@Rogers Now I know they have better plans on the top shelf. I've been their customer for decades and "pay more" is the best they can do. So I guess I'm asking any mutuals in toronto, whats your plan? who are you with? Bell? Telus? Fido? Koodo? etc?

I called Telus support and the 1.5% fee for a credit card payment does add GST and PST per the tax law on fees.

@perfectrose2011 @ElizabethRBess @richardzussman The quick fix is to fully support our family docs to run proper family medicine clinics & not work for corps like Telus. More local docs will come from Alberta & Ontario

When he finally did call it was to tell me that a technician will be at my house between 8-10am this Saturday to install another new box. Assuming someone from Telus does show up Saturday and assuming a new box does fix the problem what would fare compensation be for my troubles?

@TELUS has the absolute WORST support, website and willingness to assist their customers I have ever experienced. In twenty years, they have hands down cost me the most money but not honouring their deals and promotions, and today's Black Friday promos not working takes the cake

@TELUSsupport @TELUS days later still no response to my request for service. Just bundled TV and internet. Is this the type of service I am to expect. Do better Telus.
