Telus and Bell only have “national networks” because they tower share and roam on each others network. But there’s only actual infrastructure of 2 networks - 1 Rogers and 1 Bell/Telus.

@PrimeBane I doubt it Still can't get faster internet that Telua 25 in Silver Springs Telus is banking on more customers being in the new developments in the SE and NE It was still stupid at the end of June when I left Banff Trail

  • berniecbbc Bernie MacEachern (@berniecbbc) reported

One thing power outages are good for is to remind us how bad @Bell @Rogers @Telus are failing in providing adequate cell coverage to rural areas. At least NS Power has crews out working when an outage occurs, but Cell cos... its BAU.

  • mmck Margaret (@mmck) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I’m not sure what is going on with your company anymore but I just had the most horrific incident with one of your telephone agents. I was gaslit, lied to, and treated like scum. I’m almost in tears. @Shawhelp can you do better? I give up.

Haven’t been able to watch the #Oilers game due to a TV outage (on the phone with telus) How are they playing??

  • PrimeBane PrimeBane™ (@PrimeBane) reported

@Andrescht131 my telus dead zone was along the NW ctrain line it was bad by Banff trail and then for a bit between crowfoot and dalhousie I hope they've improved it since

  • Andrescht131 Alpha Ginger™️🦄🔥 (@Andrescht131) reported

@PrimeBane The only issue I had was living in Banff Trail. I'd only have a single bar of service Downtown is much better, but seems the Telus network for the NW is pretty hit or miss

@okayestdentist @ShawInfo I’d a nightmare with Shaw. They signed me up for a service I did not order. Took countless hours to have the issue rectified. Shaw outright lied when I was speaking with them. These 3rd world telemarketers need to be held accountable for there actions. But is Telus any better ?

@PeterCooper @TSN_Sports @CFL I have Pik TV with Telus, it worked great. It did start to buffer only once when I ran the microwave. But my wifi is a few feet from the microwave so I'm told that might be the cause. Other than that zero issues during the GC.
