    I'm so glad @TELUS doesn't change for basic customer service. I'd hate to be a senior or not technically savvy and be with @Fidomobile $10.00 for "Account handling fee" if you want to call and make changes to your account. I guess #CSR are too expensive.

    @allykatv @Novusnow You’ll get the same. I have an employee that just this morning have Telus bring his entire building down for unscheduled maint. No notice just internet down sorry. All ISPs have their issues. If internet is that critical you would be best to get 2 isps and a router that flips.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I don't think your marketing plan is working. I answered the phone, saying Telus Please Stop Phoning Me, and your telemarketer hung up before I even finished the sentence. Give it a Break: Its not working.

    @telusmobility Sucks! Telus Mobility has been out of data service since 9:15 this evening! And today is not the first day that Telus Mobility having service disruption! Very disappointing!!! 😡

    @Kronman590 @Novusnow Telus, Shaw, etc. also experience these type of outages too (especially Shaw). I guess we can agree no one is the best and everyone sucks like the rest of this capitalistic world

    Hey @telus, exactly how many outages are you guys planning on having this year? After almost missing the call that my dad died because someone cut a line somewhere they shouldn't have, and now today, I'm getting pretty ******* tired of your service.

    If young don’t have to use @TELUS then don’t. Worst internet service provider and support on this planet. I’ve been with dodgy internet for 2 weeks and nobody seems to care after endless calls and a visit from a worker. They don’t know how fix their own issues.

    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus Support, my isolated senior parent in YEG has lost phone service & your agent declined to assist her. She is alone without family nearby to help & has no phone service in case of an emergency, this is a pandemic. Her account is paid in full. @Telus @AmarjeetSohiYEG

    @Shawhelp I live in the Sundance community of Calgary. Telus is currently installing Fibre optic cable. Is Telus impacting the performance & reliability of my Shaw internet & Wi-fi service? OR perhaps I should change my service to Telus.

    Why telus sending "sorry for the disruption of your service" emails and no "this month's service is now free due to the disruption"
