@noahanicholls Check with Bell... I’d been with Telus over 20 years, and Bell’s offer, including new phone, was $35/month cheaper. They share the towers, so no change in service

@itootill @PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Theft of time? I wonder if the CRTC has any control over this. Level of service?

  • opinionated75 myisland 🇨🇦 (@opinionated75) reported

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS I just called and told them I was moving to Shaw if the couldn’t give me a decent offer and I got the Internet taken back down to 85$ a month for 24 months.

  • BCReality Ontario - Vote ABC Strategically (@BCReality) reported

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Ditched Telus years ago, due to constant threat of being charged for poor landline connection (static) if it was my equip. After several months, techs found several service hubs were underwater most of the year, I left and went Shaw. If only cell was good enough to cut the cord!

  • Takurua2 Takurua (@Takurua2) reported

@JAL49 @PaulDoroshenko @TELUS Recommend an email separate from service providers.

  • PaulDoroshenko Prairie Paul (@PaulDoroshenko) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TedNesNA @TELUS @TELUSBusiness I overpaid on my dad’s account after he died. They’ve never refunded it.

  • InternetLimited Ai Communications (@InternetLimited) reported

The Big 5 Canadian Internet Service Providers (ISPs) (Bell, Rogers, Telus, Shaw, and Quebecor (Videotron)) receive 73.3% of the market’s revenues and charge higher prices due to a lack of competition. #Competition #internet

  • ladyannheather ladyheather (@ladyannheather) reported

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS I on the other hand have never had issues with Telus👍

  • SilveryCurls Sherida Charles (@SilveryCurls) reported

@PaulDoroshenko @TELUS We have opposite problem. Telus call our landline multiple times per week with offers of service changes or upgrades. So annoying.

  • DustyGrimmer Dianne Grimmer (@DustyGrimmer) reported

@brettdrc @PaulDoroshenko @TELUS I could easily reduce it $50 by dropping my home phone. With scam calls it’s way more trouble than it’s worth. Trouble to drop it when your doctor, dentist, pharmacist & others all have the number.
