Never trust @telus. Been a customer for 14 long years straight and changed my rate plan. Just got my bill and was hit with a $100 rate plan change that I was not told about by their loyalty department. Makes me sick loyalty counts for squat.

Please consider updating your system so that service at the previous location is only disabled once service at the new location has been enabled. Not sure why something so simple hasn't been enacted by Telus. I mean, you're a tech company. Be better.

Had anyone gotten a new phone or phone plan recently? I’m with Telus & looking at my options for a new phone seems to be both $$ and full of gibberish terms and conditions. I’d prefer to stay with them because their network is good in the NWT but I’m open to suggestions.
