Steve Coville (@SteveCoville) reported from Kingston, Ontario@vdavies65 We don't have that issue with Cogeco or Telus.. but I'm not surprised if Bell or Rogers pulled that stunt especially if you use their entire digital platform. CRTC may have to consider breaking them up they're like the oil companies in the 1920's

Devin Stewart (@DevinStewartYGK) reported from Kingston, OntarioI'm so glad @TELUS doesn't change for basic customer service. I'd hate to be a senior or not technically savvy and be with @Fidomobile $10.00 for "Account handling fee" if you want to call and make changes to your account. I guess #CSR are too expensive.

Glenburnie Kindergarten (@GlenbK1_LDSB) reported from Kingston, Ontario@AnneofKingston I get it all the time in Glenburnie (just north of Kingston). I've called Telus and asked about it to make sure I'm not charged. They tell me to keep an eye on my bill and call if something happens. I've never been billed for it unless I actually cross the border.

-
Uniquepic (@BarbaraWor7624) reported@KirkLubimov I will never have anything to do with Telus. Why do they want to dupe their customers?
-
Sarah (@shankarita) reported@deliaflower1 You probably got someone in Pakistan. I had to get help from the BBB once before a Canadian Tech from Telus called me and fixed the problem.
-
Jose Putanero 🇨🇦 (@JPutanero) reported@JakeLandauTO I got a call from a customer service agent (not Telus) today. His accent was so thick that I had a lot of difficulty understanding what specifically it was that he wanted to talk about. An AI that could make him more intelligible would be good for me, him and his employer.

#BoliKurac Whatever66 (@Whatever66102) reported@sarkonakj Problem is competition.... Allow the American teleco to come up and all of it would be cleaned up. Right now, Telus, Bell and Rogers do not have to compete. No options for consumers. So they screw the consumers. Not one customer wants to talk to CS in India. Make them compete

Colin from the Cariboo (@Bietska) reported@TELUSsupport @TELUSsupport: first, the tree is still on the lines as of this evening. Second, I’m not filling out any web forms for Telus again. After I filled out the support form you suggested above, I’ve been getting regular calls from Telus trying to sell me things I don’t want or need 😡
