    @jessicalaura__ No issues for me, but I also have the bottom end 25Mbps. I have seen a few other complaints about Shaw dropping out though, but way more complaints about Telus.

    Made the switch from Telus to Shaw back in September. Still haven't seen the cheque for what @TELUS overcharged us - at least six or seven customer agents deep at this point with constant promises of "i put in a request". Some companies are worse than others - but yikes...

    Big shout out to @TELUS TV tech support in the Phillipines - gentleman who got my PVR back up and working properly was awesome. That's a rarity for 3rd party overseas tech support.

    @AlexBraunig @ShawInfo @TELUS Ya get ready with Telus they have rude customer service and there techs are not good I’m happy to be Shaw my service works perfect. And I get great customer service reps to speak with

    @TELUSsupport I'm on hour 3 of relaying all my info for the 7th time in 2 weeks to Telus customer service. Thank you, but would rather not repeat myself, again....etc.

    Day 2 of no internet from @TELUSsupport after @bchydro planned a scheduled power outage on Wednesday. 4 telus trucks over 2 days still no fix. Another crew is coming out soon. So much for working at home. I 'm tethered to my phone but my poor data plan is toast.
