    @hufflepuffia My brother still has a house phone because every time he tries to cancel it Telus just makes it free for several months. Recently it started ringing constantly and when they finally answered it was the Census people mad the hadn’t done the census yet.

    @Rogers Just horrified. Long time loyal user since 1985 (Cantel) with 3 phones. When 2 were paid off my bill went up instead of down by $70 and my data upped from 11 to 30 GB and billed a total $260. Telus as a new customer is $165. Over 2 years probably over billed $2,000

    @TELUSsupport 1 in 25 telus employees show they care about the issues people with multiple barriers have, no wonder your corporation lies to the public about helping PWD's. Too bad the government stopped paying your bill. That tax money would have gone much farther given directly to me

    Yo, shoutout to Telus. Normally I ******* hate you guys but today you decided to put my workplace's account on hold. Which (so far) has resulted in me getting paid for 3 hours of work just to surf social media and read manga on my phone since our internet is completely down

    It's also not just poor quality, but high costs - in large part thanks to telecom companies divvying up the province and refusing to compete with one another in rural areas. For example, if you want internet in Camrose, your choice is Telus, or a company leasing Telus' lines.

    @RogersBiz What about Rogers, @Bell and @Telus make a concerted effort to make sure the entirety of major highways like the 1, 3, 5, 16 and 97 all have continuous service in BC? Too many dead spots to count on these major transportation routes.

    @TELUSsupport I waited an hour and 30 minutes! Telus has ruined what was once great support for ADT Canada. Any chance you can sell the business back to @ADT ? I left Telus more than a decade ago because of their horrible support. I’m not happy to be back with you!

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS Unacceptable wait times for support this morning. 40+ minutes and no help in sight. Online support and going through MyTelus is a joke. Continuous loop of extremely annoying music and reminders that their support is “busy helping others” - not good!!!
