I can’t get over how much better the customer service is with @TELUS than @Bell_Aliant if any NS business needs a break from Bell I’d highly recommend Telus.

@kehlp Hi! To avoid roaming notifications or charges, you can set up the Network Mode to Manual > TELUS, from the settings of the phone.

@RogersHelps Oh I did contact tech support. They opened a ticket, took 4 days to only close it and say there is no issue meanwhile I was still getting dropped calls and interruptions. Had enough and switched my whole family to Telus.

@TELUS @FriendlyFuture Riiiight… so that’s why you bumped up my plan rate 7$ a month. Customer, and community first, while selling my information, gouging me, and making sure people aren’t able to access healthcare without paying for it…

@michael_byers @adriandix You are spreading false information. This is a private service through Telus which has nothing to do with the BC Govt.

@geoffberner It's not just health care; it's the entire Government of BC IT systems. Their VPN and tech support is ALL #Telus. Consider the personal information #privacy implications of that on TOP of the health care contracts!

@TranBC Maybe it's time to pressure companies like Bell, Telus and Rogers to eliminate no service areas on highways in BC, it's 2022 and even on highways like 1, 3, 5, 16, 93, 95 and 97...some of the highest tourist travelled highways in the province have large no service areas.
