@ana_lisboeta That is a threat and they cannot do that. They have bought this debt from Telus and won’t quit until they extract 30% of the value. Document everything. Include it in your complaint(s)

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@regimeld And while we are at it, we caaaaan maaaaaybe draw some lines to the CloudWifi file where the CRTC stated denial of service and disruption of service has no public interest, and with Telus where blocking services can be ignored for months.

@Coast_Capital so I can't add a Bill Payee because apparently there's ongoing maintenance until August 15th? Can you please let @TELUS know that my payment to them will be late because of your system issues? Thanks.

@VincentRule @RealAlexD @Fernie635 Spoiler alert...it's still frozen Stupid Telus wifi

  • jaxsaid jaxsaid 🐌 (@jaxsaid) reported

We have no Internet until Monday afternoon because @Shawhelp is literally the worst company ever and doesn't test their ****** modems before switching you to a plan that your working modem won't support and then refusing to revert it back. Telus is getting all my money.

  • Jason3Butler Jason Butler (@Jason3Butler) reported

In January of 2021 I filed a complaint with the CCTS against Telus. In an email CCed to my Federal MP Karen McCrimmon the Commissioner of the CCTS Howard Maker admitted that he intentionally violated the Procedural code of the CCTS in order to comply with Telus's demands.

  • wanless64 James Wanless (@wanless64) reported

@kentcclark Sorry man. Sucks in this market. Good luck with the hunt and the TELUS thing. Frankly, I would refuse the cancellation fee and escalate.

  • pjdugue Pat (@pjdugue) reported

@TELUSsupport I've already talked with Telus support and they ran me through a bunch of troubleshooting steps at the end of that it seems to be that the problem is with one plus or an update that applied. At this point I don't know that it's a Telus problem.

  • wheelerreborn Wheelerreborn♿ (@wheelerreborn) reported

@reikokoyama79 @CCI_Wireless @Xplornet You try the telus hub internet or whatever they call it? My cousin has it at his acreage & his parents at the farm and they actually have less problems then I do with shaw high-speed in the city.

  • RobeyGFlynn Robeson G. Flynn (@RobeyGFlynn) reported

@AskWWENetwork I will tell you the problem again. It's the same problem that you have had with almost all Canadian subscribers. WWE Network website is not getting the credentials from Telus, this problem is not new. "No subscription found!" message appears. (1/2)
