  • DevinStewartYGK
Devin Stewart (@DevinStewartYGK) reported from Kingston, Ontario

I'm so glad @TELUS doesn't change for basic customer service. I'd hate to be a senior or not technically savvy and be with @Fidomobile $10.00 for "Account handling fee" if you want to call and make changes to your account. I guess #CSR are too expensive.

@cogecohelps @cogeco @TELUS Every thing fine on cable service no interruption there it's either the cellular network and/or internet having an interruption.. all seems to be ok for now

@vdavies65 We don't have that issue with Cogeco or Telus.. but I'm not surprised if Bell or Rogers pulled that stunt especially if you use their entire digital platform. CRTC may have to consider breaking them up they're like the oil companies in the 1920's

  • GlenbK1_LDSB
Glenburnie Kindergarten (@GlenbK1_LDSB) reported from Kingston, Ontario

@AnneofKingston I get it all the time in Glenburnie (just north of Kingston). I've called Telus and asked about it to make sure I'm not charged. They tell me to keep an eye on my bill and call if something happens. I've never been billed for it unless I actually cross the border.

    Bit (@Bit111111) reported

@RobinHoodlum That's around $2000 I've been down since last September because my AISH payments are only ~$1700 while I haven't been able to get help with filing taxes, a DTC application, etc. It hurts on top of Telus jacking up my bill (I had a disability discount they reneged on) ~$1100/yr.

  • TdotTrucker
    TdotTrucker ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ (@TdotTrucker) reported

@TELUS @garymasonglobe Woah. Nothing should take three weeks or more for your Internet to be fixed. That sounds like a problem on your end and you should be making sure that this customer gets Internet immediately even if you have to use another service in the meantime.

  • gongshow922

@AngryPossum69 @Rogers I would love to but I'm never going back to Telus

  • McSwagg3r4
    mc sw@gs (@McSwagg3r4) reported

@Apple & @TELUS โ€ฆ Why do I pay thousands for your phones, and hundreds per month to get the worst service in the world? My US phone is $30/month and has like $0 dead spots. Iโ€™m going to badger my MP & MLA

@JonFraserTF @TELUS They have the absolute worst customer service!

  • ColleenEJordan1
    Colleen E. Jordan ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐ŸŒป๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿฆฉ (@ColleenEJordan1) reported

@jodyvance @TELUS Does your video โ€˜wig outโ€™ (quit!โ€™)? Had that issue for weeks including hockey ๐Ÿ† OT! Insisted on a person coming to house! Turned out our WiFi box was broken! โ€˜Cancelingโ€™ threat helps. ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿฅฐ

  • PsudoMike
    PsudoMike ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ (@PsudoMike) reported

CRTC fee ban is live. No more $80 activation fees from Bell, Rogers, or Telus. Canadians paid those fees for years because there was nowhere better to go. Three carriers. Same infrastructure. Prices in lockstep. Killing the fee is fair. The oligopoly is the actual problem.

  • BoppinBobby
    Rob B (@BoppinBobby) reported

@TELUS Tsn and CTV 1, basically all the world cup feeds have no signal.

  • gibsonsgolfer
    Bob Cotter ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ (@gibsonsgolfer) reported

@jodyvance @TELUS I finally discovered that it would cost me a lot to cancel Telus with current contracts running until late 2027. I suppose I will have to wait until then.

  • coreyherscu
    Corey Herscu (@coreyherscu) reported

@JonFraserTF @TELUS Their voice network simply doesnโ€™t work, I found, and when it did, it was crackly & distorted.
