Telus increase of $5.00 per cell phone to me says it's time to switch to an ATT american phone company and get better service for less. If you travel to the US get the ATT plan and pay them.

@AyahuascaDreams And again, the issue isn’t the phone. It’s the SIM card. We popped out the SIM card and replaced it with another one and it was able to connect to the Telus network. They just couldn’t let me keep it, though.

@TELUSsupport OMG!!! Just got a message that Telus could not take my call at this time and asked me to call at a later time. And the call was then disconnected. After 2hrs and 15 mins. And you support closes in 90 mins. I need internet for work.

@AyahuascaDreams Not up here. Hell, Telus doesn’t even really have a presence up here and neither does Rogers. If you want “in person” customer service, it’s NorthwesTel or Bell. Though, Wal-Mart MIGHT have a Fido or Koodo SIM.
