    @vdavies65 We don't have that issue with Cogeco or Telus.. but I'm not surprised if Bell or Rogers pulled that stunt especially if you use their entire digital platform. CRTC may have to consider breaking them up they're like the oil companies in the 1920's

    I'm so glad @TELUS doesn't change for basic customer service. I'd hate to be a senior or not technically savvy and be with @Fidomobile $10.00 for "Account handling fee" if you want to call and make changes to your account. I guess #CSR are too expensive.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco @TELUS Every thing fine on cable service no interruption there it's either the cellular network and/or internet having an interruption.. all seems to be ok for now

    @telus is there any issues with your network? via Android? Phone keeps switching back and forth from WiFi to LTE and downloads are horribly slow took an hour to d/l 80mb of updates.. pls have a look and fix thx

    @TELUS we need #service on the Skytrain in Vancouver. We can’t have dead zones in 2022. You’re lacking when I can’t even make a phone call underground and get freedom mobile works perfectly. This needs to be fixed this year. Dead zone at Columbia , and burr are station dt. Cmon.

    Cancel my cell service due to poor service from @TELUS , then they called back and offered me deals a third less than I was paying, then put me on hold for 15 mins I hang up .. Nice one, @TELUSsupport

    Is there an issue with the Telus Connect app. Not working in Burnaby BC since yesterday afternoon. Have restarted modem, reinstalled app. No success.

    @TELUSsupport There has been a Telus outage in North Burnaby since the power outage @bchydro (6pm-9pm). Why is it not showing on your outage map?

    @TELUSsupport My Telus connect has not been working 2 days. Cannot unblock paused items. Redownloaded, rebooted phone. Also when working couldnt see boosters as it stated not on home network but I was!!
