@PtashkaT @Bell_Support They have and if you call them they will tell you. They said a 3rd party cut a fiber line that fed directly into a cell tower. I have bell internet and a Telus phone and can't get service on my phone in some places. Same thing for my friend who has Rodgers

@dluft27 @cmcalgary @TELUS Cloud based pvr recordings are unacceptably glitchy with #ShawCable as well. Telus just sucks more.

@TELUS I spend five figures a year with your organization and let one account go off contract. Your retention agent would not do anything for me as far as a goodwill gesture. I will DM account numbers as I cancel them - stay posted.

  • coachworth Jonas Worth (@coachworth) reported

Jacked up internet prices, forced me into an installation and contract I didn't want, called the wrong number multiple times for installation, added TV to my bill and charged me without permission, WiFi app not working. A day in the life with @TELUS #Telus 🤬

  • sophiebaybey Sophie 💖 (@sophiebaybey) reported

@_spatsula If they're there right now, there's absolutely no harm in asking. If they don't find anything then just give Shaw a call later on and tell them you suspect telus's fibre installation caused your issue

  • wlyjax jax (@wlyjax) reported

@TELUS u guys are the worst ******* internet company of all time, my WIFI is ******* terrible I have tried everything in the book. I have reset my WIFI like 3 times, did a network reset on my pc, looked at several videos online to fix it and nothing ******* works.
