@TELUSsupport trying to get help for home internet that has been down since yesterday evening. Telus Assistant says it’s not available right now and 310-1212 number is perpetually busy. How are we suppose to get support???

@TELUS Poor poor customer service. I call to renew my home service contract I get transferred to mobile after 2 hr wait they transfer me to home service after 40 mins I get a recording that the office is closed. Poor poor service, should I go to Shaw? Bad!!

@MarriottBonvoy Internet is down for the past 4 days and Hotel Mgmt is blaming Telus for that. It is insane when you accept @UofT students for quarantine and don't provide internet. Remote learning is not possible. Be courteous and empathetic.

@gmbutts @Rogers That was my experience with Rogers two decades ago (and further back with Bell). I switched to Telus, and have received excellent service.

Who cares about Facebook and their other apps... I do however care about Shaw Cable having some kind of issues all the time, like rebooting twice a day and outages; if this keeps happening I am afraid that we will just have to switch to Telus. 😒 #justsaying
