    Never trust @telus. Been a customer for 14 long years straight and changed my rate plan. Just got my bill and was hit with a $100 rate plan change that I was not told about by their loyalty department. Makes me sick loyalty counts for squat.

    @EricThe72645196 So we have actually at least started to address this issue: but You have to start realizing Bell/Rogers/Telus is telecommunications and not broadcasters. Though Bell media arguably does dabble in both.

    @TELUSsupport On the 2nd call was told the shipping order was never sent, so bill would be corrected and devices sent out. Over a week later, still have not seen a device or heard from an installer. I cannot be on hold for another hour, can Telus please call or email me?

    @TELUSsupport why can't I long into my telus app. It just tries to load that's it. Been like that for about 2 weeks. I put in all correct login and password.

    @TheCoronaCure_ More than likely your data was sold directly from your service provider. Telus sold all of their client info to the Canadian govt for 200k in 2021.

    @TELUSsupport why is my account suspended for non payment when I paid $300. I was not notified nor was my partner. We spent the past 4 days thinking this was an outage when its not. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had from @TELUS .
