@Bell_Support @kapboy59 No rebooting the whole community is out. Check with your friends at Telus. Same issues. People here with no phone service for 24hrs

@TELUSsupport we were promised a credit if we switched our cell phone back in Sept 19 & credit when there was major issues with cable/internet nov 19. Now end of Jan. 20 no sight & a rude email in response to a voicemail we left. One more chance or we are done with Telus

Wow, @TELUS. Your store sold me an eSIM this morning that is giving my phone errors. When I asked you to fix it, you couldn’t so I asked to switch back to a physical SIM card but your store won’t refund me the cost of the eSIM that doesn’t work. Fraud much?

Anyone else have both Netflix and Prime crap out at the same time on their Samsung smart TV? The spinning wheel on both services is making me crazy. Both billed by Telus. #Telus Optik regular TV is fine, internet is working.

@TELUS After almost a month of waiting for my home security installation appointment scheduled for today, Jun 6 at 9 AM, I was surprised by a huge NO from the technician and his manager saying that my appointment could not happen because of technical issues on my end.

@KathyStovegirl @cmcalgary @TELUS Prior to the forced upgrade to FibreOptic, I had zero issues with my internet. I have had it for only a month and have already had to reset my router twice. Maybe growing pains, we shall see. Definitely a first world problem though so not a big deal.

When @TELUS tells you the number to call….it’s the same one you literally called and are currently talking to them on. So then you stay on hold again for hours… but when you want to add a service you’re in and out in minutes…

@cryptopillar @TELUS I am a shareholder. You should be punished for canceling service hence the runaround and frustration. Think of how frustrating it is for me when the share price goes down. Instead of a 3 week holiday at the Ritz in Hawaii it's now been changed to 3 weeks in Bahamas. Shame on you
