    @TELUS has recently withdrew $430 from our account for about 300Mb of data out of plan. So disappointed, as Telus committed to help arriving Ukrainians, but now took all our money, even though we are those Ukrainians with 2 little kids fleeing the war in Ukraine

    For anyone choosing between @TELUS and Novus, a few neighbours and I ran internet speedtests in our building. Telus, who insisted to me that "Tier 2" provider, Novus, could never meet their speeds, came in at 25 to 50 Mbps up and down while Novus was consistently 100 Mbps. AND...

    @TELUSsupport fix the my telus + app. It is not working neither on my iPhone nor my Android TV. It’s a login issue. Lots of others reported the same issue. Just read your app reviews. Why are you charging us for a service that is not working?
