bcevaj (@bcevaj) reported.@TELUSsupport May: No dial tone (compensated). June: Broken *98 voicemail. Took 3 days 3 agents to fix.Denied compensation because "same issue within 30 days." A dead line is NOT voicemail. Stop parroting scripts and fix this logic. #Telus you only DM me after my posting here

Hillaria (@HillariaBankz) reportedI have a conspiracy theory that internet/cable providers in Canada are tampering with people’s service to get them to pay for upgrades or switch services. No reason @TELUS should be this stinky
-
whatsittoya (@Murfam4) reported@StuntmanStu @jodyvance @TELUS They sold it. Took me 3 months to get someone to cancel it. Supposed to have kept same price for two years and they jacked it up by $10/month. Brutal.

Douche Bag (@DoucheBagInvest) reported@TheWiseIC @mario4thenorth no... stupid *** me never learns.. i own some telus and rogers lol
-
socialistbot (@web61711) reported@jodyvance @TELUS We had similar problems and when we contacted the CRTC, suddenly, Telus was moving like lightening to fix every problem and crediting our account.
-
ThePodDog (@PadDawg) reportedHey People don't ever get a 3rd party like Telus to have control over things like your heating and air conditioning. I put in for a cancelation of service for the end of the month and I thought it was on good terms. Wrong. They shut everything down 2 hours later. No warning
-
samcan (@samcan123) reported@CDInewsletter @CDInewsletter I own Telus , But I think 🤔 there is a underlying fear of “satellite to phone technology” other than that I don’t see any other major issues. Small things like debt , dividends , market share Low immigration etc all there

R. Weyland (@WeylandR) reported@TELUS @TELUSsupport Hey Telus. You guys are now worse than an airline. Your product (internet in this case) is less reliable than checked bags and now you wait longer on hold to resolve issue. And likely an average of 4 phone calls and 2 technician visits to solve the problem.

He-Man🇨🇦 (@Heman_Save_Can) reportedThis country needs more competition; this monopoly is ridiculous. Rogers, Bell, and Telus have more damage to the industry than good, and people are becoming frustrated. All these policies will push Canada towards 51 state for sure. Canada is becoming even more expensive to live in.
