I was told that I’d get a call back in 45 minutes and was over 1 1/2 hours. Our time is valuable too and it seems like customer service is not the same as when I initially joined @Shaw as that was the reason. Just really disappointed as Telus sucks but no other option.

@living_marble Cell phones dialling 911 can use any network they can reach. Even a phone with no sim card can dial 911. A Bell phone can hop on the Telus network for emergency calls.

Anyone in Calgary have a @TELUSsupport outage today? @Bell was out for about 1hr think of switching back to Telus. I use my phone 12hrs a day at work. 20gb of data per month. Can’t work if I don’t have data.
