I was told that I’d get a call back in 45 minutes and was over 1 1/2 hours. Our time is valuable too and it seems like customer service is not the same as when I initially joined @Shaw as that was the reason. Just really disappointed as Telus sucks but no other option.

@Bryson_M You bring up an interesting point. I wonder if the CRTC could mandate mobile service/data is so critical to Canadians, Bell, Telus, and Rogers be required to have failover to each others network I mean, we taxpayers subsidize their entire network, why not force their hand at it?

With the Rogers Nationwide network issue killing my @fido plan and no clear ETA about a fix time or even a root cause, it might be time to talk with @telus about swapping over if this continues into tomorrow.

Canada's biggest mobile service provider Roger's has been down all day. I can't get any texts or calls out. If Telus goes down, all of Canada will be out of communications. The storm is among us. If you've been paying attention, you've been waiting for these moments.
