    @CFL @TELUS My hubby! We haven’t had a trip together since 2003. Plus, I have a broken finger from playing catch with my son who is a JV QB so winning would help me heal!

    @RogersHelps Your suggestions don't work. Chat features work for less than a day before they go down again. I never had that problem when I was with @TELUS , this seems to be a problem only Rogers has, as confirmed by multiple subscribers.

    @eagleinbc @RogersHelps Exactly the same. Rogers and Fido both use the same cell network towers. Plus as with Rogers, you have access to the EXT network in many areas where the Bell/Telus network exists by turning on Data Roaming (not recommended near the border as you will roam to a US network)

    @TELUS 12 emails, one request. Nobody reads the emails. Problem still unresolved. 8 weeks later. Poor service & no communication.

    @TELUSsupport how the hell is is supposed to take nearly 3 weeks to receive a new phone, and be getting billed for something I don't even have? I don't even know why I stay with Telus, but I guess it's bad service across the board, so why bother trying.

    @northbicyclist I have Telus and use the service where it will automatically block robocallers. The first time someone calls my phone, they have to press a number to get through to me. No more spam callers!

    I just signed up with Telus and now I’m Leaving them cause their customer service is the worst!!! I mean they suck!!!
