@JamesHannett @TELUS shaw has been no bed of roses lately. Lots of poor signal/ pixelation the past 2-3 months.

  • purplegirl017 Beverly McQuiston (@purplegirl017) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

I was told that I’d get a call back in 45 minutes and was over 1 1/2 hours. Our time is valuable too and it seems like customer service is not the same as when I initially joined @Shaw as that was the reason. Just really disappointed as Telus sucks but no other option.

  • sheenaleanne Sheena Johnson (@sheenaleanne) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

Real talk guys. No hold backs. I’m sick to death of crappy Telus internet service downtown and on the east side of town. I’m considering the switch to Shaw. Gimme your thoughts. Lord knows I don’t need a 36 month commitment to another crap service.

  • IndstrialBeatnk Industrial Beatnik (@IndstrialBeatnk) reported

@koodo I have been a customer for over 10 years and I am now actively looking for a non-telus carrier. What's worse is I've recommended Koodo to friends and family, and they are complaining to me about you. You are not treating your customers the way they deserve.

  • Invisionaires Invisionaires (@Invisionaires) reported

@keepsinging2day @TELUS @HamiltonPolice the door to door sales of these systems are a fraud. I didn't regret turning down the free 3 month trial period because it can't be acted on.

  • keepsinging2day Sarah Langford (@keepsinging2day) reported

A call from @telus adt security- my alarm is reporting a break in/tamper on main floor entry window. I gave permission to dispatch police. I was called back by adt to say @HamiltonPolice doesn’t answer to any break ins & they aren’t coming. Wtf! What’s the point in alarm

  • MGemzala Matthew Gemzała (@MGemzala) reported

Love it when @TELUS decides to increase my monthly bill for no reason and no changes to service what so ever👌🏼 #ShoppingForANewProvider

  • getrealtheatre KarenG (@getrealtheatre) reported

@richardzussman How appalling. Many of us really ARE wondering if that is what it will take to find a doctor. We now rely exclusively on Telus Health, and it sucks. There is nothing funny about the situation we are in. He should apologize.

  • TORONTO6GODOVO TORONTO6GODOVO ⁶𓅓 🦖🦂🕊️ (@TORONTO6GODOVO) reported

  • KathrynRyches Kathryn Ryches 🌈 (@KathrynRyches) reported

@BrowntoBure I left Fido (Rogers owned) and have gone with Lucky Mobile (Bell owned). I brought my own phone and have had no problems whatsoever. Kudo is owned by Telus btw.

  • hsvau Purple Sky (@hsvau) reported

@TELUSsupport @koodo I got callback from Koodo that I want to cancel my account but didn't get the confirmation email then a call from Telus but I didn't say hello first then finally agent said something then hanged up. Next then my LTE services for all 3 numbers can't work!

  • Iseabail90 izzy 🇺🇦 (@Iseabail90) reported

@TELUSsupport 4 weeks now and no support. Been told to clear my cache 8 times like that supposed to get my SIM to start working. 100% avoid Telus at all costs.

  • cwant Chris Want (@cwant) reported

If you have a smoke detector connected to Telus security, be careful holding down the "test" button on the unit. (The firemen in both fire trucks seemed nice.)
