czar (@saurfey) reported@TELUSsupport @TELUS When I saw my current plan on your website, it was advertised as $45 for 5G+ Select 175 Canada-US-Mexico (up to 2Gbps), but when I signed up and ported my number from Public Mobile, I would get billed $55 instead. Why is that the case? Help please.

Leo Seyerpa (@seyerpa) reported@smith_noreen @sarobertson_ His only work experience is a service rep for Telus. He only knows to call his manager - and unfortunately - he is the manager. Dude is lost.
-
Edohotep (@Edohotep) reported@TELUSsupport Ironic that a "how can we assist" reply doesn't reference anything I actually said. As for contacting Telus after-hours, outsourcing to other countries--those accents are too thick to make a conversation possible. Scripted responses to match scripted phone support, I guess.
-
Vancitybobby (@vancitybobby) reported@VoteCanadaCom I'm counting down the days my Telus home contract is done.

Acinnad Turneer (@ATurneer54354) reported@TELUS Wow! Where was this over a year ago. I lost a number and you guys got to share a three dollar donut. No Dms in person meeting I can go to Prince George. I wasted 3 + hrs on the phone and lose my number because of Telus. Roger never received it basically from Telus and money lost.
