I can’t get over how much better the customer service is with @TELUS than @Bell_Aliant if any NS business needs a break from Bell I’d highly recommend Telus.

@evans_nj @Jennjo22 @TELUS That's great for u. My iPhone X used a normal wall plug and a USB. My iPhone 11 Pro doesn't actually fit. U cant plug the cord into a regular wall charger of any kind. You do realize you are failing to see the other side of the problem right? They change things you know

@GamersNexus Here in Canada we only really have 3 maybe 4 options if we are lucky. And the big 3 (Telus, Rogers, Bell) all keep their prices the same as each other. Right now I am with Telus with 150 up/down and we started paying $100/month and we are now up to $120 now and we still have 1/?

@Jennjo22 @TELUS So your vape has a charger that you can use then. Looks like you are covered. The cable is included. Hell get one of those wall adapters that has plugs and USB ports in it and you are good to go. I get what you are saying but God damn it's a waste of plastic.

@staceykate1973 TELUS is a Canadian based telecom that is subject to limits on foreign ownership of its publicly traded shares. Alphabet (Google) is a foreign company. They can’t “join”. TELUS is enhancing their email service with Google technology. Maybe that’s what this is about?

@AskPayPal I will no longer be using Paypal. I was told to reach out to their partner Telus, who said my shipping label refund was definitively closed even new requests. Declined due to docs not being accepted within their short time window? What a terrible service.

@ModernPrivacy @Bluemediagrad They've been doing it non-stop, even in locked-down areas. #Bell, #Rogers & #Telus said they have special covid infection prevention procedures for door-2-door sales. People pasting pics of rep's w/ no masks & no distancing. Telus stopped paper bills cuz they said it spread covid

@kootscrutinizer @Shawhelp @TELUS I'm not sure if this counts as "eligible" problems since their contract specifies that they can go up to 300. However, in my opinion this does count as poor service since the expectation is that service will be consistent and reliable during work hours at home. Why else get it?

@kootscrutinizer @Shawhelp @TELUS We checked the contract. The Shaw 300 plan says UP TO 300. So this is a built in strategy. It's difficult to work from home with this sort of poor service provision by Internet providers. We need more competition.
