How do I get on the “Stop harassing me” list for @TELUS? Your people chose to not accept me as a customer when I wanted to be. I’ve moved on, you should too...

@calgaryherald @TELUS Too bad Telus can’t provide reliable internet service to rural Alberta….

  • ve7ncd Nick VE7NCD (@ve7ncd) reported

@nsnwca I'm only using Rogers under duress, because their network is garbage outside of urban areas. You need to be on Bell/Telus to get anything in the Fraser Canyon, etc.

  • Theuncledrunk Skyler, The Creator (@Theuncledrunk) reported

@TELUS it has literally taken me 10 minutes to load 30 seconds of a YouTube video. What’s going on? Your connection is terrible.

  • Fernpick Fernpick (@Fernpick) reported

@saschasegan Likely related to coverage. Rogers, Bce or Telus in town but if U want good service travelling to rural area or cottage, U may be forced to BCE/virgin. Btw, real cost is measured as $$/GB USED. Most ppl never fully use what they pay for.

  • pattzachhabitat Zach Patt (@pattzachhabitat) reported

@edmontonjournal @TELUS So not @TELUS internet then. Because it is the worst internet you can have.

  • justanthonylee Anthony Lee (@justanthonylee) reported

@BruceHalperin @asmallteapot Ya it is if you use a large provider like Telus or a contract plan, I have over 1Gbps home service and I pay only $25 for unlimited everything and 25GB+ mobile data with Shaw for my phone, and with all the hotspots and every router being a hotspot for all mobile users it's FAST.

  • Mutineer8961 Arákùnrin Mutiny⚓⚓⚓🔌🔌 (@Mutineer8961) reported

@kunmibode We pay too much for mediocre service. The speed Telus and Rogers dish you a $100+ plan is a joke. I was with Telus and you can't even watch a match on Dazn in real-time without buffering. I switched to Freedom (runs off Shaw) for half of what Telus was charging.

  • Lamptka Lamptka (@Lamptka) reported

@telus It’s been nearly 2 weeks and it’s nearly impossible for remaining residents on Lytton’s West Side to connect with the outside world. Can you get a better signal to them? Some only able to find reception every few days. Am worried sick.

  • JockCartier **** Cartier (@JockCartier) reported

@mig14 I'm with Public Mobile (Telus' no frills brand). You can get 3GB for $35 or 10GB for $50, but it's throttled (which unless you're watching HD video, isn't really an issue). I don't use much data, so only get 1GB for $25, and after the discounts it's only $20/mo

  • KarinKorchinski Karen Korchinski (@KarinKorchinski) reported

@TELUSsupport You all really don’t care about customers. I’ve been one for yrs & years! Now paying $10 more for old wifi, bc your tech said he couldn’t connect my fiber (been to the house for 6 YEARS!!). @TELUS you really don’t care and for a communications co, are SO BAD at communicating. Ugh
