The customer service at my @TELUS has been impressive but holy hells, I’m beyond frustrated with this process. Had to exchange my phone in store and the one I want isn’t here. What a headache. @TELUSsupport

  • OrliKessel Orli Kessel (@OrliKessel) reported

@TELUSsupport - been trying to reach your support team but have been on hold for 31.34 minutes. Concerned I've been scammed and need to validate it was indeed Telus I gave my personal details to. Please help!

@Gaohmee Telus and Shaw has the largest network up here, but the price is not ‘friendly’ at all. Probably around $100 a month depends on the plan you want. You may want to use fibre optic service since it’s well established in downtown area. Most of them are contract base tho

with Telus since 2009, was lied to by 3 reps this past week about my order. Said it was fine but this whole time it failed. Took my money thou. Now a rep is having issues canceling so we can try again. @TELUSsupport @TELUS , he is the first rep who told me the truth this week.

Now I just got transferred to my third department at @TELUS and was disconnected before I got to talk. What a terrible terrible system they have. Are all phone companies this awful nowadays?

  • saracharette S Charette (@saracharette) reported

@erin_dunderdale Kinda corny. Was trying to set up email on a iPhone that had a previous user. No passwords were available. Telus couldn't help, IT dept couldn't help, staff at work either. I was fiddling with it & got it. Feeling pretty proud for an old gal!

  • timothyvh Tim (@timothyvh) reported

@s_guilbeault Canadians pay some of the highest rates for cell data and Internet (from Bell, Telus, etc), whereas the "internet giants" are valued by Canadians. Want proof? Just look at younger Canadians who have never had cable.

  • justindevans Justin Evans (@justindevans) reported

Well @Rogers it's been a slice, after nearly 2 decades as a customer it's nice to know that @TELUS apparently values my business more...I'll be cancelling and switching my mobility over asap.
