  @CodyHarrison29 @TELUSsupport Because the failure is affecting this message system - the web server is down. That why we all got notifications (a very short message) via the cell towers (still working) that some computers have failed at Telus - the one running the phone call,data service and the web service.

  @Crackmacs @virginplus Funny, I have the exact opposite problem on the same carrier. Voice calls work, data absolutely does not. That Telus outage must be massive...

  @TELUSsupport came back just before you announced it was restored. And here I thought I was a Koodo customer. But I think "Koodo customer" really means "Telus customer with worse service"
