@mattdagley @TELUS @TELUSsupport On my “unlimited data” plan with Telus, it caps ar a certain point and then my internet becomes circa 1999 speed. It’s terrible. Considering what Bell has done for customers on the east coast this weekend. I am considering switching to them from my 15 years with Telus.

.@TELUSsupport @TELUS brand new pure fibre installation never worked for a week. 4 techs couldn't fix it, the last gave up and told me to go back to shaw. Really disappointed in your service and customer service. Tech who gave up wouldn't even take your equipment back #telus

Hi Blair - I’ve been a tax-paying resident of Walnut Grove for the last 14 years; I’m very interested in your thoughts on the appalling lack of high speed internet service available to us in the Township, specifically through Telus. Any plans on reviewing that? @BlairWhitmarsh

@CTVAtlantic 😔 Hearing Wednesday now.. Better than Thursday! But still sucks. And had to drive 25 minutes to get stupid cell service... Scary being so out of touch for so long.. Koodo/Telus needs to do a better job!!!

@not2muchsaid @richyhlfc @koodo Just FYI they use bell and telus towers... The largest network in Canada. No matter who you would have gone with during this storm, you would have been with poor reception. Just trying to make sure you don't get your hopes up

@TELUS I am serious if I can’t get through in less than an hour to place an order that I simply can’t do in the app. It will be the very last straw and I will cancel my service altogether. I am done after over 14 years as a customer
