Never trust @telus. Been a customer for 14 long years straight and changed my rate plan. Just got my bill and was hit with a $100 rate plan change that I was not told about by their loyalty department. Makes me sick loyalty counts for squat.

@dabeerishere I used to use Koodo before my employer started a corporate deal with Telus. Koodo, is a subsidiary of Telus, so runs on same network (at least I think it does) paid $30-35/mo. For unlimited text evening calling , but only 50MB of data. I was happy with Koodo while I was with them

sooo #telus phone support just needed remote control access to my computer (to debug an internet connecting issue???) and proceeded to use it to open their “rewards” page for me???

@TELUSsupport I still need the alarm system serviced, but it seems obvious Telus is unable to provide it. I will be upgrading the alarm system at some point but I will be getting quotes from your competitors as your client service is a joke.

@telus and @TELUSsupport SIX months Since and including January 2021. Mytelus page says "first bill is not ready yet. " Customer since 1974 Telus agents have said it's a back end problem. I have been advised by email; chat; and phone they'll get back to me , still not fixed.

You try to log on to telus public access so you can read your emails, and they won't let you sign up until you've replied to the email they send you. How does that work @TELUS? If I had data on my cell phone, I wouldn't need your service. @telussupport
