How do I get on the “Stop harassing me” list for @TELUS? Your people chose to not accept me as a customer when I wanted to be. I’ve moved on, you should too...

TELUS as a world leader when it comes to mobile wireless download speeds. However, when @Opensignal looks @ upload speeds & the quality of the networks for video, gaming and voice, Bell, Rogers & Telus fare from fair to v good but never at the top. So, more cherry-picking 2/

Natale points to churn as evidence of competition. Perhaps a bit of that but also with sheer customer frustration with Bell, Rogers & Telus. If this 4-to-3 merger b/w Rogers & Shaw goes ahead, that frustration will have one less important rival to go to 21/

@Rogers, i hope you know what you've got yourself into, absolutely shocking Shaw Customer Service (reminiscent of NTL in the UK before they folded), im done, now getting hooked up with Telus Fiber.

@Bryson_M @BenKlass To me, the only thing this merger tells us is that Bell-Telus network sharing (which is very “efficient” for lack of a better word) was too hard to compete with.

No, Rogers has not been the same in terms of competition, innovation & customer service, as B. Shaw states: Shaw has offered lower prices & bigger data allowances that Rogers, Bell & Telus have responded. #INDU 13/

@TELUS you guys really need to do something about the number of spam calls you allow through on the network. It isn't even 1PM and I have already received 11 spam calls this morning - it's getting annoying!
