@noahanicholls Check with Bell... I’d been with Telus over 20 years, and Bell’s offer, including new phone, was $35/month cheaper. They share the towers, so no change in service

@mattdagley so depending where you or your family works, check out Telus EPP....just need a work email to switch. Generally 30% cheaper than normal Telus. If it doesn't work for yours, try your partner's etc.

@mayorblaine @TELUS Over 20% profit, ****** service and ****** coverage. And they want more money. What an absolute joke.

  • mattdagley Matt Dagley (@mattdagley) reported

I'm on support chat with both Telus and Amazon at the same time while editing a video of the premier. Master of the multitask. Two screens also helps.

  • mayorblaine Blaine (@mayorblaine) reported

Telus let me know that as a valued customer my monthly phone bill will increase $7. Yeah, telecoms isn’t a criminal racket in Canada.

  • LavierJamie Deep Fried 🇨🇦 (@LavierJamie) reported

@TELUS , considering you make billions in profits, maybe have some humans manning your customer service centre. It's 🗑.

  • Musaic2 Musaic2 (@Musaic2) reported

The #transcanada highway drive between #Manitoba and #Ontario already has spotty cell service. Neither @Bell @Rogers nor @TELUS have announced news to upgrade, only plans to eliminate service.

  • ChronicFeuer chronic-feuer (@ChronicFeuer) reported

@TELUSsupport The call was never completed. Over 3 hours on the phone and your stupid sales team couldn’t figure out phone line and voip. Now I’m stuck in a 3 yr contract for internet and I need a landline and don’t want to use you anymore. #never sign a contract with @TELUS.

  • megmcgpatterson Megan McGregor-Patterson (@megmcgpatterson) reported

@TELUS WHY don’t I have service in my house anymore?! Please someone come check on the towers in bridgenorth, Ontario.

  • accordingtomio M. (@accordingtomio) reported

@MsBehavior @Bell_MTSHelps I am glad they sold my account to Telus. Haven't had any issues with them, so far, in the last five years. MTS was legit the worst.

  • safety1222 Safety First (@safety1222) reported

.@PublicMobile is organized fraud. Charging people money without a sim card and nobody available to speak with. @TELUS is behind it all. Trying to save money by having no customer support. Dont tell me to open a ticket.
