    @marchaslam1 @TELUSsupport BRO their tech support is actual garbage. I waited for 30 minutes once for a internet tech and they put me on the phone with ******* koodo. Actual scam artists. get out of telus if you can

    @TELUSsupport We still don’t have access to critical emails due to this forced “migration”. Your issue escalation department apparently doesn’t work past 5:00. Your customer service line isn’t helpful on this issue. We would advise @Telus customers to find other service providers. @CRTCeng

    If you think Telus - or any of the other members of the Big Three - are investing here to improve the quality of service for the vast majority of Albertans, you are mistaken. They are investing to increase their profit. And that has never meant better, cheaper service for us.

    @jkenney @TELUS We can only hope their customer service centre enjoys a big chunk of those funds. Long before COVID you spend days waiting for an available agent! Have been waiting for reliable cell service in my area for 15 years.

    @cridge17 @TELUS IM WARNING YOU BUDDY. FROM ONE CUSTOMER TO ANOTHER. I HAVENT HAD A SINGLE POSITIVE ENGAUGEMENT WITH TELUS OR PROPER SPEEDS IN 10 YEARS. IT WILL BE GOOD FOR A COUPLE WEEKS BUT YOU'RE GONNA END UP HAVING TO CALL THEM EVERY OTHER DAY TO MAKE SURE THE INTERNET EVEN STAYS USABLE.

    The #Telus reply to the #CRTC Dead Grandmother case is due today. They will be arguing how nothing in the telecom act applies to them as they discriminate against people in the 867 area code, block calls, harm people, and charge for services never rendered.
