    So ADT was bought out by #Telus. We had our system changed over and so far nothing is working properly. I have NEVER experienced such a poor job by a company. They don't make appts. They don't follow instructions. They don't care. Sadly, they are useless.

    @NEWS1130 Interesting. I was having issues so I called Telus from my work phone (Freedom Mobile) & a machine came on saying there was disruptions to service due to a system update.
