I can’t get over how much better the customer service is with @TELUS than @Bell_Aliant if any NS business needs a break from Bell I’d highly recommend Telus.

@TELUS If you guys are unable to deliver your promise of phone within 2-3 weeks? Why should a consumer pay the price ? What if I cancel my plan ? Can you refund the money ($40 for the phone which I have not received even after almost 1 month) as the money was towards the phone

Does anyone else get non stop FAKE phone calls from Indian duct cleaners or Chinese Telus operators? Plus the BS Service Canada calls that say I have to pay some money and when I hold the line some Indian comes on the phone? I get like 3-5 DAILY Diversity = phone scams

Hey @TELUSsupport , i was just again informed the the fibre optic cable that I can see hasn’t been installed. Please understand that I can visual see it and there were two telus service who installed it.

@mebuell It seems like a one sided issue, until you get further and further and away from any type of competitive market and then the telco side is clear. FTTH utilities are inevitable in some form, in this country that’ll be Bell/Telus I assume.

@UnarmedOracle Telus recently had a deal that was offering equal upload / download rates (75mb/s up, 75mb/s down), I swapped over because that seemed useful for the 4 adults doing video calls from our network. May be useful for streaming.
