@alexposadzki @globeandmail Not surprised. Since switching from Shaw to Telus I've had much better customer service. Wasn't always that way. As well, Telus exceeds promised speeds where I usually got about 70% on Shaw.

@telus is becoming frustrating since I had their service since 1998. They bungled my account, puts me on hold for hour when I look for @TELUSsupport ...time to move on to #shaw or other service provider....I had enough with them. Don't go #telus...nothing but grief @ShieldVoC

Doing a comparison of Telus *current bill $60/month for 3gb data, Koodo ($50/month for 5gb data), and Public ($38/month for 5GB data). Only slight downside is Public uses 3G network only. But seriously, that's not a big deal to me I don't think.

Wanna know the extent of my trust issues? I’m waitlisted for both @TELUS fiberoptic and @StarlinkPage #ruralinternet so I can TEST which one has *RELIABLE* wifi rather than believe either of them.

@hurrrdurrr @juliekrobe I mean, Copeman still exists, though owned by Telus now so not entirely. Also, you know full well the Canadian health care system would treat her and presumably she’s got travel insurance.

@TELUSsupport I'm a long time mobility customer. 1989 family, 2004 in my own name. I am getting a new phone and plan to switch to Koodo for $50/month for 5gb data etc. BYOD. Is there any use calling Telus customer service to see if I can get this same deal thru you?

@Rogers the support team you produce is pathetic. @telus, you may be up to bat. Apparently 15 years of service is worth nothing.
