    @vdavies65 We don't have that issue with Cogeco or Telus.. but I'm not surprised if Bell or Rogers pulled that stunt especially if you use their entire digital platform. CRTC may have to consider breaking them up they're like the oil companies in the 1920's

    @telus is there any issues with your network? via Android? Phone keeps switching back and forth from WiFi to LTE and downloads are horribly slow took an hour to d/l 80mb of updates.. pls have a look and fix thx

    I'm so glad @TELUS doesn't change for basic customer service. I'd hate to be a senior or not technically savvy and be with @Fidomobile $10.00 for "Account handling fee" if you want to call and make changes to your account. I guess #CSR are too expensive.

    Our @TELUS security system tell us when cats are in the driveway, when a vehicle drives by at night because of the headlight reflection. Think it could pick up the loser that tossed our vehicle. NOT A CHANCE. what are we paying for? Not a happy customer. 🤬 #ThanksForNothing

    @TekSavvyBuzz We already pay the highest phone/internet rates in North America!! This is complete BS. When AT&T, Verizon etc looked to come into Canada. Bell and Rogers and Telus were are crying foul and took out ads in newspapers!! **** them!! 🖕

    @_iihxxoo i was paying $90 with rogers and they never listened to bargaining. I literally left to Telus for $60 and then Rogers offered me 20 gigs for $45! You literally have to leave for them to listen

    @TELUSsupport Hello Telus, Epcor installed a new power pole in our alley. While the power line was properly reinstalled the Telus cables weren’t and they need to be redone. Please DM me for address and service date. Thank you.

    @mikesbloggity I'm in hell! I watched the 1st 6 episode & recorded last night episode because I had to get up early for an appointment & planned on watching it when I got home only to discover no cable because my internet modem is being an *** & have to wait for Telus to come & fix it tomorrow.

    I’m a pretty skeptical person, but I was really struggling to tell if this seemed fishy because I was having trouble understanding the person or because it was actually a scam. To be sure, I messaged Telus Support with the details. They confirmed that it was a scam.

    @ltribe Ditto... My question? Former Telus lobbyist Ian Scott turn his back on us. Is he literally against Accessibility Plans that we work hard to get Big three to provide Accessibility Plans? I just knew bad blood Freud Ian Scott as a former Telus lobbyist. Ugh!

    Holy crap. On the line with technical support for my Telus Optik TV (yes, we still have cable lol) for AN HOUR and we couldn't get the PVR working. As soon as I hang up with a ticket put in I get the fricken thing working! Unbelievable.
