    @CRTCeng I can’t believe telcos are now allowed to add a 1.5% credit card processing fee to their customer’s bill. Hearing that @TELUS is doing so when a smaller telco like @beanfield isnt, it makes me sick the CRTC lets big telcos stomp on Canadians to pad their greedy pockets

    @Lidsville @TELUS Called @TELUS to cancel my service. They want to keep my business. Service agent will call tomorrow…that was 3 weeks ago.

    So I call @TELUSsupport to say a part of my modem is broken and the Customer Service person says he'll send out a part... for $150. After telling him to go **** himself, I spoke to his supervisor, and the situation was quickly and kindly solved. So thank you, Supervisor. #Telus

    @telus I should get a reduction in my monthly bill for the lack of customer service I'm able to get from Telus. I wonder if the customer service is good or bad, I dont have the time to wait for hours on hold. telus sucks.
