Never trust @telus. Been a customer for 14 long years straight and changed my rate plan. Just got my bill and was hit with a $100 rate plan change that I was not told about by their loyalty department. Makes me sick loyalty counts for squat.

@David_Moscrop It seems to be Loblaws a lot lately - in fact they are basically just as awful as Bell, Telus and Rogers.

@VancouverSun Why not just call Telus, Air Canada or RBC and ask for customer service only to wait for 60+ minutes. Or try and get a prescription filled at the local Shoppers Drug Mart. All these companies that make billions in profits. Has our service expection gone down so far? #sh_tshow

@RogueRoyalle We don't have a timeline at the moment for Rogers/Fido. The only carrier that we've been able to have traction with to date in Canada is Telus, they have been cooperating to help us get an official certification. I'm sorry for not having better news there

@SamsungCanada Super disappointed with the Flip 4 I got from Telus, poorest Quality phone I've had in many years. Feel stuck with this terrible phone. Take it back in trade for the S23 ultra and I'll be a happy Samsung customer.

@CBCCanada Imagine if canada had a journalist who would have the courage to s speak truth to justice. Truth to power. Telus, Bell and Shaw are a protected-by-the-government monopoly that exploits 3rd world customer service employees who are not the right choice. We are.
