    Epic four hours with #telus support. I talked to about six different people. They’d call back (that’s good) and ended with waiting on hold and then being hung up on. You have to laugh. So bad.

    I see all these pics of people holding up their vaccination documents. I never received any paperwork when I had mine April 6 at the #yyc Telus Convention Centre. #abhealth

    Odd to say but Canada needs to follow the US and force health software vendors to provide open access (API) to platforms like the US is doing now. Looking @ #telushealth specifically.We tried to get access & were told "API wouldn’t be provisioned as TELUS has a solution in place"
