@ShawInfo REMOTE CONTROL SUCKS. Telus has one that has a much better design and feel to it. Also .. why is it not possible to stop a recording part way through? You can with Telus but not with Shaw. Why?

  • Perci_II Perci (@Perci_II) reported

@Shawhelp really close to buying out of my contract due to your awful service and going back to Telus. Have had at least 20 ping increase in every game I play since swapping to Shaw last year and this outage Ive been experiencing today is getting close to the last straw

@jeffreypeq If you feel comfortable with the risk, we can make an exception and ship to Canada, we just cannot accept a return for carrier issues at this time. There is a subreddit where you may be able to see which carriers/regions others are having success with. Telus seems very promising

@Brad604 No issues for me with Telus

My business has been left virtually inoperable going on 5 days. Living at my shop post surgery and now having to cancel my vacation last minute all thanks to an admittedly "error on their end" by @TELUS @TELUSsupport with no resolution in sight Thanks for telling me to be patient

  • jonnysing95 Jonny Sing (@jonnysing95) reported

@telusmobility Is there a customer service number that does not go to El Salvador or the Phillipines? Lack of quality control to know what level of service is being given in those countries representing Telus

  • Rockawaytheday Chris C (@Rockawaytheday) reported

@TELUS can you get someone to phone my Dad to explain how to get his TV working with his remote? He’s old and cannot figure it out and we cannot help him as we do not have or understand Optik TV

  • Lidsville Lindsay Brown (@Lidsville) reported

@jaclynmacrae In terms of general pushback against the BC govt's poor & inequitable pandemic mgmt, BCGEU have been pretty weak. They're denying the Telus rumour, but in v general terms. Seems other unions may be dealing w Telus right now but in this current round of negotiations BCGEU is not?
