  • purplegirl017 Beverly McQuiston (@purplegirl017) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

I was told that I’d get a call back in 45 minutes and was over 1 1/2 hours. Our time is valuable too and it seems like customer service is not the same as when I initially joined @Shaw as that was the reason. Just really disappointed as Telus sucks but no other option.

  • ciadoma24 umutinganyi 🇧🇮 (@ciadoma24) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

@apelechaty If you can get Telus Fiber in your area do it. If not, take Shaw but no plan over 600mb down.

    @aWYNNING @TELUS Bad timing!

  • RorieRoberts Rorie Roberts (@RorieRoberts) reported from Blackfalds, Alberta

@noahanicholls Check with Bell... I’d been with Telus over 20 years, and Bell’s offer, including new phone, was $35/month cheaper. They share the towers, so no change in service

  • sheenaleanne Sheena Johnson (@sheenaleanne) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

Real talk guys. No hold backs. I’m sick to death of crappy Telus internet service downtown and on the east side of town. I’m considering the switch to Shaw. Gimme your thoughts. Lord knows I don’t need a 36 month commitment to another crap service.

  • 1067TheDrive 106.7 The Drive (@1067TheDrive) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

TELUS Mobility customers may be unable to call 9-1-1. This is a new alert similar to an issue from last week.

  • prosper_partner Prosper Partner (@prosper_partner) reported

I now realize why @TELUSBusiness & @TELUS charge such exorbitant prices. They showed up on the wrong day, then no showed, spoke to 4 reps who have done absolutely nothing to resolve the problem. Absolutely horrendous. Don't ever use Telus if you don't have to!

  • lexar1231 lexar123 (@lexar1231) reported

@TELUSsupport when are you going to fix the PIK tv Channel management using browser? I don't want to install the Telus app on my phone, seems like a scam to force me to instal app so you can spy on me.

  • macjbby Jeffrey Beatty Ⓐccessibility Ⓛens (@macjbby) reported

@ltribe Ditto... My question? Former Telus lobbyist Ian Scott turn his back on us. Is he literally against Accessibility Plans that we work hard to get Big three to provide Accessibility Plans? I just knew bad blood Freud Ian Scott as a former Telus lobbyist. Ugh!

  • AudioDial Audio Guy (@AudioDial) reported

@mroechner @TekSavvyBuzz Or maybe your tax dollars should go toward helping them build out competing infrastructure. Oh wait, your tax dollars are already doing this now for Bell, Rogers and Telus. Yeah, so many regional players for teksavvy to choose from. Idiot.

  • kenjurina Ken Jurina (@kenjurina) reported

@TELUSsupport Hello Telus, Epcor installed a new power pole in our alley. While the power line was properly reinstalled the Telus cables weren’t and they need to be redone. Please DM me for address and service date. Thank you.

  • ACSAmherstburg ACS Amherstburg (@ACSAmherstburg) reported

Our service provider is experiencing difficulties today. ACS phone lines, email and internet access are down. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post an update as soon as Telus has fixed their problem. Thank you

  • NicESpurling Nicola Spurling (@NicESpurling) reported

I then asked for verification that I was actually taking to Telus. I was provided with a phone number which, when Googled, shows up with links to Telus Support. The person called back from that number, which made the scam seem more legitimate.

  • crystal_kwon crystal_kwon (@crystal_kwon) reported

TELUS Health is insanely good. Great doctors, customer service that goes above + beyond. Now only if their mobile policies followed suit.

  • Harpaulmangli Harpaul Singh (@Harpaulmangli) reported

@UnionBankTweets I checked up with my service provider TELUS and they have confirmed that it's all good at their end.

  • Simon818 Simon J (@Simon818) reported

@serrebi 1. How do you have more than 50 MB up? I'm guessing Telus fiber. 2. I agree with this. I know people who would actually notice if something was uploading at 80 kbps. Plus, that's just more strain on wi-fi and so many people still have horrible ISP router modems.
