@Shawhelp Already called - there is a full node outage in my area. Would have been good to know before I wasted 3h trying to reset my modem while online with one of your tech’s. Don’t make me go to @TELUS #BeBetter

Domain purchased, however @TELUS only lets you pick from two different dynamic DNS providers, neither of which I am with. Pretty pointless feature when the customer can't pick which DDNS service they want to use.
