Had a call w/@TELUS @TELUSsupport team this morning. Very helpful. However, there seems to be a disconnect w/info listed on my acct online vs what the rep sees on file causing more confusion. Something to look into please so as to have better service moving forward.

@TELUSsupport NO NOW! They up the rate without consulting me a very loyal customer of Telus since the 70s! Shame on Andre! Claim to be the supervisor of the other staff! He gave a very dishonest runaround quote! I wasted hours over 3 hours and got cheating quotes!

@TELUS you people have me connected to 3 diferent accounts and when you send me a link to pay a bill I never know what bill your putting the money on because your system cant think. If you advise me to use Telus callback then tell me I cant as soon as I try it, you pay my bill!!

@GowerMD Also need look at their practices. For profit corp like Telus list practices that are limited in scope. How many docs have chosen to limit their practices? How many people can't find a PC doc? We need to do more to support *** or risk shortages
