Day #3 still no signal @TELUS Optik TV. Do NOT sign up for their ****** service. We used to be hardwired then a few years ago went digital. Now Telus says we have to be hardwired again and we have to find the cable because they don't supply them anymore?

That piece of **** @TELUS Optik TV is down again!!!! Do NOT sign up for their ****** service if you like reliable TV. We had this dumb tech come out and say that Telus wireless is the shits and we need to hardwire to get better service. But we were hardwired until 2 years ago!

Still waiting to get a signal @TELUS Optik TV. Last time the TV got a signal was over 6 hours ago. I wonder how many days we'll be down this time! Describe Telus: Unreliable. The shits!
