    I was told that I’d get a call back in 45 minutes and was over 1 1/2 hours. Our time is valuable too and it seems like customer service is not the same as when I initially joined @Shaw as that was the reason. Just really disappointed as Telus sucks but no other option.

    TELUS Mobility customers may be unable to call 9-1-1. This is a new alert similar to an issue from last week.

    @noahanicholls Check with Bell... I’d been with Telus over 20 years, and Bell’s offer, including new phone, was $35/month cheaper. They share the towers, so no change in service

    Real talk guys. No hold backs. I’m sick to death of crappy Telus internet service downtown and on the east side of town. I’m considering the switch to Shaw. Gimme your thoughts. Lord knows I don’t need a 36 month commitment to another crap service.

    @apelechaty If you can get Telus Fiber in your area do it. If not, take Shaw but no plan over 600mb down.

    In other news, Telus today emailed its customers, asking them if they had problems with acne…and acne is caused by diet. So you should book a $60 dietician Telus phone call, and if you are still stressed at the end, Telus will bill AH to hear how you should use antibiotics. ..2

    @TELUS We all sitting eating out and 5g or 5g+ and shows no internet. Have to switch to lte. Wtf am I paying for that 5g doesn’t work.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Is the most frustrating & awful company to deal with. Every other utility allows you to cancel services online. I've been transferred to 3 service reps and on hold for an hour and still cannot cancel. Ridiculous! #telussucks

    @TELUS Thankfully the person I did finally get through to was able to help get everything fixed. Still think there’s some serious lapses in customer service though, even something as simple as a “hey, your 2 year agreement is coming to an end” email would have prevented this mess…

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Telus union isn't even allowed to say out loud the number of employees they still have in Canada, it's lower each contract negotiation even though number of errors by offshore reps is significantly higher

    @OILanatude @Rogers @telusmobility Yessssss! Mysteriously my Roger’s bill jumped $5 a few months ago and has stayed there for that time. Telus used to do this too. It’s so shady and more people need to call them out on it. It never happened with Shaw. 👀

    @Frid45 RBC and TD Bank have large investments in the USA. Their brand is everywhere down there. Rogers, Telus and Bell sell iPhones, which is made by an American company call Apple. Metro, Sobeys and Loblaws sell American produce and other products that are American. Can you really be this stupid?
