    @kirst_alyssa @TELUS We switched from Rogers to telus as our bill dropped by $40 for two phones and from sharing 5gig to 30gig ..never got a call or offer from Rogers untill they must jave got wind that we were switching suddenly started getting calls ....sounds like they are all the same.

    @KristinAnneH I had the same experience, but with Rogers. I recently cancelled my service and moved to Telus and got a slew of calls from Rogers offering changes to my plan that weren't available when I was a customer without asking *why* I left in the first place. Ugh!

    Called Telus today cause my data wasn’t working when I wasn’t on wifi. After restarting multiple times and updating my software, turns out the issue was that I had my data turned off 🙃✨

    @TELUSsupport the phone line connected to our house is down and laying across a busy road, tugging every time a car goes by. We cannot reach anyone at Telus. What should we do?

    @TELUSsupport When is Telus going to fix the issue of intermittent internet for FiberOptic users? Has been cutting out multiple times a day since install and no tech support f/u despite emails and calls. 😡

    @TELUS I need you to explain to me why I have no cell service in downtown Vancouver! 🤬 My wife can't text my son or I This is absolutely discusting and unforgivable for 1999 let alone 2021. This is not just today, so don't try to lie about the weather or your usual garbage.

    @natelacroix @TELUS I had lots a problems with Telus with my replacement phone that was DOA out of box they would not replacement phone for 3 weeks and was on the phone for hours! In the end telus support on twitter helped!
