    @TELUS Just checked w Xfinity - I get 116 channels and recording along w fast internet. Better value than what I'm getting from @telus for being a loyal customer. if I dont hear back within the next 24 hrs with an acceptable solution, i'll cancel my service.

    Hey @TELUSsupport not having a number that people can call or a live human on chat is beyond pathetic for 2026 and the prices you charge your customers. @TELUS used to be known for great customer service but now it's nothing but a never ending circle of chat and messages.

    @MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I pay $40 for my Telus plan. You’re a bad negotiator.

    @jodyvance @TELUS They advertise that if you don’t have fibre (we didn’t) that you have 90’s service. We had 90’s service just like you have and a pixelated picture when it rained. One thing I do know, at $200+ a month, I sure didn’t pay 90’s prices!

    @RodAVanier So even worse. The CTRC (run by Roger’s and Telus) is now making the competitive environment in Canada worse. Who ******* wants this? It’s not good for consumer choice, it’s not good for trade relations, and it creates uncertainty for content providers in Canada. **** THE CTRC
