@vdavies65 We don't have that issue with Cogeco or Telus.. but I'm not surprised if Bell or Rogers pulled that stunt especially if you use their entire digital platform. CRTC may have to consider breaking them up they're like the oil companies in the 1920's

I'm so glad @TELUS doesn't change for basic customer service. I'd hate to be a senior or not technically savvy and be with @Fidomobile $10.00 for "Account handling fee" if you want to call and make changes to your account. I guess #CSR are too expensive.

@telus is there any issues with your network? via Android? Phone keeps switching back and forth from WiFi to LTE and downloads are horribly slow took an hour to d/l 80mb of updates.. pls have a look and fix thx

@jkenney @TELUS And yet Telus cannot get our internet to work consistently. I have Telus staff in our home about every three months, repairing, replacing but never solving the problems. Nice they are out for new business. They do not take care of existing customers.

@jkenney @TELUS Telus keeps raising it's rates for critical things like the Internet during a global pandemic and those jobs are an estimate that may never come to fruition. Telus should be investigated by the CRTC. Telus is a #Disgraceful company.

2 weeks ago driving off to funeral home to make arrangments for my daughter I drive through a construction area with several deep cuts in road and flag crew, I crawl along &bottom out on one cut, ruining my trans pan! City tells me not our problem, Telus did it call them FML #YYJ

The #Telus reply to the #CRTC Dead Grandmother case is due today. They will be arguing how nothing in the telecom act applies to them as they discriminate against people in the 867 area code, block calls, harm people, and charge for services never rendered.
