Never trust @telus. Been a customer for 14 long years straight and changed my rate plan. Just got my bill and was hit with a $100 rate plan change that I was not told about by their loyalty department. Makes me sick loyalty counts for squat.

@TELUSsupport I wanted to sign up to Telus Public. At a coffee shop that uses it. To get my email. I can't get my email if Telus Public requires me to reply to an email, when the issue I have is that I want to sign up to Telus public to get my email.

@edmontonjournal @TELUS When I lived in the country @TELUS double charged me over $50 a month for two years for a “rural line” and f**ked me when all their employees went on strike one year. Worst telecommunications company ever. Do not recommend
