@TELUS @TELUSsupport is extremely sadistic for suspending my service at 1:30AM on a Saturday morning. Why not do it during business hours during the week? Y’all are so wrong for this.

@TELUSsupport Seriously Telus!!! I wait for over an hour for a support callback and your system hangs up on me after I answer the phone? This is customer service?

  • Teewa11 Sheila Honeyman (@Teewa11) reported

Plausible explanation? Landline @ res is Shaw. Callers getting "number no longer in service" msge. Shaw says their system can't always communicate w/other providers. So call Telus, ask why their #s can't communicate with Shaw! Really? Or b.s.? I see it as Shaw's problem. You?

We’ve talked to 7 or 8 different agents, & no one has fixed this mess. #Telus this is a huge fail. I am likely no longer going to remain a customer.

@TELUSsupport Hi there. Switched from Koodo to Telus Mobility for the 5G then learned my OnePlus 9 Pro isn't allowed to have 5G on your network. Any way to fix this? Or can you provide a timeline on when 5G will be available to me? Thanks!
