I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

@allsystemsjo @TinyCroc @TELUS I immediately felt this was abuse. It triggered me. Looking deeper I know why. PWD , myself included mostly live in shared spaces where internet is included. Real help would be reduced cell prices. Nice gif.

@TELUS I cancelled your service a year ago when I heard you were getting involved with Huawei towers in our country. Also, when I switched, I didn’t realize how badly I was getting ripped off. 13GB data for less $ than I was paying for 5GB from you. $22 for an extra GB if I overed. 🖕

And it took about two minutes to take my business to @Distributel. Tired of the endless upsells from @TELUS and their failure to just maintain a simple, basic service. That's all I want. Not a spammy sales army that uses tricky pricing as a weapon against old customers.

@TELUS for you guys to be so inconsiderate is quite insulting! I am a very fatigued frontline healthcare worker at the tale end of a year from hell! I have two aging parents plus a child is university. Yet, a company I pay $250.00 a month can’t complete a service call #BooTelus

@TELUS you have the absolute worst customer service on earth. When we schedule a “call back” for services, i really dont expect to sit on hold waiting for 29 minutes before being cut off. Unacceptable.

@TinyCroc @allsystemsjo @TELUS As I said very few PWD are the sole users of an internet connection in their residence. Most share. This does nothing to help. Give PWD a similar deal on our cellphones, that would actually help many, not just a few. It’s like free gas for your spaceship.

@VE7PMD @azimuthex @TELUS Yes! When you are given a monopoly, billions in government assistance and actually only build a network that follows major highways , not very much. In fact if you look at the profits big telcos make it all makes sense.
