I’m sure this Telus guy hates my guts. Won’t settle for the router in the living room because ain’t no way I’m running another 50ft Ethernet cable to my studio lol only problem is there is like 5-6 cat lines in this condo and he’s having a ***** finding it. I owe this dude a beer

Sure glad I'm not a @TELUS fiber customer. Absolute brutal job they did to my neighbors place. Has no phone, TV, or Internet & they gave him a bill. Then there is the mess they left. Looked like amateur hour. Shaw is getting a call Monday he said.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I have had my account for damn near 20 years! The service in signal strength is garbage in the last month or more it just seems to be getting worse and worse. To be in the middle of Red Deer or Rocky Mountain House and only have 2 slow bars of service is sad!

@noellakondo UGH what ******** that’s awful. I dealt with some fraud stuff for customers when I worked for Telus, that’s never fun. I hope they can get this all sorted for you and maybe even give you a discount or something for the trouble 😬

@TELUS your dealers in SW Edmonton are giving you a bad reputation with repeated attempts to solicit door to door, even after saying no and advising to leave the property. Stop supporting these sales tactics and leave people alone in their homes.
