Agreed, it is an excellent service provides a great servicr when your only alternative is ER This lawsuit is about telus LifePlus which is a expensive additional paid service

    @rodmickleburgh @TheTyee BFD…only deals with the Telus Life program, with about 4000 enrolled. Does not apply to the basic FREE Telus program that provides access to Fam Drs. Also diverts attention from the real issues around the lack of fam Drs.

    @PauloEastvan If I did would I have to phone Telus? I don't have a GP and my government is throwing healthcare under the bus along with all the provinces. Telus is the new go-to to solve all our problems

    @stephen_burtch If you’re with Telus they have an amazing call block feature on the service side and I’ve not gotten another spam call since. Not. A. Single. One.

    @TELUSsupport I called Telus support and had them call me back but when they call me back it goes straight to voicemail

    @PublicKris @K_elly_B It’s not that I think they are doing the “best they can” - I question general critiques w/o specificity that sound bad. I don’t think BC is pushing privatization like in Ontario. I think Telus is exploiting the situation for sure but that’s not the govt doing it.

    @DennisKendel @VancouverSun The best way to fight corporate greed is hitting them back in their pocket. If people start cancelling their service with Telus in mass they don't even wait for court decision; they will listen fast.
