Our time is valuable too and it seems like customer service is not the same as when I initially joined @Shaw as that was the reason. Just really disappointed as Telus sucks but no other option.

Also, appointments are often cancelled w/o explanation and they only have 2 in person clinics in BC, with wait times of 3+ weeks for an appointment.

I remember not being able to use the phone while online, (we never had two phone lines in the house.) I don’t remember having that for very long because we quickly switched to Shaw internet with the old white Surfboard modem.

Drew42 (@Drew42thinks) reported@Smith92724864 it may not help, but shaw and rogers do not compete and have no market overlap at all (outside of mobile) with the sale of freedom there is no change to number of choices for isp or cable, so it wouldnt be worse imho, choosing shaw or telus or rogers or telus same 2 choices.
