    I'm so glad @TELUS doesn't change for basic customer service. I'd hate to be a senior or not technically savvy and be with @Fidomobile $10.00 for "Account handling fee" if you want to call and make changes to your account. I guess #CSR are too expensive.

    @telus is there any issues with your network? via Android? Phone keeps switching back and forth from WiFi to LTE and downloads are horribly slow took an hour to d/l 80mb of updates.. pls have a look and fix thx

    @vdavies65 We don't have that issue with Cogeco or Telus.. but I'm not surprised if Bell or Rogers pulled that stunt especially if you use their entire digital platform. CRTC may have to consider breaking them up they're like the oil companies in the 1920's

    I call a number, they tell me it's the wrong one, give me another number to call. I call and they tell me to send an email. I send an email and get zero response. Do you actually help your customers or just push them to leave and care when it's too late? @TELUS @TELUSsupport

    @scotchrules @erinotoole Since neither Telus, Rogers, nor Bell will use Huawei's components (Motorola and Ericsson) to build their 5 G networks, what is it, exactly, that O'Toole expects from the Prime Minister? Seeing how no company is using Huawei for anything, how is this even an issue? #cdnpoli #cpc

    @TELUS I have Telus Rural internet and I can't even play a podcast. No point calling tech support and waiting a hour to be told there's nothing they can do...

    Hey @TELUS why is it that when I call for customer support on my new service I immediately get someone in sales and they send me to customer service and I'm on hold for 20min? Hire more customer service people or make sales people able to handle service calls. #DoBetter

    @telus Your call centre employees are so busy updating our information and saying yes sir no sir, how may I help you sir. But they have not been trained to actually solve any problems.

    2/ Dad calls Telus using his cell phone. After 30 minutes on hold, opts for the "Call Back Service". 2 hours later, he receives a call from the Telus call centre. In the Philippines.

    Our TELUS internet is down. Wait 30 mins for someone. They can't find my account. They said "Oh it's because you are on fiber. I am from Copper Dept. I will fast trasfer you". It's been 20 mins and still on hold. Incompetence at best. There should be a law regulating wait times.
