    @kirst_alyssa @TELUS We switched from Rogers to telus as our bill dropped by $40 for two phones and from sharing 5gig to 30gig ..never got a call or offer from Rogers untill they must jave got wind that we were switching suddenly started getting calls ....sounds like they are all the same.

    It’s 4am & I’m on the phone to Telus because I have to call in during Canadian office hours to cancel my internet service. It took 12mins for a man in Delhi (not Canada) to cancel my service using a wildly insecure method. This is @TELUSsupport in modern day Canada @CRTCeng.

    @TELUS I sent you a dm and still no phone call. You continue to charge me when I haven’t lived there for months. No wonder everyone hates you. I’ve been a loyal customer for 26 years this is insane

    @Highteaspeaks @ajayi_g @Bell It is good you had a good offer from Chatr. I used Chatr for 2 years. I was paying 50 cad per month, tax inclusive for 5GB data. When I was frustrated and called them, their customer service person did not care. I had to port to Telus to get 60GB data for same price.

    @Social_Moi @TELUSsupport My suspicion is maybe you called mobility support instead of home support, since TELUS doesn't have home service (except for their City Place contract) in Ontario.

    @CanadianPro2 @MarkJCarney You can use untreated groundwater. It might contain materials that could corrode the pipes though, and if it spills anywhere near the components it ruins them. And we are using the district heating model in downtown Vancouver, that's how they're doing the Telus building. I'm working on a pseudo-clone of the French model, but I've never actually seen how it works just the end result so building toward a network of nodes using a similar end result. The reason the latter one isn't done is probably a combination of trust of tenants having access to expensive equipment, and decentralized wouldn't be quite as fast as data centres, but I quite like the French model

    @TELUS Your marketing team in India is out of control. We just had our agreed-upon contract canceled after we negotiated it with someone based out of Guatemala. What the heck?? Canceling a contract so someone else can try and get the commission is a crap business model!

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS how long does a customer need to wait on line for the next available team member? I think an hour is way too long! Do better
