    We are in town, everyone else around us seems to be dealing with equally slow internet with #Telus, yet you seem to have zero regard for small town Albertans, let alone rural Albertans. I want internet like you advertise. Lightning fast, no issues and consistent coverage.

    I think almost everyone in any kind of community, subcultures experience this. Information sharing is nice but it becomes digital clutter and bogs us down. I got an email from Telus about IP relay going mobile. FIVE other people also had to forward that same email to me.

    Not the first time! There is a lack of #CustomerExperience training at all telecommunication support services. But TELUS definitely ranks atop all as they are the rudest.

    It is abhorrent for @Stockwell_Day to suggest we must treat the approval of Huawei 5G as separate from the taking of the Michaels hostage. He’s on the Board at Telus that enjoys its oligopoly position because of protection afforded by Cdn laws. Telus has a duty to Cdns.

    Convincing someone to not cancel their service due to some problem Telus created was in itself sales mastery. I loved the challenge. Each call started different, but most ended with me retaining the customer. Receiving “best in quest” awards within first two quarters employed.💪
