I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

Telus Issues Reports

  • miraoberman Mira Oberman (@miraoberman) reported

@reporteremma @TELUS @CapitalDailyVic I had this issue once when I went to El Paso. Mexican cell phone companies boost the signal to deliberately capture US customers. Charge big fees. Telus should be able to block roaming on your phone and ought to refund the fees.

  • PePPerish71 WayeCoolerNow (@PePPerish71) reported

@SafetySteveNL @McMudder71 @TELUS Telus is owned by Koodo. The reason Koodo is cheaper because it's mostly self servive vs Telus offers more support in store. I switched ages ago too

  • kylemurp13 Kyle (@kylemurp13) reported

@MsYouDoYou @toddnickel I was with @TELUS almost two years ago until I moved into my new house. I literally moved 8 houses up the road, and they couldn't connect my service because of old wiring. Said sorry, don't know this type of fiber, call Shaw they will service you. Shaw came out within 24 hours.

  • KevinSMcArthur Kevin McArthur (@KevinSMcArthur) reported

@jwsthomson Used to roam onto the US towers all the time... never got a bill... and you get a bunch of texts telling you it happened. Telus has the option to turn the whole thing off though and if you live where this happens, you should turn it off at the carrier.

  • RobeyEdith Geanine Edith Robey (@RobeyEdith) reported

@TELUS Can you tell me please if you provide monitored home alarm service on Gabriola Island?

  • EntitledCanada Supporting local businesses and community (@EntitledCanada) reported

@reporteremma @TELUS @CapitalDailyVic All Telus service is complete crap. Called because my HIGH SPEED WiFi is at 47.5. After 3 service people it's now at 9.5 SERIOUSLY??? Done

  • Anonymisses4 E (@Anonymisses4) reported

Telus has the worst customer service smh

  • carly_bird_9 Carly (@carly_bird_9) reported

broke my phone so i can only communicate by tweeting now... can someone help me gay-code my outfit enough that Jordan From Telus will stop hitting on me when i see him in person? thx... maybe my giant blackhead will turn him off 😔🤞

  • reporteremma Emma Gilchrist (@reporteremma) reported

*ahem* What the hell is up with @TELUS charging Victoria-area customers roaming charges for, like, going to the beach? It’s not my fault your service connects to a U.S. cell tower. Anyone else dealing with cell companies refusing to reverse these charges? @CapitalDailyVic #yyj

  • studingo Studingo (@studingo) reported

@Shawhelp copy paste updates on a outage with an eta of “some time” might be time to switch to Telus
