@TELUSsupport Your services suck! Over the last 3 months I’ve been rebooting my modem every second day. My home alarm from Telus was a mess this am. I deserve better service than this. It’s summer & if your technicians are working continuously I can only imagine the state in winter. #Telus

  • ChadOhman Чад (Chad) 🇺🇦  (@ChadOhman) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@TELUSsupport I’m getting north of 750mbps to a Telus server in #yeg. The problem is not inside my house. Fix your peering.

the social media reading peeps out there (and my 91 followers and their followers after they share ;)) Back to business. The nice lady on the Telus customer (remote outsourced) service apologized profusely for the apparent lack of tech resources (we'll call it that) /7

Why is escalation necessary? When my phone line was down with @telus, I had to escalate the situation by saying I was going to publish my story on social media before the phone co. would take real action. It's unknown if results would have been the same if I didn't escalate 1/2

@calstampeders @CWardPhoto @jakemaier15 The sound system and ability to connect to Telus in this stadium is brutal!!! C-SECTION, Spend some money and treat these fans with some respect !!!!

@TELUSsupport So 2 weeks without a phone is normal service from telus and not one follow up by anyone? I want a manager to contact me !! This is ridiculous. Having to find my own loaner phone and we are going on 2 weeks I will not be making any more payments for service I am not receiving

Just spent 2 hours on hold waiting for a @TELUS customer representative. What a waste of time. Connected to live chat while on hold and was waiting there for an hour before being disconnected as the service closed. #poorcustomerservice

@TELUSsupport I still haven’t heard back from anyone at Telus re: this problem.

@TELUS @telusmobility @TELUSsupport just called now to cancel my 23 year old mobility account. You are closed. Contact me tomorrow

@racheldoerrie This is why I hate the 2 year term concept Telus and others incentivise you to take. Once you sign up, the threat of leaving now is gone. It basically forces you to stay even if the service is appalling.
