Ugh @TELUS how I detest you. I canceled my internet service with you on May 9. Sent you my modem. You have continued charging me for internet use at a home in which I no longer live in using a modem I no longer have. My bill is $509.75. Total wifi used is 0%.

@MUngarian @TELUS I’m not sure how to process this either. They wouldn’t do anything for me. I’m so disappointed in them and it’s super unfortunate, but what else can I do? I’ve fought and complained and nothing so **** them. They don’t care so I’m leaving them.

@kel_bragg @TELUS Look up how much Telus made last year… ******* sickening. And how dare they show their customers loyalty… they’re money hungry. I’m so sorry you’re going through their terrible customer service as well!

@MikeJOfficial85 Twice we had Telus landlines (two different locations) BOTH times Telus customer disservice was the factor for us leaving. Like how the F*** does a company disconnect the WRONG telephone number, then try to tell us it was our fault. My friend (former employee) calls them HELLUS.

a @TELUS Support employee was pushing a security deal when my family had a technical problem and we were trying politely trying to tell him that we're not interested. Yet, he was continuing to push it and I think that the employee doesn't know no thanks means no thanks
