How do I get on the “Stop harassing me” list for @TELUS? Your people chose to not accept me as a customer when I wanted to be. I’ve moved on, you should too...

@robrees99 @TELUS They installed fiber internet at my apartment in September, the tech badly damaged my drywall and made a huge mess. They still have not compensated me despite following up once a week since the incident. I feel your pain here.

@HotWot Looks like a B.C. area code. Yep, TELUS customer, Landline in Burns Lake, BC With only 1,779, wouldn't be that hard to figure out who it is.

Somehow Telus wifi is both stronger and faster than a wired connection, which is a huge issue because my computer doesn't have a wifi chip.

I just told @TELUS that I will not be allowing any vaccinated technicians in my house. The meltdown that has proceeded and the 5 phone calls I've received have been astounding. Demand unvaxxed technicians from these businesses. This is the way you can support medical freedom.

@TELUSsupport I'm a SHAW customer. But lately due to dispute between USA DISH & KING, plus other US channels, television feed is cut to customers in BC. As happened this morning on KING 5 NBC. If I switch to Telus TV, will same disruption, to American shows/channels, happen?

@B2Bspecialist Also, I have no idea what Telus converse is like across the country, but is this for all areas or just specific provinces? I’d be apt to listen what farmers who are current Telus customers have to say about current service.

Telus online chat support really sucks! Takes forever and when you lose connection, they don't come back and because I'm deaf I can't take a voice call to reconnect and they stupidly forget that I'm deaf after being told twice. I'm beyond frustrated!!
