Friggin' ADT by Telus...been on hold for 70 minutes with tech support...never waited more than 5 minutes before Telus bought them...

Update and not good,worse case scenario. My 81 year old father fall off ladder, and my mom has no way of calling #telus u just nee it was going to happen. Thanks #telus (sarcasm), the point is they’ve paid u for 50 years and #telus wasn’t there when they needed the service was

@TELUSBusiness @TELUS I called to be a new customer for Fiber. Waited on hold for 30 min to be told to call on Monday. The agent had no way to send an email to you @TELUSBusiness. You guys may want to look at your customer experience for new customer. Just a thought.

@rodmickleburgh @TELUS late to the party as I often am. lol. I'm on the Telus side. Home internet service they win hands down particularly with fibre, but also reliable cell service in more regions. It's all too darned expensive, but they are simply taking full advantage of a broken system.
