@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Somebody called me about my past due account which I paid earlier in the day and then what I brought up that I'd like to cancel my account she said her thickest Indian accent oh I can't hear you sir and goodbye ******* ****

@TELUSsupport That sounds great but lately my TV has been freezing a lot & today has been a complete nightmare. I'm just dreading the whole slog into Telus' special version of 'customer service' tomorrow. Wish me luck. It will likely consume my whole day & leave me in a terrible mood.

@cdntradegrljenn I'm on a $50/mo unlimited plan with Rogers that includes no roaming charges. Absolutely NONE! Longtime Telus customer and they couldn't give me free roaming. Rogers is the devil but Telus got to $17/day for roaming.

@AmazingZoltan @VanceYung_73 Telus customer service has been extra terrible over the past few years...not much better than Rogers.

@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Cancel Telus. I did years ago. If everyone does this then they go broke. It’s that simple

@LukaszukAB So you’ve never heard of a phone book? That was a magical document that contained your name AND your address and you could just walk into Telus and grab one. For free. Crazy.

I had the most difficult time communicating with the @TELUS @TELUSsupport agent today. The guy cannot understand and articulate himself properly in plain English. I hate these companies offshoring their service team elsewhere and provide mediocre services to the customers.

@TELUSsupport Hi Telus support! I cancelled tv and Internet in Jan 26 and you just charged me for equipment not being returned. Canada post shows it returns to you with signature on 26 Jan 26. We need to remove the cancellation charges please.

@Harryslaststand @marlene4719 Nope. Not any more than other public assets like Air Canada, CNR, Petro Canada, Telus, BC Rail, Hwy 407 in ON, the Canadian Wheat Board, etc. etc. The public gets higher prices & poorer service. But a handful get very wealthy.

@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Because we have allowed lowest common denominator to be the level for Customer Service because as Canadians we are not demanding more and because #1 reason it's a monopoly & consumers we have zero power. You can thanks CRTC while you are at it.
