    @koodo calling support at 866-995-6636 but after confirming phone number, I just get “GOOD BYE.” Called 5x and tried different options… same hang up each time. How do I contact Koodo? Ridiculous. I’m now trying to contact Telus support, but the hold time is over 1 hour!

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport when you guys going to run those fibre lines out south of stettler Alberta, I seem to have to move a lot and now I'm stuck on your crap copper lines garbage speeds with my pure fibre 300 sitting on hold till I find another place with fibre.

    I had my S22 ultra, from it's drop day, Feb 22 last yr. I'm a very heavy user, (extremely nerdy about phones too) I was having the following issues. No 4G/LTE (it literally wouldn't stay registered on ANY networks, bell, Rogers, Telus, freedom, lucky, Koodo, were ALL tested,

    @CRTCeng So Netflix is being offered through telecom companies like Telus, so how would what they're doing not fall under you??? So basically the CRTC is a waste of taxpayers money because you support monopolizing by the big 3 companies.

    Could not get online today for 12 hours. Bloody #Telus and their #SmartHub. They never take responsibility for it not working. My computer is 2 years old & the sun was shining today. What's their excuse now? They keep billing me for it. Promised a year ago to send out a tech.
