How do I get on the “Stop harassing me” list for @TELUS? Your people chose to not accept me as a customer when I wanted to be. I’ve moved on, you should too...

@MargTokar AB has more doctors than precovid in the province. If the AB doctors were given a code we still wouldn't have had enough doctors to see patients. The only issue is that Telus was able to bill more. Given they have zero patient history the call likely takes twice as long.

Calling @TELUS customer care is so frustrating.. LORD!

  • KKoolyk Palliser Triangle Ag Project (@KKoolyk) reported

@BantrySeedman It’s been by far the best rural internet we’ve had. And price point. Had Xplornet (garbage), then Rogers Rocket hub (great speed but expensive), then Netago local company out of Hanna (was overall good, company sold to Telus and I hate Telus)

I used to LOVE @TELUS but not so much anymore. Two days now... and I STILL have not been able to get the support necessary to FIX this issue. NOT NICE!

  • TrishParr TrishParr.com 🇨🇦 (@TrishParr) reported

@TELUS your REAL strength USED to be in the quality support you offered, but sadly that seems to be a thing of the past... like the other 2 giant communication companies. 😟

  • MrAnoya Stew Anoya (@MrAnoya) reported

They already have the notification system in place, but there is no way to receive a notification at 100%? There also isn't any way for me to set a data block at 100%. The big 3 (rogers, bell, telus) have avoided this problem by throttling speeds at data limits..

  • Benny74392603 Benny (@Benny74392603) reported

@TELUS @FriendlyFuture restore service. I am about 5 minutes away from discontinuing my telus account. Suddenly without warning disconnect my service seconds after I made a call.

  • ExistMan123 g (@ExistMan123) reported

@NiubeeAB @vicwingly @SmallAnt bell is ****, but them being the best ISP in YYC makes literally no sense. out west (Alberta & BC) we have 2 ISP's, Telus & Shaw. the east has Bell & Rogers for home internet. that advert probably was mentioning Bell's LTE mobile network offerings/speeds.

@MarkMcGrathCFP @BoomerandEcho Agree. But only if the shares go up each month. But that's the issue, TELUS shares have been down for over a year! Selling shares would soon deplete them down to zero. BUT, the divi hasn't changed. Always: predictability of income > than of stock price.

  • johnb45_reid John Reid (@johnb45_reid) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

Why is it that telus doesn't know what it's doing. I pay money to block my phone going out to the internet, except using my own wifi. Then I get repeated emails, texts to connect to telus internet. I guess they just pocket the money as a bonus for themselves. Fix your problem.
