Paulo (@paulobrilh64) reported from Stewiacke, Nova Scotia@kirst_alyssa @TELUS We switched from Rogers to telus as our bill dropped by $40 for two phones and from sharing 5gig to 30gig ..never got a call or offer from Rogers untill they must jave got wind that we were switching suddenly started getting calls ....sounds like they are all the same.

Dealing with an issue, a serious mistake on YOUR part, has been gruelling and terrible. The incompetence from your side is inexcusable. Your departments don’t talk to each other leading me to coordinate everything. Hopefully I’ll be able to file a complaint against you with regulators. And you also have a cell tower on our site for which you’re currently asking for a lease extension. That’s gonna cost you big time.

Due to content provider broadcast restrictions, live NFL Sunday Ticket channels (1501-1516) on the TELUS TV+ app are strictly locked to your TELUS Home Internet connection.

Decided to finally switch to Telus. Unfortunately, they have been just slightly better so far. The telecommunications monopoly in 🇨🇦 is a huge problem.
