    Freedom Mobile, (@TELUS), can suck NY ***** for throttling my internet at 2gigs in an effort to upgrade my plan. Go **** yourself #telus

    Never trust @telus. Been a customer for 14 long years straight and changed my rate plan. Just got my bill and was hit with a $100 rate plan change that I was not told about by their loyalty department. Makes me sick loyalty counts for squat.

    @nationalpost @TELUS As @BCFerries abandons the wifi ship and heavy cell use collapses cell services in the communities they sail past. Exhaust emissions were bad enough from the dirtiest ferry company in NA but now to jeopardize our 911 cell service is just so wrong . #bcpoli

    @Telus and @TELUSsupport - was on line with Customer Service. Asked for the email of someone higher-up regarding my concerns. Was advised there was no email they could provide. How very odd.

    @jbeda @CenturyLink Main reason I had to switch back to cable internet. When I had fiber issues it takes Telus a few days to send a tech. when the tech sees it’s related to the actual wire, they schedule a specialist. This takes two weeks every time. Not good for WFH life.

    So I finally got my Telus internet installed and operating this week, and after *months* of Lightspeed insisting my DNS problems were not their DNS problems, magically the DNS problems are all gone.

    @WinterhawkMom @koodo Koodo is not the co. They used to be, pre-telus, where you had trained, knowledgeable and friendly customer service agents to help Now your cust service isn't even based in North America.

    All I want for Christmas is for @TELUS @TELUSsupport to fix the network issues me and others had in Cape Breton for over 3.5 mths. Ever since @Bell did 5 g upgrades. Telus still has no eta on fixing issue. Numerous complaints issued no repair no eta.

    @TELUSsupport esim is still awaited, its been 7 calendar days. I talked to one of your support guy yesterday, they mentioned it will definitely be delivered by 6 pm today and hung up the call when asked for ticket number or name. Order# TD0445884. Kindly assist @TELUS

    Just got a shocking service from @TELUS on my 3rd month with them as a customer. I raised an urgent and important issue thru call back (#18665582273) waited and explained, after 45 minutes, 25 sec the Finance Rep hung up my call without a solution. #poorcustomerservice
