@Telus you have provided rural BC with substandard and extremely “spotty” service! The rural area from Kamloops to Cache Creek is pathetic! In fact, you should be ashamed to charge the fees that you do. #CRTC #Canadian #cellular

@iceblueaccent Big issues is there is no spaces for criminals and not enough time in a day to deal with all, episodes are weighted by priority or not at all, security cameras help the crooks in some cases as have found here :camera not working when crooks at work twice Telus is a front...

@TELUS @TELUSsupport why is cellphone signal so poor in South Surrey? Calls cut out badly, internet connection super slow.😡 I’m so frustrated after moving from Rogers to Telus. I’ve already logged a coverage issue online and run some diligence to confirm it’s not the device.

@TELUS been waiting a week to speak with a manager regarding your poor customer service for my home security. Do Managers even exist there?

  • waveyme1 waveyme (@waveyme1) reported

@TELUSsupport @Tonygeheran Do something about Koodo and the appalling customer service. I have had to travel 3x to the telus store to get koodo to call and tonight they just plum forgot. You can't call Koodo as a customer. Offering cheaper contracts while hosing me is wrong. Koodo gives ZF about you.

  • kylefossett Kyle Fossett (@kylefossett) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS this is on the cell network

  • kruselnicki Peter Kruselnicki (@kruselnicki) reported

@AdamPOlsen @bcndp Let's not blame Telus for filling a void which was created and growing by government inaction on providing access to primary health care. The way to 'fix' things is more doctors and compensate them reasonably. Our current govt has really dropped the ball on both fronts.

@vibhorarora_vb @TELUS @HydroOne Everyone in the neighbourhood has been unable to use their phone since Sat … there’s no need for anyone to call it in again … It’s clearly a network / tower problem.
