The worst service @TELUS @TELUSsupport … used 3 technicians and 2 people over phone and jumped for hours from one sept to another and then charge me $150 when the first person couldn’t do it. Awful!

@spotterSteve26 @TELUS They came to our place twice ("sorry, I forgot I was here yesterday"), and thankfully I was home so I could answer as they evidently have a way of talking down to women. 🙄 Lady across the street took them up on the "free" security cams, tho. Already installed. #scam

@JulieYAli @TELUS Tone is everything in customer service. So sorry you were treated like this.

  • SpaceMutiny Laharl (@SpaceMutiny) reported

And apparently to sweeten the pot to get their bit accepted. They've accepted a deal if they acquire the company with BCTel/Telus to get into a network sharing agreement with them to help build out their network predominantly. That I honestly think will not be good at all.

OMG @TELUSsupport @TELUS what a horrible experience trying to find your support business hours. Not on your website (despite clicking for business hours from the chatbot), nor from calling *611... only to be told, call back during normal business hours (but no specifics!)...

  • TannisBell1 Tannis Bell ☸️ (@TannisBell1) reported

@SeijPonchie @eatonhamilton Telus has an in-home alert system for elderly peeps who are alone & might be prone to falls. It's cheaper than the other similar systems in BC. This could have been a gov't funded service, but they're tapped out from giving our taxes to big oil & gas.

  • JanetRWees Janet Wees (@JanetRWees) reported

@JulieYAli @TELUS Sometimes those to whom you are referred get defensive. Maybe they think they will be blamed or they know that they don't have the answer. Advocate for yourself and if that means cc'ing CEOs then do it. They need to hear what's going on in customer service so they can fix it.
