I’ve given up the same 416 phone number I’ve had for decades! I was told I’ve been paying $20 more per month compared to what people in Quebec pay. My cost of home internet/cable and cell service has plummeted compared to what I last paid in Toronto. #BellCanada #Telus

Wow Telus. Pay you $175 per month and during a pandemic we are without service for possibly 2 days?? Not acceptable for customers since <2000.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@VoosieVooters @Xplornet We fall back on our mobile data and tether to get though. Thank God my bill cycle is about to reset because we're close to going over. Again. Luckily that is the "unlimited" plan from Telus that just gets slowed down. Rural living!

  • mrsmaley Danielle (@mrsmaley) reported

Whoa, super disappointed in @bell right now. My husband and I went over 8 MB data this month. Was charged $20!! No warning of getting close to being over. At least when we were with Telus, they would send a text!! 😱 @Bell_Support can you help here???

  • SteveCordrey Steve Cordrey (@SteveCordrey) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport How do I check on winback offers? Just switched to Fido two weeks ago after being with you for three years. Your L&R rep was incredibly rude and literally told me I should move to Quebec because it’s cheaper there.

  • drewfurn Drew (@drewfurn) reported

@TELUS When starlink finally comes online in the coming months, don’t worry we will quit asking for service from telus as we have for the past 9 years.. you had your chance, me and my over 100 neighbors will be taking our business elsewhere

  • arundeepyeg Arundeep Singh • ਅਰੁਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ☃️ (@arundeepyeg) reported

Anyone else on Telus in #yegmw experiencing internet connectivity issues?

  • nootloc notloc (@nootloc) reported

@Shawhelp please don't ******* make us pay 250$ for your best internet per month if half the time the ******* **** doesn't work lol, you guys are the worst company I've been with since Telus in 2011 when they were at their worse, keep in mind it's 2020 now lol...

  • drewfurn Drew (@drewfurn) reported

@cairns001 @TELUS Ummm where in Canada doesn’t have clean water or hasn’t already recieved government funding to help pay for the cleanup.. on the other hand we are the only first world nation that doesn’t have high speed internet everywhere.. just curious as to what’s to be ashamed of here?

  • drewfurn Drew (@drewfurn) reported

@marian_crow @TELUS Never said they don’t count but I have also heard that the governement has already allocated and distributed funds to First Nations to assist with the clean up? Or is that information not correct/relevant?

  • JeffDickYYC Jeff Dick (@JeffDickYYC) reported

Cancelled one of our @telus cells last month. Got a bill for it today. Tried calling in twice for support and keep getting hung up on. Darn it! @TELUSsupport
