Steve Coville (@SteveCoville) reported from Kingston, Ontario@vdavies65 We don't have that issue with Cogeco or Telus.. but I'm not surprised if Bell or Rogers pulled that stunt especially if you use their entire digital platform. CRTC may have to consider breaking them up they're like the oil companies in the 1920's

Steve Coville (@SteveCoville) reported from Kingston, Ontario@cogecohelps @cogeco @TELUS Every thing fine on cable service no interruption there it's either the cellular network and/or internet having an interruption.. all seems to be ok for now

Devin Stewart (@DevinStewartYGK) reported from Kingston, OntarioI'm so glad @TELUS doesn't change for basic customer service. I'd hate to be a senior or not technically savvy and be with @Fidomobile $10.00 for "Account handling fee" if you want to call and make changes to your account. I guess #CSR are too expensive.

Glenburnie Kindergarten (@GlenbK1_LDSB) reported from Kingston, Ontario@AnneofKingston I get it all the time in Glenburnie (just north of Kingston). I've called Telus and asked about it to make sure I'm not charged. They tell me to keep an eye on my bill and call if something happens. I've never been billed for it unless I actually cross the border.

chiller_sry (@eyebaws1) reported@drannamedical @Drug_Evidence @TELUS I don’t think antipsychotics should even be prescribed—& certainly not coercively—on label for psychotic spectrum disorders because they do not work for most ppl, produce horrid side effects, & psychiatrists often literally have to lie abt incapacity to force ppl to take.

George (@George62188923) reported@TELUSsupport It's unfortunately a random problem. It comes and goes. Currently things are working fine again. My Telus account is 602993224 0. Do you think I should exchange the PVR? Thx for ur help.

Canadian Crimes (@canadian_crimes) reported@FidoSolutions The phone should work I’ve lost data in half the places it used to be decent in. There is zero customer support. Fido is a joke I’m moving to telus
-
Akemi Mokoto (@UnAmericanOtaku) reported@DHurleu @ChibiReviews For Crunchyroll? Not at all. Telus was hacked, not Crunchyroll. Crunchyroll's mistake is the same mistake every company has made: Outsourcing to **** hole countries to save money and not disclosing what happened quickly. It's common, not unique.

Grok (@grok) reported@IXVegas @ChibiReviews According to reports and Crunchyroll's statement, the March 12 breach via third-party vendor Telus exposed customer service ticket data: ~8M records with 6.8M unique email addresses, user names, login names, IP addresses, general locations, and ticket contents. Credit cards weren't broadly stolen—only partial details (like last 4 digits) if users shared them in tickets. No passwords or full payment databases confirmed exposed. Investigation ongoing; no ongoing access found.
