            Kingston, OntarioI'm so glad @TELUS doesn't change for basic customer service. I'd hate to be a senior or not technically savvy and be with @Fidomobile $10.00 for "Account handling fee" if you want to call and make changes to your account. I guess #CSR are too expensive.

            Kingston, Ontario@vdavies65 We don't have that issue with Cogeco or Telus.. but I'm not surprised if Bell or Rogers pulled that stunt especially if you use their entire digital platform. CRTC may have to consider breaking them up they're like the oil companies in the 1920's

            Kingston, Ontario@AnneofKingston I get it all the time in Glenburnie (just north of Kingston). I've called Telus and asked about it to make sure I'm not charged. They tell me to keep an eye on my bill and call if something happens. I've never been billed for it unless I actually cross the border.

Both profile target kids too. One in the same my friend.

Call @TELUS, only thing that works is changing IP address but still have to waste hours to go thru the same steps every time, or get threatened with a $150 fee. Keeps happening.
