@TELUS @TELUSsupport after waiting over 24 hours for a service call. We were torn between 5 and 7 pm today we would have a talk show up. Not even a callback and no show, please explain#

@2closetocall 1. The TV anywhere app I use don't have ads, the non-premium broadcasters apps do 2. I only subscribe to News+Sports+Crave which works just fine added to basic cable. Everything else is stuff I'd never watch. 3. Telus lets you modify online now, or did last time I did it.

  • 2closetocall Bryan Breguet (@2closetocall) reported

@EthanYVR For ****'s sake, Telus charges you money to SEND YOU the 4k PVR because they need to install it (if you decide to upgrade). How is anyone arguing cable is remotely as convenient as streaming is beyond me.

@CBC @cbcmarketplace Big companies no longer ‘compete’. Rogers Bell & Telus cooperate and fix prices. Same as how every gas station raises their price to the same $ within minutes. Cooperation is more profitable than competition.

@AddleyMa @EthanYVR it's still not as easy as to cancel netflix I know, I do have cable with Telus.

  • Sam_J Sam_J (@Sam_J) reported

@TELUS why is it, that everytime, your phone number encourages your customers to use the virtual assistant/website, only to be told they can't help me and I have to phone in?

  • poneilinOttawa Peter O'Neil (@poneilinOttawa) reported

Hey, people who know way more than me about mobile data plans since I always had a company phone: I found an apparently gr8 deal with Virgin. I'm often getting 1 or 2 bars -- in the centre of Ottawa! Big mistake? I got that kind of signal with Telus at the cottage.

  • davidhogben davidhogben (@davidhogben) reported

@TELUSsupport I am aware of the options. You should be aware that making it more difficult for clients to pay every month will cause them to look for better customer care with another provider. Telus seems determined to drive clients away.

Hi @koodo! I'm wondering what I can do about consistently low cell reception at home. I get poor audio on calls, dropped calls and often calls go right to voicemail. This isn't new, it been gradually getting worse over the last couple of years. It's also affecting the Telus cells

@ChrisQuelch23 It's down a bit, great dividend. Really only Bell Canada and telus for telecommunications in Canada
