    Real talk guys. No hold backs. I’m sick to death of crappy Telus internet service downtown and on the east side of town. I’m considering the switch to Shaw. Gimme your thoughts. Lord knows I don’t need a 36 month commitment to another crap service.

  • RorieRoberts Rorie Roberts (@RorieRoberts) reported from Blackfalds, Alberta

    @noahanicholls Check with Bell... I’d been with Telus over 20 years, and Bell’s offer, including new phone, was $35/month cheaper. They share the towers, so no change in service

  • 1067TheDrive 106.7 The Drive (@1067TheDrive) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

    TELUS Mobility customers may be unable to call 9-1-1. This is a new alert similar to an issue from last week.

  • pmyackulic Patti Yackulic (@pmyackulic) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

    @BrittBaltimore @MattWolfAB @shandro @DShepYEG @BrittBaltimore the ethics commissioner's decision was made before the biosimilars debacle & @shandro tweeting support for Telus babylon.

  • AdamRiz Adam Risling (@AdamRiz) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

    @The_Big_P So weird. I'm watching. Have had no problems. You with Telus?

  • purplegirl017 Beverly McQuiston (@purplegirl017) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

    I was told that I’d get a call back in 45 minutes and was over 1 1/2 hours. Our time is valuable too and it seems like customer service is not the same as when I initially joined @Shaw as that was the reason. Just really disappointed as Telus sucks but no other option.

  • caribouwho Andrew Poole (@caribouwho) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

    @JamesHannett @TELUS shaw has been no bed of roses lately. Lots of poor signal/ pixelation the past 2-3 months.

  • Comnmanreally C'mon Man Really? (@Comnmanreally) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

    @aWYNNING @TELUS Bad timing!

    @BrianIsSuperRad @itsjessipashia @seank502001 Hahahaha I just went through the same thing with Telus- I wanted to cancel cable: we just don’t watch tv anymore with a one year old running around. They must’ve asked me 15 times about upgrading my package to save money. Me (15 times): “no, I want to cancel completely”

  • arundeepyeg Arundeep Singh • ਅਰੁਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ☃️ (@arundeepyeg) reported

    Anyone else on Telus in #yegmw experiencing internet connectivity issues?

  • SteveCordrey Steve Cordrey (@SteveCordrey) reported

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport How do I check on winback offers? Just switched to Fido two weeks ago after being with you for three years. Your L&R rep was incredibly rude and literally told me I should move to Quebec because it’s cheaper there.

  • AbhijeetDutt89 Abhijeet Dutt (@AbhijeetDutt89) reported

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS Even cancellation is a pain,more than 30 minutes wait times. Dont advertise customer care and priority which in reality is none. Pathetic services. I wont recommend anyone telus thats for sure

  • ltsRequ Boner McGregor (@ltsRequ) reported

    @1doinitanyway1 @TELUS I pay $55 a month for unlimited everything. Not a bad price

  • lyssfraat alyssa 🌹 (@lyssfraat) reported

    Telus peace of mind plan sucks absolute ****

  • VanForrest1 Van Forrest (@VanForrest1) reported

    @TELUS how can you be “closed” right now???? It’s ridiculous that a company of your size isn’t able to process a payment 24/7 and restore service immediately.

  • jeryes Jean Notjean | ✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿 (@jeryes) reported

    @TELUSsupport Hey there. I have a negative balance in my Telus account and have had it for some time now and never realized. Can I get this paid out to me?

  • jennamdski Jen (@jennamdski) reported

    Called Telus to ensure current service could support 2 people doing video calls all day. They interpreted that as cancel internet service. Over 6h of being on hold. 24 hrs w/out internet during law school final exams with no where else to be able to go @TELUS @TELUSsupport HELP😭

  • anrymeel anrymeel (@anrymeel) reported

    “68 of Canada's biggest companies like Imperial Oil, Bell, and Telus are taking government subsidies with the Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy. But, these companies are also paying out massive dividends to their rich shareholders. [1]” Yet no one is saying anything or fighting back.
