@TELUS happy to cancel your service and save you the credit card processing fee. Hope the 1.5% saved was worth the loss of business.

  • i_thompson14 Ian the NHL non-fan (@i_thompson14) reported

@RedToryFan @CBCToronto In BC, Telus is charging people thousands of dollars for a service that will allow them to access a family doctor, which more and more people don’t have. How, exactly, is adding more bureaucracy (insurance paperwork, etc) going to improve what ought to be a public good?

  • SwayzeMusicRd Swayze Music (@SwayzeMusicRd) reported

okay so I live in a city of about 100,000 people. my cellular is with @bell and my wifi is with @TELUS . neither work worth a crap. im lucky to have one bar of mobile service from my house... in the city. My wifi barely works. These are supposed to be two of the best here. 😕 ok.

  • Photorrhorne Rick Horne (@Photorrhorne) reported

Just heard that @TELUS has applied to start charging a 1.5% fee on any customer who pays for service by using a credit card. Given the high cellular/data/tv fees we already pay this extra charge is outrageous.

@TELUS our phone lines are down and there is zero support for VMO users. PEOPLE ARE UNABLE TO REACH US!!!!! help!

  • seanfordyce Sean Fordyce (@seanfordyce) reported

No excuse for this crap company to put people on hold for an hour to speak to their billing for their mistake. EVERY TIME. Then they are before the CRTC to ask to charge customers to pay by credit card. Prediction: @Telus bankruptcy in 5 years. They are clueless.

  • Scoobiesshorts BC🇨🇦 (@Scoobiesshorts) reported

@So_damntired I see it's mainly the wealthy that can afford the Telus b.s. I never thought I'd see the day when a left leaning BC party were letting healthcare lapse into this mess. No better than the Con Provinces.

  • GDMK26 G (@GDMK26) reported

@amberkanwar @RBC No they are not answering ... @TELUS had me going for 3.5 hours on hold yesterday. I gave up and am hoping my problem goes away. Welcome to the new reality. Massive profits for financials and telcos, and zero service to us minions who boost their $.

  • BarryKiefl Barry Kiefl (@BarryKiefl) reported

@SuzeMorrison @peternowak @TELUS Bell does not charge for credit card payment but Enbridge and many other utilities do. Telus billing is a mess. They recently threatened to cancel my home alarm because they sent the bill to an address that doesn’t accept mail?

  • LexGreen3 Lex Green (@LexGreen3) reported

@TELUS if you charge a credit card fee i will be cancelling my service out of principle. Credit card fees are part of doing business, imagine if I went to the grocer and they told me they were going to charge an extra fee for using my credit card.
