Fat & Furious (@Monthon92467113) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Called the customer service of my bank yesterday. Some trailer trash answered the phone, I hanged up right away. I called again, another trailer trash answered the phone again, I hanged up again. Called third time, a filipina answered the phone. And I was like, thank God.

Ritesh (@treadon) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Would you pay an extra $10 a month on your bill for "Domestic Customer Support"? Genuinely curious, maybe this is something Telus can consider.

DeeDee - Living the dream! 👑 NO DM’s. (@deedee_living) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I’ve been with Telus since I got my first cell phone many years ago. I called them and a person from India asked me for my social insurance number. I hung up on them and called a supervisor and cancelled my service.

Krustbag (@Krustbag) reported@ridge_line1 @ConradRed4 @CoryBMorgan For most people it's plenty, starlink is averaging 200-300 down for me, and 50-100 up. So by the numbers it's slower than fibre. But still plenty for streaming 4k video. That's for $140 a month I was paying $100 for 75/75 from Telus before moving to a rual address. I honestly believe that starlink is the future of internet, rather than running fibre to everyone's house

Ray Gaur (@raygaurca) reportedWe signed up for a three year contract to replace our month-to-month service for business effective November 28, 2025. It was our understanding that Anatoli Jr. Goriansk @TELUS the Account Manager was going to handle the switch, but for some reason he did not cancel our month-to-month service. Now our account has been suspended because of non-payment of the month-to-month service. Can you please assist. @TELUSsupport

MalcyTroll (@MalcyTroll) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport Are you dumb? Option A: Call Telus and get an Indian support person in india. Option B: Call Telus and get an Indian support person in Canada. Once they infiltrate they use extreme nepotism and only hire other Indians. They take a monopoly on certain enterprises. Call centers are one of them.. By using an OG Indian not a Canadian Larping Indian Telus pays 10c/hour vs $16/hour for the exact same thing. It’s just business.
