MJfarm8 (@ellejames8) reported@ryangerritsen Yep I called @TELUS to cancel 10 sim cards for our business (we have 60 other active ones), shoulda been easy to do. I had all the numbers, she even asked me to email the list to her & it took her OVER AN HOUR. I swear they do it so you give up & hang up. Ridiculous.

Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp Thanks. I have been trying to use the chat since 9AM. The auto log out feature every 10 minutes is brutal when you have to hold for support for at least hours. The only reason I stayed with Shaw is because you have had better support than Telus, historically.

Tegu breaking news. (@tegufy_news) reportedA fibre cut has left Telus customers in several northern B.C. communities without internet, TV, home phone, and wireless services. The outage, affecting areas such as Masset and Prince Rupert, is due to vandalism, according to Telus. The company has not yet provided an estimated time of repair.

Justin B. Manuel (@Justin_B_Manuel) reported@TELUS was offered a promo today but due to technical issues on the reps end, I wasn't able to get it. They told me I had to call them back another day Why do I need to call & wait on hold to redeem an offer that'll end up in me paying you guys more a month for? Seems backwards.

danielduke (@danield75442562) reported@AdrianaLaGrange Changing from non-specialists to specialists doesn’t mean we have more doctors. The heavy recruiting internationally and calling them doctors without the proper cerification is misleading. Along with your Telus health. Garbage as usual from this government.
-
Indubitably Tho (@IndubitablyTho) reported@peternowak WOW. And I thought it was bad, years ago, when the Telus tech support robot stayed on script for asking a home consumer q's when he's talking to a business with a server room.

x-JB 🇨🇦 (@JackieBee_16) reported@flyin_oryan @Sportsnet @TELUS Yeah I have boxes for each TV. We even have a booster because our internet was so terrible I’m surrounded by apartment buildings and live in a half duplex - thought it was just me because there are so many individual networks around us
-
Derek Braid (@Royal_Arse) reportedRogers took ~$82M via Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy program, with top three telcos (Rogers, Bell, Telus) receiving >$240M while paying billions in dividends. Individuals receiving CERB had to repay over-payments, white collar welfare industry did not. Now mass layoffs.
-
Life's a Beach (@GraceOnFire2) reported@lbossaer @AndrewScheer The government funded the program's development, it was revealed that 85% of the intellectual property is owned by its main technology vendor,Telus Health. This meant the government could not easily transfer or maintain the service without continued payments to the private vendor

terry l. (@dubsndoo) reportedStreaming services that offer more programming for as little as $10/mo. vs $100/mo. for a cable tv corporation with lousy programming and ****** service. Put Rogers, Telus and Bell into bankruptcy Canada, you’ll thank me later.
