@kirst_alyssa @TELUS We switched from Rogers to telus as our bill dropped by $40 for two phones and from sharing 5gig to 30gig ..never got a call or offer from Rogers untill they must jave got wind that we were switching suddenly started getting calls ....sounds like they are all the same.

@TELUS called support waited 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone, he listened to my concern about overbilling told me to hold ,never came back for next 10 minutes and dropped the line never bothered to call back now calling again and waiting- thank you TELUS

@telus nice job today in Alberta. You left many of us without cell service for most of the day. Just got it back now. Have yet to receive an apology.
