@TELUSsupport How hard is it to book a service appointment from Telus? Answer: Very difficult. Your customer service is almost as terrible as your website. Please stop sending me surveys and calling me to subscribe to other products and just deliver the service you promised.

  • bcshaffer Blake Shaffer 📊 (@bcshaffer) reported

@ECityMom @newfangl3d I don't think it's people trying to book that's the problem. Clearly not enough spots to book; failures in distribution across the province; complications navigating the dozens of pharmacies to find spots; etc... Opening up the Telus centre should help somewhat.

What I still don't get- & I'm not an expert may be totally wrong - is why @CRTCeng doesn't open up competition to foreign $$$ & multinational cellular/mobile service providers. Sure Rogers/Bell/Telus are the "Big 3" in Canada but they're really just medium fish in a tiny pond

@Map4latte got my first mobile device (a motorola pager) when I was 18 in Maine ~1999 and my second was a cell phone. It was a tiny but great Audiovox CDM9160 later that year via @TELUS in Halifax Nova Scotia. The service was relatively cheap at $20 (cad) a month for unlmtd talk&text

  • DishntheKitchen Bernice Hill (@DishntheKitchen) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Oh man. This is a GREAT DAY to have Telus doing the drilling for the pure fibre network. Ugh my head. 😖 It's like 20 leaf blowers combined and close enough music can't drown it out.

Bill then changed to $200+. Called Telus to cancel the other line on April 6th. Bill now is showing $137.87. Its saying that bill is due in 19 days. Do I have to pay this or will this be reimbursed if I pay this?

After 5 years with @TELUS , officially switching to @ShawInfo due to the worst client and loyalty service from TELUS.
