@TELUSsupport we were promised a credit if we switched our cell phone back in Sept 19 & credit when there was major issues with cable/internet nov 19. Now end of Jan. 20 no sight & a rude email in response to a voicemail we left. One more chance or we are done with Telus

Yo I figured it out. As someone who barely sleeps more than 5 hours a night I found the trick to get 8 hours. Use @TELUS internet. Why does that work? Cause you will most certainly have an outage and your evening plans will be ruined leaving you with only bed as an option.

@dockevinmcleod Well BC govt has set up contracts with Telus and Maple to deliver primary care for a Fee. So that's how they think it's a help to physicians, doesn't seem helpful from my vantage point. Btw tried Telus, 3 week wait to book online for phone call script renewal

@magsispunk Better than Telus claiming I can have wifi calling because I live in the middle of nowhere. Yet instead, it very often doesn't work. And is set to mobile network preferred. AND I DON'T LIVE NEAR A RELIABLE TOWER SO I NEED WIFI CALLING!!!

I am infuriated by a company that has TWICE now been asked to send a bill. Nit one in nearly 6 months. Currently my TV and internet are down despite me phoning earlier (on hold for an hour) to report a payment. FFS. On hold AGAIN now. @TELUSsupport @TELUS #yql
