@TELUSsupport we were promised a credit if we switched our cell phone back in Sept 19 & credit when there was major issues with cable/internet nov 19. Now end of Jan. 20 no sight & a rude email in response to a voicemail we left. One more chance or we are done with Telus

@TELUS Why are your Customer Service Representatives trained to ask for PIN numbers to validate customers??!? That’s like a bank asking for my ATM PIN - it should be private and you should be more careful with sensitive information.

@TELUS I've lost captioning so I'm upset. Station affected is CNN. Last time I tried to solve this, neither Shaw or CNN took responsibility for the captioning so was given run-around. Pls fix a.s.a.p. Thanks!

@TELUSsupport My customer number is 700372752. However, as you have seen for yourself, it is not account specific as it originates with a Telus link which doesn’t direct you to the actual page for login but rather provides that insecure connection notification.

So far dealing with @TELUS escalation manager about my #PureTibre hookup. Dec. 10 set up installation for Dec 30 Dec 29 at 7pm sorry you're rescheduled work isn't done. New completion date Jan 15, hookup Jan 17. Don't worry we don't cancel on someone multiple times.
