  I can’t get over how much better the customer service is with @TELUS than @Bell_Aliant if any NS business needs a break from Bell I’d highly recommend Telus.

  I had @Telus Optik TV basic, and internet, for under $100 a month. When my plan ended, I got a bill for a new plan at $330/mo. No lie?!?¿¡!! I phoned them up and got it down to ~$115/mo. When I said no TV just internet, the conversation changed it seems.

  @jodyvance @TELUS Lots of moving parts to the problem(s). To say that Telus or Rogers sucks doesn't help. Getting a tech on site is the best bet if you can make it happen. I have Telus, and I've been annoyed occasionally, but it's been minor stuff. Good Luck!

  @jodyvance @TELUS Yup I have to do the reboot thing at least once per week sometimes twice. 5 yrs ago I switched from Rogers because I got sick of their ****. Now Telus is acting up. Starlink any good???

  @jodyvance @TELUS They advertise that if you don’t have fibre (we didn’t) that you have 90’s service. We had 90’s service just like you have and a pixelated picture when it rained. One thing I do know, at $200+ a month, I sure didn’t pay 90’s prices!

Ive had 5 come out & try the same thing 5 different times to fix internet until i lost my **** & the last dude finally went up the pole and found a split connection point 😡 after i bought a new modem & ran new line inside my house 🤬

  Everyone, GET RID OF YOUR CELL PHONES, that will stop the bullshit. NO more control. I have no cell phone since Telus got pay off to the government scam. I am sure these companies will listen when mass amounts of people cancel their compliant devices. SIMPLE........

  @lejeunesimon, while you partner with big companies such as TELUS, please also take a chance with smaller ones like Novus (internet provider in Vancouver), Freedom (reason why phone prices have come down), etc. Please also work with American companies that provide daily services

  @TELUSsupport @TELUS any idea when service is going to be restored to those of us not having internet in Medicine Hat? It’s been down all day. Even an acknowledgement that you know there is a problem would be nice
