I'd hate to be a senior or not technically savvy and be with @Fidomobile $10.00 for "Account handling fee" if you want to call and make changes to your account. I guess #CSR are too expensive.

The system has many problems first when I change the channel the request goes to Toronto via China and is translated by an east Indian speaking swahili. Then it says loading and you wait another 3 minutes
