I'm so glad @TELUS doesn't change for basic customer service. I'd hate to be a senior or not technically savvy and be with @Fidomobile $10.00 for "Account handling fee" if you want to call and make changes to your account. I guess #CSR are too expensive.

I was w Bell for awhile now and just made the switch to Telus. Ugggh Bell is such a ripoff, I asked as much questions as I could at Telus and the definitely had a better service than what I've been paying for w B

customer service hell: 1hr hold w/ repeating message telling me to go use the telus virtual assistant instead. The website is a youtube video ABOUT the virtual assistant with no assistant to be found. You know it's grim when you're wishing for ability to chat to a robot.

First time having to resort back to our Telus hub from #starlink due to an outage. No support or notification from Starlink that we can find, had to go to @reddit to find out it's down everywhere.... Not cool @SpaceX, not cool!

Telus tried to call me to inform me that the tech guys said there was a scheduling issue and theyd need 3 more days. I said no. It wasn't even a question of "can u wait 3 more days" it was "ur waiting 3 more days just wanted to let you know #notsorry"
