I can’t get over how much better the customer service is with @TELUS than @Bell_Aliant if any NS business needs a break from Bell I’d highly recommend Telus.

Telus just sent me a text that I went over my data during a hurricane and power outage. Great customer service. @TELUS @TELUSsupport

@Bowhuntingbsfan @TELUS Odd. Telus at my place is incredibly fast and reliable. Shaw was a HUGE piece of ****. I couldn’t even use Shaw internet at the same time as a sound bar because they interfered with each other. No problems like that with Telus!

@TELUS @FriendlyFuture How do we know if we are eligible? I live in Halifax, no power and have had VERY unreliable cell service since The hurricane. (Koodoo customer). Others places in Halifax are less impacted.

@alfweb2490 @RogersHelps Honestly I was a long time Rogers customer and made the switch to Telus mobility in 2018. Best decision I ever made. I have not had any issues between reception to customer service. Rogers for me has always been lacking customer service. They say they care, but do you really ?

@Tracey_YYC @TELUS It’s been terrible since being installed

@PsychicMedium82 @Eastlink I never lost service with Telus.

@YukonStrong Bureaucracy: Telus Canada has the same amount of employees as my City: Calgary. 5 tiered government means you're making decisions in an office, 5 steps away from the Customer. Middle Mgmt. is obsolete.

Hey @Rogers, @Bell, @TELUS Are you aware of whats going on in Iran? Internet being shut down amidst mass protests to the death of #MahsaAmini. Phone lines and mobiles remain the only methods of communication with Iran. Let your users call and text Iran numbers free of charge.

  • realtworoosters Warren (@realtworoosters) reported

@AMCKunneke @rhondamorton @CBCAlerts and what happens to the "direct text" to Telus? It gets distributed to charities that then take their admin fees. Also "Charity Intelligence Canada" is simply another charity who takes donations to support their "research".

@DaveDevineOnAir @TELUS Yeah I was pissed, at least they give us the option to take it right from our debit at no charge but like… wtf? Customer not friendly… specially when they had us all sign up for it originally cuz they were promoting it to us as a good thing. #greedy
