@theJagmeetSingh Um... If anyone is still struggling with their Telus bill, they offer a cheaper option through public mobile. They even have a badass referral program and are ordering 20GB for $45. Never get overcharged for going over. Use my referral code: PQ8NN4

This is ridiculous. I called @TELUS @TELUSsupport and followed the prompts to speak to EPP. I was told it would be an hour wait. After 1 hour 11 mins my call was redirected to the regular line where the rep says he has no training in EPP and he can’t help nor control the redirect

  • __ricabee getting out the game (@__ricabee) reported

@Socaboycc I'm not mad at a base level, even tho I have questions re: implementation. But, it's a bigger issue of a slow defunding of public care, siphoning public funds to private companies (Westons/Telus) and putting more of the HC in the hands of a few companies with multi monopolies.

  • JimEnnis12 Jim Ennis (@JimEnnis12) reported

@theJagmeetSingh Telus made that much! That means dividends might go up for me as I own a few shares of that company. I use those dividends to pay my bills etc. Seeing your government does nothing to help it’s citizens!!!!! Comments Jag?????

@koodo website does not have any phone # to contact customer service. Digital Assist is not smart enough to help you except "Schedule a Callback". I set up "schedule a callback" but did not receive any call. Why don't companies have CSR phone # to resolve issues? @TELUS
