    @TeslaGoesPlaid Yes! We have determined that Starlink isn’t the option for us, we are going to make some adjustments/improvements to our current Telus system and hopefully that will resolve issues

    Wow. I can’t believe I’ve called Telus over and over again over the past year. Hours spent on the phone and been assured I’d see my credits and bill to what it should be. Every time I’m let down.. been with them since day one - yes #BCTEL! @TELUS @TELUSsupport. Loyalty is tough.

    Hey @TELUSsupport - unfortunate that a power pole caught fire last night causing power, Shaw and Telus to go down. Over 12hrs later power restored. Shaw restored. Telus no where to be found even after calls to service and an outage reported due to burnt cables.

    Never, Ever get TELUS SmartHome Security @TELUSsupport @TELUS our cameras stopped working as soon as it got cold - phone calls go to the Philippines on hold for over an hour - Worst customer service ever!! what a **** company!

    SERVICE RESTORED (Warburton): We've replaced the failed Telus gear with some of ours and they are dispatching replacement equipment which should arrive tomorrow. So far the backbone link is working great and we're back at 100%.
