@jodyvance Ugh- switched to @TELUS last fall because we couldn’t get service from Shaw at all. Telus call back seems pretty good, and while nobody’s perfect, the agents on the phone don’t use a script (woo hoo!) and are empowered and trained to fix issues right away. #thedevilyouknow

@TELUS the payphone at Miette Bungalows in Jasper National Park hasn't worked in years. You've been promising to fix or replace it for a long time. There is no cell service in that location and absolutely no way to contact 911 in the event of an emergency. #fixourpayphone

@Sportsnet So why does a guy pay for your channels thru Telus or Shaw if you guys restrict(blackout) our access to hockey games due to "regional restrictions"?? Maybe if you actually provided the entire service you advertise... People wouldn't have to rely on "illegal streams."

I swear, putting me on hold for so long when I phone you to cancel my internet service just reinforces the fact that I want to leave. Like do they think it's a tactic so people get impatient and hang up? Really Telus?
