    @mssinenomine A couple years ago Telus came & wired our co-op for fibre optic cable using similar tactics. They run the wires to the units but you choose to use them or not. Terrible that they are doing this during a pandemic, though, & being so aggressive! Unacceptable.

    @TELUSsupport The gaslighting from the supervisor is unreal. Absolutely refused to send a new box, Not until I mentioned our house burning down from the box getting so hot all of a sudden he could send a new box. Great training Telus.

    @TELUS 2 hrs of my day wasted on hold to rectify a billing issue that was Telus’ fault.Every time we call the ‘wait time is longer than usual’. Every time. Is there ever a wait time that is ‘usual’? Customer service is horrible. Shaw just got a new customer.

    So a 12 year old had a phone that kept charging $28 multiple times per day every time they used their phone outside of home. Shouldn't there be some shared responsibility? Shouldn't @TELUS have some checks in their system to protect the customer from errors like this?

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport this is ******* despicable. you have thousands of channels, i have just about every package available and there is ONE college football game on. **** this trash service, fix it or the cable is being cut. embarrassing.

    @RogersHelps That's law. The Samsung app is no better than what you're required to provide. Why am I paying Rogers the same price as Telus/Bell who provide the call control service I'm looking for?

    @TELUSsupport I did again today. Same story. Can't do anything because you rely on Bell to provide your service in this area, ticket with Bell still open etc. This is very frustrating and you are likely going to lose my household as a customer. Telus should have a way to have Bell expedite.

    Me: You can't enter into a contract with Telus on my behalf. You can't sign me up for service with them that I will then be responsible for paying for. Something very wrong is happening here. Again housing provider says they are shocked Telus is presenting this as done deal.
