Never trust @telus. Been a customer for 14 long years straight and changed my rate plan. Just got my bill and was hit with a $100 rate plan change that I was not told about by their loyalty department. Makes me sick loyalty counts for squat.

@yorkie_daisy @CTVVancouver Because as a consumer you are processing 1 bill a month which Telus should consider to subsidize on the consumers behalf. It only promotes a better client relationship and therefore loyalty to there company. This stinks of another cash grab into an already inflated economy. Fail

@privacylawyer @fanCRTCProfling ...and yet that is exactly what Telus wants to do in rural areas like ours...except with POTS ... and zero cell service. Not good!

@CTVVancouver Every business accepting credit cards is charged by their bank percentage of the transaction. Telus is recovering this fee. Why is this an issue?

@SmartCellWI Pre-ordered this phone last week and haven’t received any updates. What is the point of preordering if you have no timeframes to give your customer? Very disappointing @TELUSsupport @TELUS

@GailVazOxlade @TELUSsupport Telus Support is the worst example I've experienced about seeing the delivery of truly poor customer service. They stood me up two onsite appointments last week and now are taking away my home phone of 31 years saying they don't support copper anymore. I'm not using their Optic

Bye @telus I will never do business with your company again. You’ve been over charging consumers on their pay bills for years and had record profits the past years. But hey, let’s add a processing fee to over charge clients more. How out of touch is your company! #canceltelus

@TELUS is charging me (and every customer now) a fee for paying my bills online with a credit card. I’m gonna start paying in person with a pile of cash every month. Pretty sure the costs of dealing with cash payments will exceed the credit card fees.

@CTVVancouver Who is the marketing genius @TELUS who thought of this great brand move. Nothing like kicking your customers when they're down. This says all we need to know about what kind of company this is. Looking at the TELUS app logo on my phone just makes cringe. Time to move on
