    @TELUSsupport @PrasadYEG Telus ADT Support is the worst call centre I’ve have ever experienced. Call number prompts not acknowledged, agents wasting 5 minutes verifying identify only to find their system frozen and can’t schedule a dispatch call. Their call back service when on hold calls go to voicemail

    @CareyVandenberg Sounds like the time I called #telus customer support and could hear chickens in the back yard. Was definitely offshore because I asked the agent where she was.

    @JayIsPainting @1loriking I have Telus fibre - bc - it is really quite good. No issues and if there is a bit of a glitch I just restart the whole thing.

    @SoMersVick Shaw here too,dont want rogers telus or bell. This is a win for greedy corporations and a huge loss for Canadians.We now have 3providers and no competition. It should have never happened to much power will be corrupted its inevitable.

    @SoMersVick We are with Shaw, super ticked because we will not give Roger's our business. When the bought Sprint way back when, I fought to get out of my contract with Sprint because we dislike Roger's so much. Not excited to switch to Telus but we have no choice. It sucks big time.

    @AllanzkieB @SpaceX How do you like it? Any issues with it not working or performing well? I’m in Sherwood Park and Telus and Shaw are horribly slow.

    @AboutRogers real shame this Shaw buyout was allowed to happen. Had Rogers as my 1st cell phone company and switched cuz service provided sucked major ***. Pretty sure I'm gonna have to switch to Telus now cuz of them.
