@vdavies65 We don't have that issue with Cogeco or Telus.. but I'm not surprised if Bell or Rogers pulled that stunt especially if you use their entire digital platform. CRTC may have to consider breaking them up they're like the oil companies in the 1920's

I'm so glad @TELUS doesn't change for basic customer service. I'd hate to be a senior or not technically savvy and be with @Fidomobile $10.00 for "Account handling fee" if you want to call and make changes to your account. I guess #CSR are too expensive.

P.S @telusmobility Erin wouldn't even agree to what @TELUS gave me 2yrs ago. Erin, in no uncertain terms, & no room for negotiation, expected me to agree to a bill that was $23.56 per month more than I already paid to sign with them again. How is this incentive? Appalling service

@TELUSsupport I'm not able to login to my account, when it says to use my Telus app for a code, the code area just says "... we couldn't retrieve your codes, try again." yet never works.

I don't know who signed off on this, but what I took away from that ad is that not only does Telus not set things up for you, but it's complicated enough that you're going to need help from a techie friend.

@Mark_Goldberg @MobileSyrup It's not about pricing. Telus filed an application with the CRTC in Aug. to add credit card processing fees to bills. A decision is expected on Sep. 29. The story highlights customer frustration with Telus over the added charge (maybe because their bills are already so high)

@erimegsmom If your network mode is on Automatic, the phone will pick up signal from an US carrier, if it's stronger than TELUS network, when leaving close to the US border or travelling close. The only way to avoid this is to set up the network mode to Manual and choose TELUS.

Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport You accept use of credit cards as a convenience for your customers - it’s not convenient when u turn around and charge us for a service that is supposed to be free. Its Pathetic & Greedy. Time for a switch? #WTHareYouThinking #NotTheOnlyProviderInTown

To make matters worse, Access Virtual (which was SO GOOD at getting patients seen quickly) was bought by Telus MyHealth. And now the service sucks. I need treatment today, not at the end of the month.

.@TELUS is jumping on the price gouging band wagon and charging customers an additional 1.5% for using a credit card to pay their monthly bill starting in Oct. It's bad enough we have the worst data plans in Canada they are now going to rip you off this way too @CRTCeng #Telus
