I can’t get over how much better the customer service is with @TELUS than @Bell_Aliant if any NS business needs a break from Bell I’d highly recommend Telus.

@gregg_lowden @AmieVarley I know telehealth was 18 hr wait recently. And telus wasn't. For certain issues, a nurse chat is worth it. But yes, the whole situation screams racket. Def greasy. Def not the std we should want here. But its all noise now. So. Much. Bad.

@ITPrivacyPro @TELUS I found and extra $4.99 long distance "assistance" charge on my bill. Just....something they do. Fight to get a refund of that....and cancel .

@theJagmeetSingh For once I agree with you. Telus use to have excellent service. Last time I tried to upgrade I got someone from off shore and to her best she couldn’t do the job. Bell isn’t any better!
