What I still don't get- & I'm not an expert so may be totally wrong - is why @CRTCeng doesn't open up telecom competition to foreign $ & multinational telco service providers. Sure Rogers/Bell/Telus are Canada's "Big 3" but they're really just medium fish in a tiny pond

Is anyone else having issues with #Telus PureFibre internet tonight? Connected via ethernet and having horrific lag/loading times, about 7mb/s down and 0.18 up. Usually significantly higher :/ @TELUSsupport

Hey #telus, Why do I have interruptions to my internet every day? It works fine for 22 hours a day and 2 hours is brutal. I have talked to every girl in the Philippines that has tried to help me.

Oh man. This is a GREAT DAY to have Telus doing the drilling for the pure fibre network. Ugh my head. 😖 It's like 20 leaf blowers combined and close enough music can't drown it out.

Well another client lost because @TELUS @TELUSsupport @TELUSBusiness can't provide a proper service and I still receive email that they care, manager made the assistant call to apologize. Total lost profit $4500 in less than 24 hours Thanks for a Nightmare Customer Service!

Bill then changed to $200+. Called Telus to cancel the other line on April 6th. Bill now is showing $137.87. Its saying that bill is due in 19 days. Do I have to pay this or will this be reimbursed if I pay this?

@TELUSsupport how hard is it to book a service appointment from Telus? Answer: Very difficult. We have not received the internet service we were promised and your website is almost as bad as your service. Stop sending me surveys and deliver the service you promised.
