    I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

    @daverich72 Not sure if to laugh or cry at Telus technical support line via Phillipines. 2 1/2 hrs on phone for what started as landline phone problem, to being told technician call in am. to me having to call again am.. a 30 min wait & qqq20+ min on phone just to get an Appt.

    @commaficionado @TELUS Copper can have oodles of people connecting to it directly in a home / apartment complex, fibre is one line per place unless you want them tearing up your lawn and wall. Renting kind of rules that out, seeing as its property damage.
