    @CrowFavBird @Bell_Support Telus did the same thing to us last year… the people on the phone don’t understand their lost customer won’t have “future needs” for phone and internet.

    Holy hell Telus ******* sucks, I just wanted to upgrade my internet and they made me feel like i wanted to gouge out my eyes :/ god they just suck, like i would rather be springlocked then go through that again :(

    @mmabrey1 Switch to Telus as Ive never had a problem. Too many issues with Rogers.

    @LindsayDunnTV Hahahaah. I had the same issue with Telus last couple months. Canada sucks in general. The tech had to come 7 times within 6 weeks.. I just moved in march.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Janal from "loyalty" tells me I cannot get a credit, even though Mariam from the previous department was able to... You tell me I can't speak to a manager.. So in essence wasted my ENTIRE GOTDAMN TIME. I will be escalating this to the BBB cause this is the WORST cx experience.
