Real talk guys. No hold backs. I’m sick to death of crappy Telus internet service downtown and on the east side of town. I’m considering the switch to Shaw. Gimme your thoughts. Lord knows I don’t need a 36 month commitment to another crap service.

  • Comnmanreally C'mon Man Really? (@Comnmanreally) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

    @aWYNNING @TELUS Bad timing!

  • AdamRiz Adam Risling (@AdamRiz) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

@The_Big_P So weird. I'm watching. Have had no problems. You with Telus?

  • purplegirl017 Beverly McQuiston (@purplegirl017) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

I was told that I’d get a call back in 45 minutes and was over 1 1/2 hours. Our time is valuable too and it seems like customer service is not the same as when I initially joined @Shaw as that was the reason. Just really disappointed as Telus sucks but no other option.

  • pmyackulic Patti Yackulic (@pmyackulic) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

@BrittBaltimore @MattWolfAB @shandro @DShepYEG @BrittBaltimore the ethics commissioner's decision was made before the biosimilars debacle & @shandro tweeting support for Telus babylon.

  • caribouwho Andrew Poole (@caribouwho) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

@JamesHannett @TELUS shaw has been no bed of roses lately. Lots of poor signal/ pixelation the past 2-3 months.

  • 1067TheDrive 106.7 The Drive (@1067TheDrive) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

TELUS Mobility customers may be unable to call 9-1-1. This is a new alert similar to an issue from last week.

    Telus sucks

  • JeepJarod Jarod (@JeepJarod) reported

@TELUS - why am I receiving 5-10 calls from you trying to sell me your home services when I'm not a Telus customer? Are that desperate for new customers that you have to repeatedly call people, even when they've requested to not be contacted?

  • shayman Steve Hayman 💉💉💉💉💉 (@shayman) reported from Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan

@jphayman One more possibility. Broken geolocation locking. TSN app would not stream for me on Telus phone in New Brunswick this summer, but did when I fired up a VPN to a home server in Ontario. That obviously shouldn’t be necessary.

  • ThatGenericEric ThatGenericEric (@ThatGenericEric) reported

@RoyalRoy79 Too bad Telus isn't in this part of Canada. I'd sign up just to sell off the Series S to a **** shop. Easy $200.

  • TimLCriddle Tim Criddle (@TimLCriddle) reported

Just renewed with @Shawhelp and all I can say is thankfully I have 10 days to cancel and get out of this horrible new glitchy service. Activation is a nightmare. Nothing is working. Does not bode well for the future. Looking into switching everything to @TELUS

  • NorthernGuy6 Northern Guy (@NorthernGuy6) reported

@PeterCooper @TSN_Sports @CFL I have Pik TV with Telus, it worked great. It did start to buffer only once when I ran the microwave. But my wifi is a few feet from the microwave so I'm told that might be the cause. Other than that zero issues during the GC.

  • CholakRosanna Rosanna Cholak 🇨🇦 (@CholakRosanna) reported

@lumin8 Like I said each to their own, circumstances unknown,I use cameras myself; they are useless when not working conveniently on days when things stolen,or when people at doors & now, no sound to be able to hear or respond Telus crap one big lie after another had 13 tech here useless

  • vrajshah229 Vraj Shah (@vrajshah229) reported

@koodo I just setup 3 new lines. I need help setting up esim on 1. I already bought 1 esim from Telus store. How to activate or link it to my line? Your authorized partner could not setup esim for me. Very strange

  • tara__carroll Tara Carroll (@tara__carroll) reported

@TELUSsupport Been on hold for 2 hrs trying to resolve a billing issue that should have already been resolved after multiple calls. What's the quickest way to contact telus which doesn't require me wasting more life?
