Our time is valuable too and it seems like customer service is not the same as when I initially joined @Shaw as that was the reason. Just really disappointed as Telus sucks but no other option.

He replaced a splitter (for the visual cable), plugged me into it, and the issue was resolved.

Sent a test message from Gmail to TELUS, which was slow in receiving but I did get. Also just received one from something I subscribe to but still a minimum of 2 emails outstanding.

I run a complete wireless smart home, our service has been great, customer service has been outstanding + much lower bill..👍
