    @TELUSBusiness hoping you can help, I have two cell phones and internet through Telus business and I've just had my cell bill and been charged $120 in roaming which is ridiculous for sending a couple of texts. Considering taking my business elsewhere

  • Sheggie2 Shawn Heggie (@Sheggie2) reported from Lethbridge, Alberta

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport ever since we tried to improve our network, we are getting charged $100’s in overages for a slower speed and now my son can’t use his xbox on Christmas Day #nightmare We don’t want to wait on the phone for an hour again to accomplish nothing.

  • Nazmazh Jeff H (@Nazmazh) reported from Airdrie, Alberta

    Naturally, the internet dies just as soon as Telus support shuts down for the night. Hopefully it comes back soon. This whole "no-internet" thing is weird and frustrating.

  • RedSealSam Samuel Armstrong (@RedSealSam) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

    @CraveCanada hello, my crave apps on smart tv and iPad are not letting me access any shows, and it says to contact service provider and that I’m not subscribed. I am subscribed and was literally watching a show yesterday. It also still working on my Telus on demand.

  • MHClark2617 Mary-Helen Clark (@MHClark2617) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

    After an hour on hold with @telus, I’m getting my fourth technician visit since October, now to fix my basement TV. The guy who “fixed” my internet somehow made the service slower and more intermittent. I’m just glad my phones are on infinite data.

  • acemacg Adam MacGillivray (@acemacg) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

    @SarahCarms @TELUS Mine was glitchy yesterday. Didn’t connect to wifi then wouldn’t recognize the LTE network. I was able to reboot to fix it though.

  • 12volttribe The International Chromeowners Association (@12volttribe) reported from Hope, British Columbia

    @CBC Reliable cell service, anywhere! @Rogers @Bell @TELUS
