@RogersHelps This is why I left Roger's 10 years ago and went to Telus. @TELUS still sucks, dont get me wrong, but they're still somehow better than 1 bar everywhere you go Roger's.

@Rogers looks like rogers/fido/ Chatr are having a Network Outage since 2am. After looking online Telus and Bell also reporting some issues as well. Seems something weird going on why several communication services are having issues all at same time 🤔🤔🤔

@charityjkeller @RogersHelps Telus is cheaper and never had that kind of ridiculous situation

Best part of my day? Eight calls to @TELUSsupport because my Telus tech showed up this morning to do an install and left without getting in the building. Apparently, he’s the only person in the world unaware that the @rogers network is down and you can’t reach people by phone.

@calgaryherald Roger's is trash and not only their reception areas **** (compared to Bell and telus) the customer service at Roger's is even worse... just watch the how bad they mess up Shaw when the takeover is complete
-
Cody Lobreau (@cdnbeer) reported from Brandon, Manitoba
Aaaaaand my @RogersHelps is NOW down like everyone else. If @telus had cheaper plans than Rogers, I’d switch over today but there’s no real competition in Canada, all the plans are the same

Hubert Rodden (@hubrod) reported
@punditclass Not all telecom providers list service. Bell, telus and all providers using their infrastructure have been up all day. Why am I not surprised you would make a BS post blaming the government for something they were not involved with #cdnpoli

CHEN (@PandaFavorite) reported
Thank you @Rogers for ruining my morning. Tried to buy some ether and couldn’t get a SMS text to verify myself to purchase. I ain’t ever had issues with Telus before.... 🗑

A PR fail is when a company does not communicate or communicates in BP style (see Gulf oil spill) with its customers. Fluff & corporate speak are as effective as thoughts & prayers. Fallout from a #PRfail is many #Rogers #Fido customers will switch to Telus.
