Day 26 of waiting for my iPhone 12 Pro to arrive. After 90 minutes of waiting on hold, support unable to give any idea when I'll get it. Oh, but @Telus already billing me as if I have it. Hope it arrives before @Apple announces the iPhone 13.

Well @Rogers it's been a slice, after nearly 2 decades as a customer it's nice to know that @TELUS apparently values my business more...I'll be cancelling and switching my mobility over asap.

Telus is such a ******* joke @TELUSsupport don't tell me I get a waived cancellation fee to get me to sign up to a 2 year internet agreement, after I explicitly said I cannot guarantee 2 years as a customer, then ******* charge me $200 to leave.

@buoyantbabe @TELUS I can't even imagine. I'm always extra nice to people who work in call centers for that exact reason. Its not tech supports fault that I had to wait so long. That's a Telus problem.

@michelleleeanna @TELUS Brutal. Maybe they should lose the 1970s-era street team and focus on having responsive chat so that it doesn't take 2 hours of my day to order a service.

@CRTCeng This might cut down on the number of complaints: when consumers register on the DNCL, enforce it with companies and put some teeth in it. Don't let them acquire another company and start bugging customers on the DNCL, as Telus did with ADT recently.

@Gaohmee I used Telus when I lived up there. No complaints And if you do happen to have a teensy complaint, they usually give you a percentage off for a couple of months.

Now I just got transferred to my third department at @TELUS and was disconnected before I got to talk. What a terrible terrible system they have. Are all phone companies this awful nowadays?
