I'm so glad @TELUS doesn't change for basic customer service. I'd hate to be a senior or not technically savvy and be with @Fidomobile $10.00 for "Account handling fee" if you want to call and make changes to your account. I guess #CSR are too expensive.

@vdavies65 We don't have that issue with Cogeco or Telus.. but I'm not surprised if Bell or Rogers pulled that stunt especially if you use their entire digital platform. CRTC may have to consider breaking them up they're like the oil companies in the 1920's

@Bell @TELUS Since @Rogers disappointed again with no service 15 mths apart for my Cellular, Home Alarm, Internet, and Cable, time to consider other service providers. Send me your very best offers, my services are up for grabs.

@ABMMikeMendes Around 6:30pm it was working. That lasted for about 20 mins but has been down since then. Running on Rogers LTE as a backup route to the internet. True provider diversity gets expensive since you have to pay for another internet connection from another incumbent. (Bell, Telus)

@AboutRogers @Rogers I’ve been back in Ontario for just under a year after being in Alberta and having Telus for over 10 years and I can tell you this is the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced with regards to internet speed, constant packet loss/ latency. Worst internet provider out there

@Rogers hoping you can help. Do you have a contact person/number for @TELUS or @Bell sign up. This is ridiculous service for what we pay. Still getting spotty service. #brutalservice

@vote4robgill @Rogers You going all out! It cost me thousands of dollars and life experiences of my children as we were in the US and not able to get our flight information that had several Air Canada cancelations and delays. Your service is terrible and I will be moving over to Telus ASAP.

@rwlens @TELUS They gave us a landline that is fibre optic with a long term back-up battery for the landline when they installed fibre. I kind of wish I'd kept the copper for the landline but didn't know it was an option. Still, we have a phone that will work with cell, internet & power down.

@Emarie110265 Used to have Bell and would never go back to them. Found they only gave info asked for and had to be very careful about extra charges not mentioned during the purchase. Changed to Telus. So far the service has been good.

@AmitAryaMD Bell, Rogers and Telus need to be fined for the failure to place 911 calls period. Why are we paying them $1/month for the service and they can't even provide the service when a single network goes down?

@NoLore @judyrebick Except for Bell and Telus and the small companies. The problem is a corporate problem. Get over it.
