I'm really getting tired of @TELUS calling me this time of night numerous times in the past few months. I think a phone call to @CdnMarketing is in order to file a complaint...

@BackhoeSawyer @elonmusk Thanks. Yeah, I thought I was going to never get real internet speeds. Been in IT for over 30+years and never imagined this back when I started. Going to be transitioning from a Telus Smarthub where I'm only getting .55 Mbps down and .1 Mbps up.

Bravo @TELUS you just lost 3 lines and a customer of 14 years because YOU are unorganized and can’t get your paperwork right.

@ENMAXpower @Michele_V1 For some reason @telus LTE and 5G network wasn’t working during the power outage, but at least the phone service was. So sending people to websites for information was useless. Maybe it worked for Rogers folks.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport The video doorbell servers are so slow! Sometimes when the button is pressed I either don't get an alert or live view won't load,if I get an alert.

Telus is sending me letters and emails claiming that if I don't upgrade to fibre, I will experience service disruptions. I confirmed with @TELUSsupport that this isn't going to happen. How is @TELUS allowed to threaten/mislead its clients like this? Competition Act violation?
