In other news, Telus today emailed its customers, asking them if they had problems with acne…and acne is caused by diet. So you should book a $60 dietician Telus phone call, and if you are still stressed at the end, Telus will bill AH to hear how you should use antibiotics. ..2

75$ for unlimited data I know I'm gone be complaining about telus network chile 😭😭😭😭

  • purplegirl017 Beverly McQuiston (@purplegirl017) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

I was told that I’d get a call back in 45 minutes and was over 1 1/2 hours. Our time is valuable too and it seems like customer service is not the same as when I initially joined @Shaw as that was the reason. Just really disappointed as Telus sucks but no other option.

  • RorieRoberts Rorie Roberts (@RorieRoberts) reported from Blackfalds, Alberta

@noahanicholls Check with Bell... I’d been with Telus over 20 years, and Bell’s offer, including new phone, was $35/month cheaper. They share the towers, so no change in service

  • sheenaleanne Sheena Johnson (@sheenaleanne) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

Real talk guys. No hold backs. I’m sick to death of crappy Telus internet service downtown and on the east side of town. I’m considering the switch to Shaw. Gimme your thoughts. Lord knows I don’t need a 36 month commitment to another crap service.

  • MyChaos Tammi (@MyChaos) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

Anyone in the south east having Telus wifi issues? Meaning, slow or non existent?

  • geoff_heith Geoff Heith (@geoff_heith) reported

Dear @TELUS ... when almost 2 months ago I book a new hook up and you cancel it without telling me, what kind of service is that? Now you can't rebook me till July 20th because of your mistake? Really appreciate it. Seriously. Thanks #sarcasm

  • SW_ON_TRAFFIC SW_ON_TRAFFIC (@SW_ON_TRAFFIC) reported

Being installed at the top. When asked if this was for 5G service the crew denied it saying that that upgrade would allowed more radio communication channels for the tower to use with less equipment. This was clearly a 5G tower upgrade. Owned by: Bell Shared with Telus

  • madacaz Not McDavid (@madacaz) reported

@TELUS why do we have cheap hotel wifi at home when we are paying for your premium gold plated wiring - why when we spend over an hour in line on the phone you just tell us to turn our modem off every time - is your service plan to make people NOT want to call in? #badwifi

  • tom_fly4 Tom Flannery (@tom_fly4) reported

@VancityReynolds You are never going to be able to buy out TELUS at this rate Ryan…

  • Shelby_Thom Shelby Thom (@Shelby_Thom) reported

@GlobalOkanagan . @TELUS says wildfire in #LyttonBC wildfire damaged TELUS fibre lines, disrupting services to customers’ homes and affecting two cell towers that provide wireless service. Crews will assess damage and begin restoring services as soon as they are given permission by officials.

  • handymanSL Terry Spencer (@handymanSL) reported from Slave Lake, Alberta

@TELUSsupport It didn’t help , why disconnect devices when they should be able to stay connected. My old system 5 years ago was much more stable then this one. My neighbour across the road has Telus 50 internet, how is that possible when I was told it’s not.

  • liammcdAEC Liam McDermott 🍁🇬🇧 (@liammcdAEC) reported

I feel like only @TELUS could email you to say “turn up the savings, turn down the energy costs”, but ask you for $15 per month for the privilege. Save money by spending more money with us! 🤔

  • toobadkittens SLR (@toobadkittens) reported

@TELUS How about you just actually provide the service I’m paying for: ONE MONTH without our home phone in an area with no cell service, no repair service until July 7, and then you send a bill! #shameful

  • debdelorey Deb Delorey (@debdelorey) reported

@edmontonjournal @TELUS I live rural… pay full price for a cell phone that has zero service unless I drive to town. Have to have a landline and when Telus pedestal had faulty wiring and I had no phone service, it took over three weeks for a repair to be done. Missed two calls to go for a 2nd vaccine.

@FarLeftWitch He was trying to abuse his position from the get go? Vital Partners, that is a real thing? I seem to remember it being shown that he was going to profit directly from dismantling the health care system here. And the Saudis are investors in Telus' Babylon Health? Evil ****.
