    @BrandonDraga I have worked for companies who offer access to platforms like Telus Health. And the convenience is extremely attractive. And there is nothing more attractive to modern society than convenience, which makes this issue all that much more pernicious.

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from the @TELUS WEBSTORE. Terrible customer service. After almost 2 weeks of being assured that my order was in stock and about to ship, 3 long phone calls, now I get an email that it’s back ordered? Payment taken. CCTS report about to be filed! @TELUSsupport

    @Ryan_r_Williams Canadians deserve better mobile service so please work to allow Mint Mobile into Canada and end the stranglehold Bell, Rogers and Telus have over us.

    @TELUSsupport Why do I keep receiving the TELUS bill if I cancelled the service more than 3 months ago? And what if I don't pay? I want my money back! Help me or there is no point in calling any support. They just don't solve it.

    @ChrisLaBossiere @Xplornet Once I get mine hooked up Telus is out the door. And once I get access to my business line they are toast there as well. Worst service ever.

    Just received an email from @TELUS telling me that as a “valued customer” the monthly service charge for my phone will increase $5/month I already pay slightly less than $90/month Someone explain to me how increasing my bill to roughly ~$95/month makes me a “valued customer”….

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Since last night customers in Richmond BC are having issues with internet. Many of us work from home. We got a notification from Telus this morning, too late to rearrange our work schedule. We lost time and money. Any compensation for the affected customers?

    @_danslarue What type of water bottles? Have you tried @TELUSsupport ? Telus likes to talk about community support, maybe they have an excess of the promo bottles they give out.
