@renatahale @TELUSsupport It’s still down for us and it’s been that way for the past 30h. TELUS keeps saying they are working on it but no updates. Sent a DM on Twitter but no reply. Chat gets disconnected and phone wait times are more than an hour.

@GlimmerPeaks Telus, a Canadian company. I should note, I am physically as far from the router as possible in this house and on a different level. I don’t blame their service, I am just too far from the wifi.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I haven't had internet since Sunday evening. I work from home. Today I had to use a mobile Hotspot from my phone to barely get through work. Do you not care about the outage in Millwoods? This is ridiculous. Every time I call I can't get through. Frustrating.

@TrevorTJJ Tried the Telus hub. Being close to Hwy #2 makes it slow down during heavy traffic. It seems almost all new vehicles have some sort of internet connection. We have a second remote property where it works fine.
