    Never trust @telus. Been a customer for 14 long years straight and changed my rate plan. Just got my bill and was hit with a $100 rate plan change that I was not told about by their loyalty department. Makes me sick loyalty counts for squat.

    @telus throttles my internet when I exceed my data limit because of the grandfathered nature of my contract. Painfully slow, except ads. I hate big Canadian telecom

    @TELUS Ok I give up...Telus sales has broken my will to continue with this. I need to connect with someone who... 1. Speaks fluent English. 2. Has basic comprehension abilities. 3. Has a solid knowledge of Apple product. 4. Can sell me a watch with no stress on my part.

    @TELUS may have cheaper plans and deals, but it's all useless when nothing else functions. Self serve, account management, and customer support are so useles and unintuitive it's laughable. Can't add second emails for billing, can't authorize users, security page is all errors.

    What’s with @Bell @TELUS @Eastlink coming door to door to sell me stuff? It’s happening every 2-3 months. I have purple cow for internet and virgin for my mobile plan. Until you can compete with these prices stop sending sales ppl to the door. I’ll never buy anything door to door
