means nothing, it tells me that it’s time for me to go somewhere else as well.

    @allsystemsjo @TinyCroc @TELUS 2/ since Telus says they want to help PWD, may I suggest they offer a similar deal for our personal cell phones. Most people actually have one of these. That would be helpful. That is what an actual low barrier offer would be.

    They’ve said for the past couple months I think since mid April that it’s a “outage” and their handling it but that’s all just bs I talked to one of their representatives they said there were no outages at all, so I’m confused as to why this is occurring #telus

    I miss @TELUS... Wish they had fibre in my building @Shawhelp is just the absolute worst for connectivity. I can count on one hand the amount of times Telus went down on me - lost track of how many times I've had to deal with Shaw being down

    @newstik @PogoWasRight @MistyMVD Telus, Bell & Rogers, which controls the CRTC, will never allow the CRTC to make it public. It will also make the cops look bad because they do nothing & because there is too much of it. There is so much that the cyber website doesn't even bother to work.
