Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • scruss Stewart Russell (@scruss) reported

oo, trying to cancel a telus home security system is the worst. Multiple dropped calls, missing callbacks, main telus number going unavailable (!), suddenly put on hold, increasingly desperate offers ...

  • rtiterle Robert Titerle (@rtiterle) reported

@Shawhelp ... and by the way - up until today, I was a Shaw supporter and was about to upgrade to a new package. Why do companies with good products resort to lies and misdirection? I don't get it. Kinda forces me to go for the Telus new customer deal...

  • papawieler Nathan Wieler (@papawieler) reported

@TELUS what happened to your call-back option? Does that not count for *611 callers? I've been on hold for over an hour [the estimated wait time] and now I'm stuck with the dilemma of "stay on forever" or "hang up right before your turn."

  • VpWayne sean bruce (@VpWayne) reported

As a valued customer of many years Telus has informed me that a 1.5% processing fee will be added to my bill. Not feeling valued given that the corp posted a 21% increase of earnings since May! #greedytelus

  • runningwealthy nickdot (@runningwealthy) reported

I really hope that with the #creditcardfee that @telus is charging can fix their awful piktv software… thanks again for an awesome #crtc process that protects #canada @JustinTrudeau and @theJagmeetSingh - really doing Canadians right with this corrupt process!

  • taxbuster88 ziggy stardust (@taxbuster88) reported

@privacylawyer @fanCRTCProfling ...and yet that is exactly what Telus wants to do in rural areas like ours...except with POTS ... and zero cell service. Not good!

  • WhessGR Georgina West (@WhessGR) reported

@CTVVancouver They already have high rate plans, wtf more do you want @TELUS many are on low income, greed, how the hell do you sleep at night

  • ZackFraser Zack Fraser (@ZackFraser) reported

@CTVVancouver More corporate greed. Can’t wait to cancel my @TELUS phone/internet/cable once my contract is up.

  • 57expos Nick 💙 (@57expos) reported

@19BAM91 @TELUS They must just love to sacrifice their employees dealing with customers wr service.

  • yorkie_daisy L. Probost (@yorkie_daisy) reported

@CTVVancouver Every business accepting credit cards is charged by their bank percentage of the transaction. Telus is recovering this fee. Why is this an issue?
