  @TELUSsupport we were promised a credit if we switched our cell phone back in Sept 19 & credit when there was major issues with cable/internet nov 19. Now end of Jan. 20 no sight & a rude email in response to a voicemail we left. One more chance or we are done with Telus

  @brianlilley @AirCanada Same with almost every large company now. Telus, banks, etc. The best part is that your call is taken from another country with an awful connection and speaking very little English.

  @TELUS @mmabrey1 We finally checked with our neighbours, whose TELUS service is working perfectly. When we brought this up to your team on our latest call—which we have now been stuck on for over an hour—the story suddenly changed. Now we’re being told there hasn't been a disruption in our area.
