  • purplegirl017 Beverly McQuiston (@purplegirl017) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

I was told that I’d get a call back in 45 minutes and was over 1 1/2 hours. Our time is valuable too and it seems like customer service is not the same as when I initially joined @Shaw as that was the reason. Just really disappointed as Telus sucks but no other option.

  • AdamRiz Adam Risling (@AdamRiz) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

@The_Big_P So weird. I'm watching. Have had no problems. You with Telus?

  • RorieRoberts Rorie Roberts (@RorieRoberts) reported from Blackfalds, Alberta

@noahanicholls Check with Bell... I’d been with Telus over 20 years, and Bell’s offer, including new phone, was $35/month cheaper. They share the towers, so no change in service

  • pmyackulic Patti Yackulic (@pmyackulic) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

@BrittBaltimore @MattWolfAB @shandro @DShepYEG @BrittBaltimore the ethics commissioner's decision was made before the biosimilars debacle & @shandro tweeting support for Telus babylon.

@JamesHannett @TELUS shaw has been no bed of roses lately. Lots of poor signal/ pixelation the past 2-3 months.

  • sheenaleanne Sheena Johnson (@sheenaleanne) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

Real talk guys. No hold backs. I’m sick to death of crappy Telus internet service downtown and on the east side of town. I’m considering the switch to Shaw. Gimme your thoughts. Lord knows I don’t need a 36 month commitment to another crap service.

  • 1067TheDrive 106.7 The Drive (@1067TheDrive) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

TELUS Mobility customers may be unable to call 9-1-1. This is a new alert similar to an issue from last week.

@RogersHelps @rdc789 I’m having the same issue in the same neighbourhood with no internet for the last 3 days, I swear other companies never have these many issues. Some of my other neighbours have Telus, they seem to never have an issue when I ask them… something to look into!

  • swingsnest Jocelyn (@swingsnest) reported

@CRTCeng @AB_EmergAlert I received zero Emergency Alerts today with my provider, Telus. How can I find out why?

  • CVerticchio Christina (@CVerticchio) reported

1/2 This morning, our @TELUS fire alarm went off at 5:50 am. Everything was fine, seems to have been malfunctioning; however, since the cell phone reception in Evergreen is still poor, we didn’t receive the call from Telus to tell them everything was fine.

  • andrew_leach Andrew Leach (@andrew_leach) reported

@ErnestBorgTen @TELUS I've used both. But, if you're looking for telus support, you have to use their test.

  • VolatileSky VolatileSky (@VolatileSky) reported

@TELUSsupport Maybe instruct your call centres to NOT push some garbage contract on people when, you know, one of their family died and they're trying to update and take care of the financials. I don't personally use telus. And after that, I'm sure as hell never going to in the future either.

  • CabbieCam Cameron Malchow (@CabbieCam) reported

@SmelvisBreastly @JaneFairfax13 That's not quite true. Telus is merely the network that the insurance is accessible on. Like, Telus merely runs the service through which some insurance providers choose to run your policies through. It's what allows the pharmacy to know whether you're covered for a drug or not.
