Hey @TELUS you’re about to lose a loyal customer. Spent 3 hours on the phone today and went from having slow internet to no (working) Internet. I’m about to get a deal with Shaw, any chance you can do better?

  • roystonbruce Bruce Shearer (@roystonbruce) reported

@TELUS Would love to! But the fibre service is on either side of our subdivision, not in it. Have crappy service instead. Might actually have to go toShaw!

  • KeeganGoerz Keegan Goerz (@KeeganGoerz) reported from London, Ontario

@evefavretto @saschasegan @TELUS I mean fair enough I guess. SIM swap scams are getting to be a massive problem… and given how attached folks are to their phone number it would be really rough to have to get a new one.

  • evefavretto Everton Favretto (@evefavretto) reported

@KeeganGoerz @saschasegan @TELUS I think Vivo generates it digitally, but again, only in stores. Brazil has a bit of a problem with SIM swap scams, so I think they really prefer it to be done in person.

  • me0wza1 ᵕ꒳ᵕ🎀me0wza🐯ᵕ꒳ᵕ (@me0wza1) reported

Once my plan with @TELUS is over I will NEVER switch back to them ever again. How does one get charged $400+ overage fees if THE ACCOUNT DATA IS BLOCKED?! And on top of that the audacity of them calling me to ask if I want to buy a new phone with them today? Telus is trash. 🤢

  • hanlsp seb hanlon 😷 (@hanlsp) reported

Dear @TELUS Please let your outsourced marketing call centre know that they can stop calling me with offers for to save on mobility service. The last time I engaged in good faith, the call dropped halfway through, which hardly inspires confidence in your telecom offering.

  • jordan26steele Jordan Steele (@jordan26steele) reported

@35Ayres @Rogers Having worked for Telus, Rogers and Bell, I can assure you I have never seen so many broken promises, customer service and billing issues go unresolved than what I’ve seen with Rogers. They’ve always been that way. @TELUS is by far superior.

  • AaronGartner13 Aaron Gartner (@AaronGartner13) reported

@TELUSsupport Yeah so I can limit the amount of people that can contact me when it’s necessary? How about you just fix the problem or how about get better security . And to be fair, it’s not only Telus, it’s all phone companies, you just happened to be the one that’s screwed me the most...

  • Caution2010 Meghan Valli (she/her) (@Caution2010) reported

@steeletalk @TELUS If someone is trying to contact your for an emergency from police etc.. it will not got through. Can create a problem especially for those who only have cell phones. It’s a good idea but it has drawbacks as well.

  • veefourthree #MillennialLifeCrisis (@veefourthree) reported

All I want to do is report an outage. I work from home. My other half does not. He has to call Telus to give me permission to report an outage???
