@kirst_alyssa @TELUS We switched from Rogers to telus as our bill dropped by $40 for two phones and from sharing 5gig to 30gig ..never got a call or offer from Rogers untill they must jave got wind that we were switching suddenly started getting calls ....sounds like they are all the same.

@telusmobility just received a text from a number I don’t recognize, feels sketchy. (Telus Mobility) Bill Department returns an amount of $35.48 due to a overcharges on the last month billing. Reply "Y" to receive the secure link to claim your funds or "N" to cancel.

@TELUS Although I've worked for the company for years and years in the past but never thought that tech support wont help my kids when internet is down because they dont have the PIN or my driver's license no. What a joke!It easy for me to say now "Shaw" here I come.

@TELUS Telus has the worst customer service I have ever had…if they bother to even talk to you after putting you on hold for hours.. and forget about understanding what they say..no one speaks English ..geesh Telus ..do better
