    @Bell_Support @kapboy59 No rebooting the whole community is out. Check with your friends at Telus. Same issues. People here with no phone service for 24hrs

    @TELUSsupport we were promised a credit if we switched our cell phone back in Sept 19 & credit when there was major issues with cable/internet nov 19. Now end of Jan. 20 no sight & a rude email in response to a voicemail we left. One more chance or we are done with Telus

    @calischaa @kirst_alyssa Same. Telus did not work where I live. After years of frustration and then constantly decreasing my expectations I went to shaw. Have the shaw 600 with no issues.

    @kirst_alyssa I’ve rarely had issues with Shaw. Telus.. complete opposite. It’s almost like they see my name and think ‘It’s him again..let’s see how bad we can mess this up this time!’ 🤯

    @telusmobility @TELUSsupport Helen from corporate ( client resolution management team ) said they don’t have to follow Canadian law and they decide what Canadian currency can b paid with !!! Highly illegal Telus #classactionlawsuit

    @RobSwiz @kirst_alyssa Yessir. Cable options were cheaper and the internet a bit stronger for a bit less as well. It's funny because when I tried to get lower rates with Shaw, they couldn't help me. When I dropped my Shaw **** off after Telus installed, they magically could match Telus for $80 cheaper.

    @kirst_alyssa I find it not much different than the Telus I recently switched from ... EXCEPT @Shawhelp @ShawInfo sold me #FIBRE300.. and did NOT install fibre equipment in my home.. It's COAX, not Fibre. And I never get CLOSE to 300.
