    Telus Sim card not working

  • scott_robb Scott Robb (@scott_robb) reported

@MarieBoyce7 @Kirsten_Hume There are other suppliers, not everything went down! Not all businesses lost interact, and not those that used Rogers did…some use Bell or Telus!

  • MoniqueCooper11 Monique Cooper (@MoniqueCooper11) reported

@TELUS I’ve had six phone calls regarding a fibre optic vault on my property that has been raised and is no longer flush. It’s a tripping hazard. I can’t seem to get anyone at Telus to understand that the vault just need to be lowered. Worst service in the world

  • SumeetKumar_ Sumeet Kumar (he/him) (@SumeetKumar_) reported

@GiraffesinParis Nah I’m with Telus which makes it even more hilarious how quick competitors wanted to capitalize on ******** up.

  • mrubenst Mark Rubenstein (@mrubenst) reported

@bramabramson I am skeptical that (i) is practical, at least as a remedy to the Friday outage situation. No way that either the Rogers or Telus/Bell network has capacity to handle the traffic from all of each others customers.

  • jugheadisme Jug (@jugheadisme) reported

@kenmoorealberta @AmieVarley Canada is caught up in a bind with Rogers and Bell and Telus.. lack of competition and consolidation of single carriers is hurting the service and the cost for subscribers in Canada.. it’s high time this was opened up.

  • phkcheung Kenneth Cheung (@phkcheung) reported

@TELUSsupport Can I please get a contact number for a local department in Canada that knows the procedure of how to correct a mistake in the account information made by the Telus sales team? I have been passed around different departments in Philippines with no issue being resolved.

  • JessicaMcFedri1 Jessica McFedries (@JessicaMcFedri1) reported

@TELUS I pay over $140 a month for a cell phone with you, why is my data speed at 5G slower than dial up!?! Fix this please.

  • toddodddd Todd Leveck (@toddodddd) reported

@AmieVarley Yep and when there was talk of an American company coming in 10 or 12 years ago. To finally lower the price of cell phone carriers in Canada. It was struck down. Saying that Roger's Bell and Telus would loose too much money. More like they would lose too much profit!!

  • NSLSCneedshelp Canadastudentloanneedshelp (@NSLSCneedshelp) reported

@good_ridance22 @theJagmeetSingh I know people paying $60-70 dollars with virgin mobile and now $25-35 with Telus. Bell made people switch because they had an outage and never told anyone.
