@noahanicholls Check with Bell... I’d been with Telus over 20 years, and Bell’s offer, including new phone, was $35/month cheaper. They share the towers, so no change in service

@AllanzkieB @SpaceX How do you like it? Any issues with it not working or performing well? I’m in Sherwood Park and Telus and Shaw are horribly slow.

@JayIsPainting @1loriking I have Telus fibre - bc - it is really quite good. No issues and if there is a bit of a glitch I just restart the whole thing.

@CareyVandenberg Sounds like the time I called #telus customer support and could hear chickens in the back yard. Was definitely offshore because I asked the agent where she was.

Hey @TELUS , your telemarketing contractors are using hospital phone numbers to get people to answer. Beyond bullshit, my next call is to customer service to cancel my phone and cable.

Shaw and Rogers sending me an email like I should be stoked about the buyout. Bro, I'm literally switching to Telus because of this. I will never be a Rogers customer ever again, worst customer experience of my life.

I'm tempted to switch internet providers just based on how slow my current providers website is.....I'm looking at you @TELUS

@TELUSsupport @PrasadYEG Telus ADT Support is the worst call centre I’ve have ever experienced. Call number prompts not acknowledged, agents wasting 5 minutes verifying identify only to find their system frozen and can’t schedule a dispatch call. Their call back service when on hold calls go to voicemail

I’m a little late but the only entity that the rogers shaw merger is bad for is telus, they don’t want a real competitor in western Canada bc they control the market

And even if I wanted to subject myself to ****** Telus service again, I can't cos my house is only wired for what was once called Cable cos when this house was renovated, Telus wouldn't come to add service without charging a king's ransom I HATE THIS THANKS
