    @kirst_alyssa @TELUS We switched from Rogers to telus as our bill dropped by $40 for two phones and from sharing 5gig to 30gig ..never got a call or offer from Rogers untill they must jave got wind that we were switching suddenly started getting calls ....sounds like they are all the same.

    Hey @TELUS Don't have your call center phone customers saying they are looking to improve service and cost and then proceed to take 10 minutes to finally tell me they're just trying to sell expensive Optik TV that I cancelled 6 months ago. Annoying.

    @Novusnow wouldn't be novus without a proper disrupting outage every 3 months or less. I've ******* enough, will leave you alone and just switch provider. Telus got 1.5gbps for the same price as Novus 1gbps

    @INFJAngie He has already 1,600 Starlink satellites in orbit. That number will grow; SpaceX has filed paperwork for up to 42,000 satellites for the constellation. As we have here @TELUS internet or nothing (even fibre optic in town is slow), I cannot work online with it - we need better!

    @mapleservo I do this with Telus every 2-3 years. We all do it. It sucks but it keeps the bills low.

    @Coenen87 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I had to do that once with Rogers, on the phone for 3 plus hours and kept getting passed around cause no one knew how to resolve my issue

    @TELUSsupport Yah, they never called me back. Why does it still say 'processing your order' on the Telus website?.. Telus piktv is broken, I want my money back.
