    @cogecohelps @cogeco @TELUS Every thing fine on cable service no interruption there it's either the cellular network and/or internet having an interruption.. all seems to be ok for now

    I'm so glad @TELUS doesn't change for basic customer service. I'd hate to be a senior or not technically savvy and be with @Fidomobile $10.00 for "Account handling fee" if you want to call and make changes to your account. I guess #CSR are too expensive.

    @telus is there any issues with your network? via Android? Phone keeps switching back and forth from WiFi to LTE and downloads are horribly slow took an hour to d/l 80mb of updates.. pls have a look and fix thx

    @vdavies65 We don't have that issue with Cogeco or Telus.. but I'm not surprised if Bell or Rogers pulled that stunt especially if you use their entire digital platform. CRTC may have to consider breaking them up they're like the oil companies in the 1920's

    .@Telus mobile customers in Newfoundland unable to make calls to, or receive calls from “land-lines” caused by power outages in Nova Scotia. Investigating issue, with no ETA at this time. Mobile to mobile is working for now. Not sure if 911 access affected #nlwx #Fionahurricane

    @TELUSsupport Not to mention that at least once a year the modem goes out or will not talk to my laptop. Believe it or not in my previous laptop it destroyed my network card. Now I can't use that laptop to access the internet. Gee thanks, TELUS

    In true @TELUS fashion, I’ve been on hold for 2hrs & 15min (& counting) waiting to speak to someone about a credit promised in May that still hasn’t been applied to my account. @TELUSsupport, I have been a client for 18 years, I’ve never been so ashamed to be your customer.

    @Girrl_Friday #Telus is nearly dead. Wasting their own bandwidth telling customers how much they care for us when their network is basically down.

    @TELUSsupport Hey Telus! In Halifax and our phones are not working at all. Cannot make or reciveve calls/text messages and can't use data.

    @lenygetdown I will answer them when I'm expecting a call from a number I may not know (like a callback from doctor/Telus/etc), but for the most part, all spam. Side effects of someone using my number to sign up for a bunch of scammy ****, unfortunately.

    @hoyaslayer @OzSweeney4 @CanMNTUniverse Yeah grateful there’s a service for sure, actually got yelled at during a match once by a media pro person. A friend has a sign saying the match should be on TV and some lady snapped and said it was on Telus. They’d tried getting other networks to buy rights but no one would pay

    @MacdonerE @TELUS I switched from Telus to Bell last year for their increasingly poor service... got wayyy more data at a more affordable price.
