    @vdavies65 We don't have that issue with Cogeco or Telus.. but I'm not surprised if Bell or Rogers pulled that stunt especially if you use their entire digital platform. CRTC may have to consider breaking them up they're like the oil companies in the 1920's

    I'm so glad @TELUS doesn't change for basic customer service. I'd hate to be a senior or not technically savvy and be with @Fidomobile $10.00 for "Account handling fee" if you want to call and make changes to your account. I guess #CSR are too expensive.

    @HarvestHillsYYC @Rogers I got Telus internet for good. Because I was already a Telus customer in good standing I got to keep my original plan which includes unlimited data. It's not dial up. It's 5g. The only thing that changed is the fact I now pay $20 a month instead of $140. $10 phone & $10 internet.

    @rugbytwist @TELUSsupport We just switched to someone else. Have 5 people in our house using new provider and no problems at all. Previously would have one person on telus and it would crash

    @TELUSsupport We’ve been trying to port our telephone numbers since NOVEMBER. That’s 5 MONTHS!!! Maybe @CRTCeng can help since no one answers the phones at Telus. You’ve made opening a small business unnecessarily difficult #Shameonyou

    @Diver_Doc @DrNoelGrisdale @GoAHealth I was on hold for 46 minutes for Telus home phone tech and listened to the same ad. After multiple calls and texts confirming they would be coming to my house today to fix my phone service...crickets. No one showed up. I cancelled my telephone service after 40 years with them.

    @Rogers Ever since the name for Skydome was changed and the honour of the naming was taken from a citizen of Toronto, @Rogers can go **** themselves. I will cancel my Shaw and go Telus. Google Roger's and negative option billing. Worst thing for thing for consumers is this merger!!!

    hello coffee and stuff hello @telus @TELUSsupport Thanks for the 6:15 am spam wake up call from 819-697-3658 (and the day before call from 3657) about bank credit card charges... when are you going to fix your ****? When the future becomes friendly?
