@PaulDoroshenko Except @Telus is far from an expert at much of anything. Their reputation is horrid at most everything. Even their own employees acknowledge how bad they are.

@keithbaldrey I wonder if Telus took flack (reverse stolen valor) as BC Gov is such a large customer ? Hiring 33 call takers seems destined to fail without online registration support - or was Telus responsible for online failure ?

Thanks @Shawhelp for all the help today. 22 years with @telus and @TELUSsupport literally told me how to switch providers without even asking why. Now THATS how you retain customers. Will switch my wife’s plan from Telus too.

Why are the Libs so bad at opposition. There's massive problems with the NDP government and they're trying to get the telus contract as if there's any point in trashing a vendor you dont intend to replace.

@peternowak @pcguy8088 The MTS aspect is important because MTS was the incumbent in Manitoba, and when Mobility Canada (Telecom Canada for mobile) fell apart, Bell and Telus wanted to get into MB and they were the new entrants and they are the ones that drove prices down since they had 0% market share

@jjhorgan @TELUS Adding resources after the fact seems to be the theme of your handling of the pandemic. A little planning and forethought would help people not feel like an afterthought. It's the largest vaccine rollout for everyone in the world John. Yours is late.
