Ugh @TELUS how I detest you. I canceled my internet service with you on May 9. Sent you my modem. You have continued charging me for internet use at a home in which I no longer live in using a modem I no longer have. My bill is $509.75. Total wifi used is 0%.

@ghp123 Problem with up is that people abuse it, shaw does not block ports like port 80 like Telus does, Telus blocks ports like crazy, so as a result Shaw must limit upload as it’s heavily abuse otherwise.

Today, @TELUSsupport . Yes, there seems to be an issue with your lines coming from the Telus box into the home.. I then have to tell the technician to set up an appt time w/a technician to come out and check the lines. Then they try to tell me to switch to fibre optic. LOL.. OI!
