    @telus throttles my internet when I exceed my data limit because of the grandfathered nature of my contract. Painfully slow, except ads. I hate big Canadian telecom

    Never trust @telus. Been a customer for 14 long years straight and changed my rate plan. Just got my bill and was hit with a $100 rate plan change that I was not told about by their loyalty department. Makes me sick loyalty counts for squat.

    Freedom Mobile, (@TELUS), can suck NY ***** for throttling my internet at 2gigs in an effort to upgrade my plan. Go **** yourself #telus

    @gmbutts @Rogers I agree 100%. Rogers is an overpriced nightmare to deal with - just like Bell, where customers are treated like garbage. So far the best I've found is Telus.

    @TD_Insurance I'm just writing to let you know that you have the WORST customer service, and that's really saying something in a world where Telus exists. You lost a customer today & though I know you don't care I'm going to advocate to everyone I know to use anyone else but you.

    @darthvanderlaan @TELUS Ask to be passed in to customer retention. They have much more leeway than the regular sales staff.

    @trustednerd @TELUSsupport @TELUS These problems are de minimis and best resolved amicably. You are not required to use this service. Your lawsuit will fail. At least send them a letter first and give them a chance to fix this.

    @MarriottBonvoy Internet is down for the past 4 days and Hotel Mgmt is blaming Telus for that. It is insane when you accept @UofT students for quarantine and don't provide internet. Remote learning is not possible. Be courteous and empathetic.

    @Ruthnotabot @TELUS As an older person, you will remember that Telus continued to charge seniors $10 a month for a coloured handset well into the 90s. Talk to me after you've been paying their bills for a few years. Last month we went six days without service.
