Hey @TELUS I just spent 2hr 5min on hold. Person who picked up said they couldn't help me because I selected business instead of home. Pretty sure I didn't mix up the words "home" & "business" when talking to your computer. Now I'm on hold again. I'll be cancelling.

@Bell_Aliant FYI, the staff at your store at Halifax Shopping Centre in Halifax, NS, was so rude and disrespectful to my 90- year-old mother and I during our attempt to add an iPad to her Bell Mobility account that we switched as a family to Telus. We’d been with you since Maritime Tel & Tel.

@TELUSsupport This is an issue. I’ve reported it at least 3 times now in the last two weeks. Still ongoing. Doubtful your moving this up the food chain (so to speak). Maybe @TELUS should reconsider this third party situation.

@TELUSsupport Android App. Now looks like there's only "TELUS TV+" The previous Optik App in GooglePlay no longer exists and last time I used it gave all sorts of "remote host not found" errors. It was my understanding that got discontinued.

@TELUSsupport Google Home has suddenly stopped being able to communicate with my Telus/ADT security system late last week. Did you disable support for Google Home? It's worked fine for years before Telus bought ADT Canada, and even worked afterwards right up until last Friday.

@DTESworksafe @VancouverPD That may be a fair point. I know a mild social housing complex on 2nd into which Telus *may* not be willing to send its service people - but I can't confirm that.

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport since you’re charging me an extra 1.5% for paying my bill, how about you get off your asses and improve the signal where I live…it’s gotten worse over the last 5 years! After 25 years as a customer it might be time to switch! #poorservice #crooks
