Help me switch phone plans. The @TELUS “Employee Plan” that I got set up with when I arrived in Ottawa is now $110 A MONTH. No idea how that is supposed to be an awesome corporate deal. And they text me INCESSANTLY now when the bill is due. I’m beyond fed up. #highwayrobbery

@telus sells us internet 100 and the most we can have is 70. Hours of customer “disservice”runaround. Finally they tell us...oops our bad we should have checked that first #sorrynotsorry Total scam and loyalty department could care less @shaw you have new customers!

God speed the technician that comes back to deal with these @TELUS network issues because we have pages and pages of notes and screenshots and videos where we go from our 60 mbps to 0 until we reboot the system they fixed Thursday. I have to find somewhere to work tomorrow.
