    it’s crazy that telus can charge me $135 to cancel my internet service when they do not offer the service at my new house. like that’s a YOU problem.

    @TELUS Your escalation team just informed me that despite being lied to by #Telus staff, and the #escalation team not doing their job, and then taking #unauthorized payment from my account, that was payment for being lied to! Yes. It’s true. You couldn’t make this **** up! @CRTCeng

    @TELUS We all sitting eating out and 5g or 5g+ and shows no internet. Have to switch to lte. Wtf am I paying for that 5g doesn’t work.

    @TELUSsupport absolute bullshit service. I’m done with Telus. Cancelling everything. Over a month & at least a dozen agents & 2 home visits to transfer an account. Was assured I could keep home phone number & keep email addresses. Account finally transferred & lost it all. 🖕🏼🖕🏼

    @TELUS @mmabrey1 We finally checked with our neighbours, whose TELUS service is working perfectly. When we brought this up to your team on our latest call—which we have now been stuck on for over an hour—the story suddenly changed. Now we’re being told there hasn't been a disruption in our area.
