    @vdavies65 We don't have that issue with Cogeco or Telus.. but I'm not surprised if Bell or Rogers pulled that stunt especially if you use their entire digital platform. CRTC may have to consider breaking them up they're like the oil companies in the 1920's

    I'm so glad @TELUS doesn't change for basic customer service. I'd hate to be a senior or not technically savvy and be with @Fidomobile $10.00 for "Account handling fee" if you want to call and make changes to your account. I guess #CSR are too expensive.

    Holy **** I can't beoeuve @TELUS a multi millionaire corporation has all their call centre agents in the Philippines and I've been wondering why they don't understand my simple explanations, agents lying about promised offers since August and why I've been getting a run around!!!

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport again my internet and TV are not working. No support at all. More than an hour wait to get an agent (as usual). Honestly its like you are working to get the worst customer service of the year award or something. I swear your doing this intentionally.

    @ericnuttall Eric Nuttall has had some very bad luck with the virus screwing up almost the whole energy side. I like his picks and info, i started to accumulate a few energy plays , bought Suncor, Enerplus and took a chance on baytex. Mostly i like Telus, Bank of Nova Scotia

    @PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Can confirm the Telus optic fiber router I have had stability issues that were not resolved by a reboot and was only temporarily resolved by a full reset. Additionally one of 2 wifi boosters sold by Telus failed on setup, the promised replacement has yet to arrived months later.

    @TELUS who else has had a crappt experience with these guys of late? 3+ hours on the phone, 2 missed technician appointments, no accountability for their poor text follow up. I'm so mad I could spit!

    @PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Apparently if Telus acknowledges a service disruption CRTC rules say they can’t charge for the outage period. Unfortunately, most problems are magically fixed with the comment “problem cleared while under investigation.”

    Has anyone ever talked to someone about billing at @TELUSsupport? There is no phone number I can find to talk to a person. I now keep getting routed to Koodo as I'm in transition from Telus. Someone help!!!!
