@TELUS Had to ask your overly agressive door to door salesman to leave my property 3 times after he kept insisting on getting my personal information. Finally closed the door in his face. Don't make me be the bad guy. Train your employees better.

Hey @TELUS — when a person changes their name with your “loyalty department,” and yet they still use the old one MULTIPLE TIMES in the call, you’ve got a training problem. SMARTEN UP, and start spending the money to improve your service and customer support.

For anyone thinking about @TELUS #OptikTV. Go with #ShawTV instead. Nothing but problems. "On the Go" is incredibly cumbersome & lots of missing channels! Spent 15 mins trying to watch channels I paid for on my phone because I'm not in front of my TV. Waste of time & money.

Today is terrible because I have a meeting and there is a Telus outage at that time. I can't use MAP to navigate and I can't contact my client to let them know what has happened, so I will be late. Yes, I was almost 35 minutes late.#telusdown

@TELUS My wife has been on the phone with your representatives for ovet 30 minutes to arrange a simple service call for our alarm system. This is a simple request and your team is making it incredibly frustrating and time consuming.
