@imboblayton @TELUS They need to put that kind of effort into getting their equipment to actually work... had grief with my internet the other night and had even more grief when I called their help line. Buddy would ask me a question and then not let me answer it...TELUS is junk!

@TELUSsupport Sent it . It’s a long rant . If you can actually do anything I’ll be surprised cause your customer service has SUCKED so far, to deal with my simple issue that can never get solved. Ps I have talked to 20 Telus reps saying they will help me. Let’s see

As someone who has been with them SINCE 1998 so CLEARLY isn’t going anywhere, trust me when I say, do not buy cell services with @TELUS @TELUSsupport. They’re the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Your loyalty means nothing to them. You paying regularly means nothing to them.

@TELUS At this point I'm less concerned with my initial complaint, and think this was the worst customer service ever, and terrible representation for the company. I'm so upset by how rude he was. SMH😭😭

@TELUSsupport I signed up for Telus business, and just received a request to transfer my number to telus despite not having the sim yet or asking to do so. Called number but apparently zero support on weekends by phone. How do I cancel my account?

@TELUSsupport Canadian phone companies are leeches. Not enough competition here like in USA/Asia, so y’all mistreat customers like GARBAGE. Nah. Not taking it anymore. I’m forever done w/telus after this. Imagine being hospitalized & Telus wants to cut you off for being 2 weeks late LOL gross.

Never seen WORSE company than @TELUS @TELUSsupport in my LIFE. I been wit these ppl since 1998 & it was clearnet. My bill due first week of April but I was in hospital having emergency surgery so me/newborn WOULDN’T DIE!! Yet Telus keeps harassing me! Isn’t even month past due!
