    .@Verizon you are a great internet provider but the routing to the servers give everyone in virginia packet loss - i used to have this at home with telus please fix <3 ilysm best internet out there haha

    @RobSomerville1 @JaneSkocdopole @TELUS >> with common tabletop or window-frame antennas. He lives 7 miles outside nearest wee town in rurals. Nowadays he has optical-fiber connection. Local phone company found enough interested customers to pre-order optical fibre connection/internet service to dig the cables down

    @TELUS our power went out for 6 hours last night & we couldn’t even call out from our cell phones cause we didn’t have wi-fi calling….we couldn’t even load the Epcor page for progress. WE LIVE IN THE CITY OF EDMONTON. What is this garbage cell service?! #yeg #garbage #somad

    It's pretty sad that @TELUSsupport their LTE outperforms their 5G network. Power outage in Edmonton and can't connect to anything on 5G but switch over to LTE and it works, albeit slow but it works. Get your act together Telus, will be switching back to Rogers!

    @RobSomerville1 @TELUS Several years ago we had a Telus “Smart Hub,” it connected to cell towers. It was okay…but got increasingly expensive. Our cell service here is not great, so I’m skeptical. However! Rumour has it Telus is building a new tower near here, if that does transpire. I may try this.

    I think the reason a telus service guy keeps you on the phone for 2 hours is so they can charge you for the minutes.

    @RobSomerville1 @TELUS I wish you luck with that. We had a similar hookup through what has now become BellMTS. It was expensive, slow and we periodically got cut off. I do wish you better success!

    @TELUS I purchased a Note 20 Ultra never got mine and S21+ on Dec 27th and not a pair either how do I get mine and my wife's buds?
