@DustinMorris13 @Shawhelp Telus does that all the time too and it’s so frustrating. Had I known they were giving you issue I would have given them what for on your behalf Dustin. I bet they do it on purpose so you have to buy the more expensive package

I phoned Telus on behalf of my company and scheduled someone to come in to make the dang internet work. I’ve been training for this day my entire life. My parents always made me talk to the tech support team, even as a kid lmao

@thx1979 Try @TELUS for a dealing for stupidly bureaucratic company that can’t find its rear end from a hole in the ground. Telus is perhaps the best example of not knowing what it wants to be, virtue signals continuously but can’t fix a damn, internet or security line. They’re a joke.
