    @AndreaLibman That’s awful. I’m happy I’m not with Telus but I am sure other companies will follow suit. I wish we had better options for cell phone/internet/tv carriers and providers.

    Oh, And for @TELUS, date the cheques for the last possible day before the due date. Make em wait for their money. No need to pay them early if they continue to add fees whenever they damn well please.

    If @TELUS starts charging me for paying my bill, I'm terminating my service. That's a promise. I have home TV, 4 cells and a home phone. It will ALL be shut down.

    @TheFalconer @TELUS It is a tone deaf move absolutely. Non-profits are adding the fee to donations now which makes sense. Not sure why the very profitable Telus thought this was a good idea but it easily falls into the "not good customer service" column.I intend to protest this as a shareholder.
