    @DuaneStorey @rodmickleburgh @TELUS You could still be correct; they might be using a workaround. They don't collect it themselves. For CC you pay through a third party, while all their other payments are direct. They add the fee and then send it to that third party, so that merchant is never adjusting the price.

    @rodmickleburgh @TELUS I run a company - and I like profit - that makes me the bad guy/girl/them.

    @StevenEllisTHN @TELUS Disappointed that despite there being customer service reps available in store to help me cancel my recently deceased mothers phone that I’ve been told I need to call a 1-800 number. I’ve been on hold waiting for an agent for 11 minutes and counting.

  • donnylisk donny lisk (@donnylisk) reported

    @thegreyman77 @yegshooter @Edmontonsun Registration is a public service so the extra charges just would come back to us as we are tax payers and telus is a private for profit business so anything extra for investors!!!! Telus service sucks got 2 months left them I’m going to drop them can’t wait!

    Telus asks CRTC permission to add 1.5% credit card surcharge to customer bills Not every cost SHOULD be recovered. Maybe there SHOULD be a cost of doing business. No worries the CRTC will rubber stamp this one like every other one.

  • paisleymedia2 Michelle Muldoon (@paisleymedia2) reported

    Looking for a new cell phone provider. One thing I know, it won't be @TELUS. Service charge for credit cards? Cash grab that is unacceptable.

  • Freedom77015202 FreedomofSpeech (@Freedom77015202) reported

    Telus is asking regulators for permission to add a surcharge to bills to cover processing costs charged by credit card companies. Another Justin broken promise "Sunny Ways"

    @BNNBloomberg The fact they even suggested this means I will never be a Telus customer. What a PR mistake.
