    Never trust @telus. Been a customer for 14 long years straight and changed my rate plan. Just got my bill and was hit with a $100 rate plan change that I was not told about by their loyalty department. Makes me sick loyalty counts for squat.

    @BubbszExclusive You left fido to Telus. Did u consider Teluses Koodo which is competition to fido? Or you went straight upgrade to Telus for top service and best coverage?

    @BubbszExclusive I was talking to mobile representative about koodo and Telus. After my experience with fido I'm thinking paying more to go to Telus rather than koodo for the customer service. Or maybe koodo will be fine?

    Porting two cells phones to Telus because @Rogers refused to honour internet service dates. They won't ever be getting those accounts back. They don't deserve it.

    @TELUSsupport He worked on it. Working so far. Just a quick note that the website is useless. I would have had no help if I actually personally know a Telus worker.

    After noticing 40 missed calls from telus on the landline I finally called them back. They said I need to switch to fiber by then end of may or loose service. I said that was fine I use shaw anyways. Lol so no more landline at then end of the month. How will I ever manage?
