    Never trust @telus. Been a customer for 14 long years straight and changed my rate plan. Just got my bill and was hit with a $100 rate plan change that I was not told about by their loyalty department. Makes me sick loyalty counts for squat.

    @RobShaw_BC @TELUS Strong statement from Telus. Well done. Of course, it would also be a very big help if only people actually eligible to be vaccinated now were calling for appointments. You can't tell me all those calls yesterday were from British Columbians over 90.

    .@jjhorgan on vaccine call centre failures. “You can blame whomever you want to blame quite frankly. We had a bad day yesterday… we’re taking steps today to correct that.” Reiterates the failures lie with Telus.

    NEW - Telus has issued a new statement about VCH problems. "We know how crucial the vaccine roll-out is for British Columbia, and we are sorry for the frustrations that British Columbians have experienced trying to connect to the call centres." #bcpoli
