    Never trust @telus. Been a customer for 14 long years straight and changed my rate plan. Just got my bill and was hit with a $100 rate plan change that I was not told about by their loyalty department. Makes me sick loyalty counts for squat.

    Hey, @TELUS your customer support is becoming weak like @Bell. I'd love to pay my security portion of the billing but to do so you'd have me/customers dismantle the actual panel to find the IMEI code on the back. You need to seriously think about that for even a second.

    PSA - anyone with Telus can turn on call control (free service) and every time someone calls you, they’ll need to press a number to continue. It’ll filter out all the robot spam calls!

    @yegsheens Shaw internet and Telus internet vary greatly depending on where you are in the city. We have shaw internet and the $0 mobile plan. Massive savings with no issues at all. Rural areas do not have good coverage but we don’t travel much. How about $0 for 4 phones.

    @yegsheens Take your pick as both have their issues; depending on the day;who you talk too Have been with Telus 45 years& still can be a pain ,but at least I know what kind ,just have to be aware of what you have asked for& gotten;the costs to be followed carefully,call bullshit when seen🧐

    Hey @TELUSsupport, Myhome internet signal is so poor that I can’t even open the support chat in my Telus wifi app to complain. With my Telus marvelous fiber optic I can’t watch Netflix, browse on my phone or check Instagram!!! Can you believe that!?

    @plsreplyimmafan Okay thanks for this. I'll likely just sign up with Telus again as I've never had an issue with them. Then I'll keep my Rogers phone plan too, I suppose!

    I have good news and bad news, good news is that they were able to reactivate the email address, bad news is that it is not the original address, it is a new one reusing the name linked to mother's TELUS account, all my contact info, saved emails, bills etc. are lost forever.
