@Bell Well after 10 years as a bell mobility customer I guess it’s time to change to @TELUS. After 3hrs of constant transfer and nobody being able to help then getting a not so friendly head of customer service person I just can’t.

@TELUS @lanemerrifield If they want the product back they need to pay for shipping. This is nice and easy: You get to keep it and you paying for their mistake/shipping it back out of your wallet is not an option. "You also can't be charged for receiving an item or service that you did not required
