    @Bell_Support @kapboy59 No rebooting the whole community is out. Check with your friends at Telus. Same issues. People here with no phone service for 24hrs

    @TELUSsupport we were promised a credit if we switched our cell phone back in Sept 19 & credit when there was major issues with cable/internet nov 19. Now end of Jan. 20 no sight & a rude email in response to a voicemail we left. One more chance or we are done with Telus

    @TELUSsupport dear Telus I am one of your existing client having Telus account number :- 6046149378 I had requested over a phone with one of your customer care executive and asked for 2-months vacation from wifi cause I would not be available in canada in this time period.

    I'm so frustrated with @TELUS been dealing with non stop BS since I moved into my new place. 😡I have been trying to upload a 6 min video to OF for over an hour and nothing my internet speeds are garbage when I'm paying for super fast.. like I just need this all to work 😓

    @ellefranklin88 I've been using Roku since 2020, I get all the TV I need from that service. I have Telus as a service provider, it is very slow where I am but I refuse to switch to Shaw. Also Telus for cell service.

    I’m having a real problem with @TELUS calling me repeatedly to offer “deals.” They’ve called me at least 4 times today alone. Is this something anyone else is dealing with?

    @CoconutKevy @ctvedmonton no cell service at coutts border - lack of research by the reporter - CBSA does not allow cell service 3km from the border - telus and rogers have to bring their service back from this area
