  @telus is there any issues with your network? via Android? Phone keeps switching back and forth from WiFi to LTE and downloads are horribly slow took an hour to d/l 80mb of updates.. pls have a look and fix thx

  @AnneofKingston I get it all the time in Glenburnie (just north of Kingston). I've called Telus and asked about it to make sure I'm not charged. They tell me to keep an eye on my bill and call if something happens. I've never been billed for it unless I actually cross the border.

  @cogecohelps @cogeco @TELUS Every thing fine on cable service no interruption there it's either the cellular network and/or internet having an interruption.. all seems to be ok for now

  @vdavies65 We don't have that issue with Cogeco or Telus.. but I'm not surprised if Bell or Rogers pulled that stunt especially if you use their entire digital platform. CRTC may have to consider breaking them up they're like the oil companies in the 1920's

  I'm so glad @TELUS doesn't change for basic customer service. I'd hate to be a senior or not technically savvy and be with @Fidomobile $10.00 for "Account handling fee" if you want to call and make changes to your account. I guess #CSR are too expensive.

  @hyperlynx100 @TheCigarDungeon @AnthonyLacavera Well at the moment Shaw competes on wireless with Telus, Rogers, Bell out West. And Shaws monthly service rate is much better than the others. If Rogers buys Shaw, that’s one less competitor. And who has a wireline phone? Not many, no one I know.

  @theJagmeetSingh Forget about Telus!!! Worry about our broken Healthcare system!!! Patients rerouted, In-labour mothers closed MAT wards! How you would feel if this happened to your spouse while she in. labour?! Oh but Trudeau will bring in 500k new immigrants each yr.!

  @TELUS Your website does not work. its buggy will not update my credit card. Its past time i speak with a human. This gives me trust issues about your alert system if its like your website probably will not work when we need it most.

  Man I am switching to Telus next year, these “service maintenance” times that my current ISP does are so unnecessary and annoying. They even take forever to restore internet for an entire region. Once took them nearly a week, so embarrassing.

  @TELUSsupport I've been controlling my Telus Security system via Google Assistant as long as I've had my system. All of a sudden it doesn't work, and the website only lists that it can be controlled with Siri or Alexa. Does it just not work with Google anymore?

  @TELUS @TELUSsupport making it really hard to reach customer care. You can schedule a sales call instantly but they make you wait hours when trying to reach customer care. Disappointing.
