  • purplegirl017 Beverly McQuiston (@purplegirl017) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

I was told that I’d get a call back in 45 minutes and was over 1 1/2 hours. Our time is valuable too and it seems like customer service is not the same as when I initially joined @Shaw as that was the reason. Just really disappointed as Telus sucks but no other option.

  • 1067TheDrive 106.7 The Drive (@1067TheDrive) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

TELUS Mobility customers may be unable to call 9-1-1. This is a new alert similar to an issue from last week.

  • Comnmanreally C'mon Man Really? (@Comnmanreally) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

    @aWYNNING @TELUS Bad timing!

@VancouverSun I hope you are able to reach someone from this country on their trouble-line. The last time, I waited for 2 hours and couldn’t understand what they were saying??? Perhaps we could “outsource” Telus to someone from Canada?

  • vikkhanna Vik Khanna (@vikkhanna) reported

@AndrewNJohns @TELUSHealth TELUS: Root problem is doctor shortage. VSB: Root problem is Kindergarten lotteries. Combined with the privilege of people like you and me, to place priority on our health & education means: 1⃣TELUS has to hire docs with existing clients. 2⃣VSB has 78% capture; lowest in 🇨🇦!

  • BethofBCMovies BethofBC Movies 🇨🇦 🇬🇧 (@BethofBCMovies) reported

@primetimecrime It's a network. I have Telus Optik so it's on channel 143 for me.

  • WerdEmUp Werd (@WerdEmUp) reported

Probably be Telus or some other **** company.

  • InGordWeTrust In Gord We Trust (@InGordWeTrust) reported

@VancouverSun Telus that got rich off of a monopoly in the telecom market so they can branch out into unrelated services like Telus Health and rip us off too? Nationalize their network.

  • ChillAsHellYYJ Chilly As Hell YYJ (@ChillAsHellYYJ) reported

@K_elly_B I get that it sucks; Telus should be the ones that are shamed for attempting to implement tiered healthcare. Semi/private clinics charges a fee is not new but it’s just huge profile than it was previously.

  • drbknight Used to be disgusted🇺🇦🎷🚵🏻‍♂️🏩☮️🏴‍☠️🍺🥓🦫🌻 (@drbknight) reported

@StephenPunwasi Why doesn’t he go to one of those boutique clinics like Copeman (now Telus Health). and pay. Except I suspect Copeman doesn’t prescribe amphetamines either. That’s the whole issue, AHDH meds are amphetamines and therefore controlled.

  • mention_z David91 (@mention_z) reported

@TELUSsupport swapping 7 numbers to telus small business plan, what a complete nightmare it’s been. Spent 20 hours on the phone, they’ve somehow lost one my orders and keep telling me they will call back and never do. Then porting my number doesn’t work and no one answers… wow

  • danielmullen Daniel Mullen (@danielmullen) reported

@TrevorJain Well, I could not get a prescription filled. The clinics were closed and I did not find it wise to add to the pile-up at the ER, and after enrolling in the PEI Health Maple system (a private service) only to find out it does not work on weekends, learned I had free Telus service.

  • BullaTolla Tolla Bulla (@BullaTolla) reported

@DennisKendel @VancouverSun The best way to fight corporate greed is hitting them back in their pocket. If people start cancelling their service with Telus in mass they don't even wait for court decision; they will listen fast.
