@Rogers why it is called MOVE IN service when you need to change and have NEW EQUIPMENT, NEW PLAN And NEW SERVICE. It should be more like new activation!!!!!!! Do you also do the same thing with customers who like to use MOVE IN Service? @Bell @TELUS #rogers #CustomerService

@telus made several calls to @TELUSsupport over dropped calls, bad quality of calls, finally got through with a call back.said they were doing analysis, reset connection, to restart my phone, they would follow up with a callback in an hour. It's been 3 hours now.

We have had @Xplornet for about 11 years in our current location. Had them before that too. Up until last January I would give them a minus star review. Now 5 stars! Now if our Telus cell service was as good… Thanks for the incredibly positive changes Xplornet!

@voipms Looks like another issue with Inbound termination. Seems to be affecting numbers in Southern Ontario and confirmed with routing inbound on TELUS and Bell. ETA on fix? Not holding my breath...
