I was told that I’d get a call back in 45 minutes and was over 1 1/2 hours. Our time is valuable too and it seems like customer service is not the same as when I initially joined @Shaw as that was the reason. Just really disappointed as Telus sucks but no other option.

Real talk guys. No hold backs. I’m sick to death of crappy Telus internet service downtown and on the east side of town. I’m considering the switch to Shaw. Gimme your thoughts. Lord knows I don’t need a 36 month commitment to another crap service.

@noahanicholls Check with Bell... I’d been with Telus over 20 years, and Bell’s offer, including new phone, was $35/month cheaper. They share the towers, so no change in service

@Questrade @harmless_exe Can you provide details regarding why it is only happening to Telus customer?. Over 70 percent of internet user in BC are Telus customers. So it is a big deal and you should prioritize fixing this ASAP.

Want to know what a monopoly is? I have Telus for my satellite tv service, as well as for my home phone. My high speed internet service is Axia, now owned by Telus. My cell service is Koodoo, owned by Telus. Bell, Telus and Rodgers own everything when it comes to carriers.

@TELUS I get called once every 3 months or so in an effort to sell me TV services. The agent can never figure out what to say when I tell them I don't want TV shows. They just launch in to what TV shows I could be watching with Optik or Pik. But I don't watch TV.
