@3rdtimewalter @dianemariereid @Rogers No issues with Telus... ever, 9 years and counting. I'll revert to smoke signals before I ever subscribe again to either Rogers or Bell.

So, @TELUS has been incorrectly billing me since I switched back from @RogersHelps. Calling in has not helped, as the reps are clueless. Tried escalating on their website and they have disabled that option due to Boxing Week sales. WHAT? TELUS has really gone down hill-and fast!

@AlbertBouchal @ArcticBasecamp Well 1930 we had snow in white rock bc. In Calgary we had 2 weeks of cold temps end Jan to Feb. Telus paid us to stay home early 2000. Your solar green power stuff not working while it's cold solar panels covered in snow.

@telusmobility thanks Telus for having absolutely NO WAY of helping a customer with a esim who emergency needed to replace a phone and now will be without a phone for 10 days on holidays - transferring our 4 phones to a different provider asap … there has to be a better way
