@Netflixhelps Yeah, I did that - that's where it doesn't show I partially watched a movie. However, in my 'continue watching for Dane' it shows a lot of movies I didn't watch. Again, only had this problem since I started paying for my netflix thru Telus partner. Where do I file a bug report?

@TELUS sucks. Get your EPP customer service together. I got a plan during black friday to switch from Rogers EPP to Telus EPP. I placed order on Nov 27 and it's dec 10. I haven't received the sim and it is impossible to get in touch with your EPP department.

They must’ve asked me 15 times about upgrading my package to save money. Me (15 times): “no, I want to cancel completely”

Yesterday @TELUSsupport claims that they’re going to escalate my issue, ask me for contact information so I provide it. Almost 24 hours later and still no updates about the phone I ordered 3 weeks ago. Did I mention I already paid $900 towards this phone? #scamartists #telus

@TELUS Tried to times today to make a payment and it keeps saying technical difficulties and passed me to an agent. Problem is minimum one hour wait time just to make a payment. Been using the same card same payment method for several years now.

Talked to a rep and they said “keep an eye on our service outages updates page.” The same one that has said the same thing for 5+ hours? Thanks. I’m working from home, you think Shaw is going to reimburse me lost wages for a whole day?? Lol
