Kjzil (@Kjzil1) reported@VoteCanadaCom I haven’t had landline service since April. Have called @Telus repeatedly, keep getting told “they are coming”. They must be walking here from India. Will be cutting off payments since I am not receiving any service. Also switching my cell phone provider.

Clare A (@Murphysmom67) reportedRN I switched from Telus to Cogeco. I was told I didnt need a new SIM card bc Cogeco runs on Telus lines. Telus just disconnected me from the network. I have no calls, text or data. Your Chat line told me to call Mobility support. Apparently they dont understand what not activated on the network means. I need a Cogeco SIM card or to b reconnected to the network. What can u do to help? @cogecohelps

Diversity Workshop, CCIP™ 🔨 (@minnysan) reported@TELUS While struggling to describe the painfully simple problem with my telephone wire on the phone with Telus las night, I helpfully suggested they send a guy with a bucket truck and 30m of new wire. Instead, today they sent a guy in a minivan with a turban and no clue, and no wire.

Bon (@bon_muses) reported.@TELUS 👋 You took $$ out of my account today for a service I cancelled a month ago that was dealt with by the so-called “escalation team.” You charged me for a service and equipment I do not have. This is after I called in yesterday to stop this AGAIN @CRTCeng #fraud #BC #liar

Dark_wdman (@Dark_wdman) reported@diana_murphy613 You havr other option anyways for ISP. It not a monopoly at all. Roger telus bells all have to share their fiber network with all those small compagnies that pretend to be ISP,making the load on those 3 fiber network builder harder. Its the CTC that issued it.
