Any other @TELUS TV customers who month-after-month have multiple alleged rentals you never rented on your bill and thus spend hours on the phone every month trying to get false charges off your bill? Worst service ever.

Spent 90 minutes on hold with Telus tech support. When the person got my call they had a 🐓 ****-a-doodle-dooing throughout the call in the background. I never thought a chicken would de-escalate my rage... but it worked.

Frustrating day. Car broken in, sunglasses stolen. Took entire day to fix online account problem w/ TELUS & either I get cut off/accidentally closed window with online support (it’s not browser issue) so not resolved. Couldn’t go to Japan consulate to register my Bebe b/c my boss

@TELUSsupport @TELUS has acknowledged that there is a known issue with WiFi calling randomly turning off on Samsung phones. I've been reporting this issue for months. Some people for much longer. Can you give us an estimate for when this will be fixed please?
